What are the differences between Movie Clip and Graphic symbol types in Animate CC?

Hey people! I'm sorry if this question was already answered. What are the differences between symbols in Animate CC? When is better to use movie clip, and when graphic is more reasonable? Thank you for your answers.

    On example: Graphic Symbol do not support filters (Drop Shadow, Blur, Glow...) and Instance Name which is ID for hand-codding but is better for nested animation because you have better control on nested frames (Loop, Play Once, Single Frame).
