I am new to XD ... can you click on a photo and tell where it originates from (ie the link) like you can in InDesign?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello, We have a 9 XD licenses in our office, from which we will keep only once licence and 8 licence will be expire soon. We have a 50+ XD project files with different owners. So, in that case what would be the best practise to save our all the files under one licence of XD file which we are going to retain ? Just an assumptions:Does automatic only one license's member will become the owner of all the XD files ? if rest 8 license (Owner of the the XD files) we are removing it ? Please help us asap and awaiting for your quick responce! Thanks & Regards,Keval Vora. 

Unser Design-Team kann momentan nicht an unseren XD-Dateien arbeiten. Nach dem Öffnen der Dateien wird versucht eine Verbindung herzustellen, was offensichtlich nicht möglich ist, da sich der Ladekreis schon seit vielen Minuten im Kreise dreht aber nichts passiert... Beim Abbrechen des Vorgangs kann ich die Optionen im darauf folgenden Dialog nicht richtig lesen, da der Dialog falsch angezeigt wird. Auch die Datei zu schließen und erneut zu öffnen und weitere Versuche das Problem selbst zu beheben haben nicht geholfen. Wir verwenden die Version 55.2.12 und gemeinsame Cloud-Dateien.Ich hoffe auf schnelle Hilfe, denn so ist es uns leider aktuell nicht möglich zu arbeiten.

Adobe XD 51.0.12 not working on macOS 13.0 Ventura. The App refuses to start. No error message visible.

So I'm trying to access the plugins menu in XD, and for whatever reason when I hover over the plugins button, the plugins menu moves up out of the screen, instead of dropping down like a menu is supposed to do, Oddly enough only the plugins menu does this. Any idea why this is happening?  

I have never experienced an issue with any adobe app. But I've tried to paste elements and vectors from ai to XD and is not working. I already tried to uninstall and install XD, installed older versions and it's keep happening the same 😕😕 .    My system is windows 10, Nvidia Geoforce RTX, i7.   <Title renamed by moderator>    

Hallo zusammen,  ich bin Studentin und soll für ein Projekt einen funktionierenden Prototypen erstellen. In meinem Prototypen möchte ich einen Kontakt erstellen. Dafür brauche ich allerdings einen Plug In mit funktionierender Tastatur. Leider weiß ich nicht, wie ich mein Vorhaben in die Tat umsetzen kann und finde auch nirgendwo im Internet eine Anleitung. Has anyone been experiencing issues the last week with Adobe, and I mean the full suite. We've had issues with fonts not syncing, Photoshop review not working at all, days where windows review works, but mac reviews not. Mobile app not displaying your current design youre working on but stuck on old prototypes. Latest is my artboards froze, cant type or select anything but can interact with the task bar and tools selecting them then having your program close by itself and losing an entire days work.    I feel like im losing my mind with Adobe just being incredibly unreliable.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hey there!I am currently trying to run some tests of a desktop website I made.I created an arboad containing only a welcome animation and an "Enter" button. When the viewers click on enter it then sends them to the homepage.However I got feedback from Mac users saying that the welcome animation isn't playing or responding.On Windows however the video plays as it should.Does anyone know why this might be and how to fix it?Thanks!

Don't know if the title is explaining it well enough.But I am new to XD so I could be missing something.Basically, I am trying to dim the Background of the main page.So I create a box, turned it into a component, and put it on the bottom of the page.My Idea is to make it switch into a big black block when I hover over it.But it will only scale from the top point, not the bottom.Is there a way to move the anchor point like in after effects?Thank you anyone who can help.Cheer,Ben

So following the instructions on how to create a mask shape and introduce an image... all straightforward. Problem occurs when i export to pdf the image within the mask increases to a ridiculous size within the mask shape. What am i doing wrong? The original image/shape in XD is perfect - i've tried different work arounds and it only haooens when i use a mask. pics attached ThxW

Today, I tried launching XD and all I get is the adobe xd logo screen that stays open for about 60 seconds before closing.I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.Any ideas? Running Windows 10 Home.

Hello, Is there a plugin or technique to add HTML tags and alt-text to the XD file so that when exported to PDF the PDF will have accessibility ready to go? XD File > PDF File > Accessible PDF. I can accomplish this with Acrobat Pro but it adds a lot of extra effort. Thanks in advance for your help, —Bud

I have gone through these forums and have tried every recommended solution. Restarted Adobe CC, reinstalled Adobe CC, restarted computer, reinstalled XD, used the cleaning tool ETC. Nothing works. I have documents on there that I need for school and cannot access them. These are the errors that I am getting:   If anyone can provide me with a solution ASAP it would be very appreciated. I'm trying to embed an XD prototype into a website via iframe for a client. I embedded it a few weeks ago and it worked fine, now I changed something in the XD document, updated the link and I have the error message: xd.adobe.com hat die Verbindung abgelehnt. (xd.adobe.com hast declined the connection.) and can't see the prototype. I've tried it from various computers and networks, did all the troubleshooting from this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/multi/troubleshoot-cant-connect-online-service.html and tried to embed it in another website as well; always the same error. Please help!

This is a weird issue. The simple color changing of text is not working for a specific font i'm using (either selecting the text by double click or selecting the color directly from libraries). I thought it could be something with the font, but it works normally in illustrator and photoshop. The font is "Enchanted Land DS". Found here: https://elements.envato.com/enchanted-land-ds-MN7EDJWI'm not too worried since i can just convert to path and color it, but i wanted to let you know.

Any ETA on when bullet points/formatting will be easier/more accessible to use? Currently, I use the List plug-in. It works, but it's cumbersome. In the meantime, please share easier ways to format bullets, other than the List plug-in.    Appreciate the Character Styles! What do people think about Paragraph Styles to be added? For some reason the bounding box has increased height .. resulting in changed position of elements in the design. This is happing with many elements, buttons, components in the design. For now, lets see this search button. after selecting it, u can see that the blue border, (bounding box) is larger than the search button. If we look deeper the padding has automatically increased to 8px Now here, I just disabled the padding, and the bounding box is back to original with no unwanted height spacing. now i again enable the padding. bounding box stays as it is HD screenshots attached below.Conclusion: The padding is getting increased automatically! what bug is this @adobe?

I am editing the text in my text boxes on Adobe XD, but the text jumps down on top of the text boxes below, making it almost impossible to edit.  I am using the latest version of Adobe XD on my Dell Windows 10 Enterprise.   

Hello, I want to share a project with a colleague to view, but when I share the link, it only shows two pages out of four. The project is a simple 4-page website. The first two pages look great, and second two pages show only a line. I tried saving it differently, coping the project into a new one, etc. Nothing is working. Any idea why? (Project blurred because there is sensitive info). In the project, pages 3 and 4 show, but when I save it the only thing we can see is the line. It also happens when I run it with Prototype.  Any idea how can I fix this? We need to share it to a client.

XD will continue to write temp files to cache and fill up storage until it is unable to save any more. Is there any way to change the location of the XD's cache or disable it all together. Why are previsous auto saves not deleted when a new one is created. I've found that if I'm working with a particualarliy large project I can end up with many saved versions each one being 170mb  of that project in cache and the only way to clear it is to close XD. I have used XD on a mac and this problem doesnt happen, it's only an issue on windows.

Hello   All of a sudden my Adobe XD is not working anymore. I keep getting the same mssage that I have been signed out and then i can't do nothing, because it disables everything and the program freezes. I already tried to uninstall and reinstall latest Creative Cloud. I did the same with Adobe XD but the problem is still there.
