Animation made for HTML Canvas to fast on Apple (or to slow in Windows...)

Hello guys

I built a very large animation based on vectors. I exported it for the HTML-Canvas. The resulting JS-File is about 500kB.

If i do the playback on a windows machine everything seems fine (sometimes the machine slows down a bit...maybe because of the many animations).
If I playback on a Mac, iPhone oder an iPad the animation seems way to fast....I used the default 24fps.

So how can I adjust my file to set the same speed on both OS...??http://webdesign.whykiki.rocks/animateJS/Animation_Freelancer.html

You can see an example here:

Thank you very much.

I can't see what is causing it to go too fast. You could report it as a bug to Adobe:

    Feature Request/Bug Report Form

or you could raise an issue in GitHub:
