Adobe Podcast v2 is not enhancing the audio, even when toggled on. Still downloads the original.

I uploaded one 30 minute file of audio and it enhanced it perfectly, as usual. I then Uploaded a second, accidentally adding it to the same project. Now that 60 minue project is all enhanced as usual too. But since I can't download more than 30 minutes with my current plan (or lack of), I uploaded again as a second project with just the second 30 minute file. Despite toggling on that voice enhance option in the filters, the audio is still the original. I tried again two more times over two days. The only version that's enhanced is part of that first 60 minute file. What could be the problem?

Well, when I tried it outside of projects, it worked fine! Weird.

Try starting again, with a different file name for each half...

I just re-exported my audio file, made sure it was a different file name, uploaded again to a new project. I loaded to Adobe Podcast and turned on the filter. This time I turned it one while it was uploading. After the upload, I saw the little circle spinning for a few more minutes like it was doing SOMETHING. Then it stopped. I hit the play button on the bottom and it sounds like the original. I toggle the enhance filter off again and it sounds the same, toggle it on, no difference. I'll try it outside of the "projects" interface maybe. So weird. It has worked for me dozens of times in the past.
