"Profile unavailable" error force quits the software?

Hello,

I'm seeking advice for troubleshooting an issue with Adobe Substance 3D Modeler. I was able to install the program with no issue, but any time I try to open it, I receive an error that reads "Profile unavailable" and the program immediately quits. See the image below for an example:

Device specifications:
Windows 10 64-bit | Version: 22H2

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
RAM: 16 GB

The Substance software was just installed today so is up to date (version 1.3.0). Any information on what this error means and how I could further troubleshoot this? Thank you!
