I cant use Md with my graphics display and pen

Hello, I tried to use Md with my HUION Kamvas 16 but it does not work. the first klick with the pen is recogniced but after that nothing is working anymore. Painting in an other software works fine, so my setup should not be the issue. My Settings are done as this page says to set them up: https://helpx.adobe.com/substance-3d-painter/technical-support/configuring-pens-and-tablets.html

Anny Ideas how to fix that?
