Anyone having this probelm? Bridge 13.06  is Locking up on Windows 11, version 22H2We unistalled Bridge 14.0.2 Because it keeps crashing. 

You can see I have two files with "edge" in their names and  Ctrl+F menu doesn't find anything.  In fact it doesn't work at all.  With any search parameter.    Then in other folder it works just fine.    Moreover it worked in this same folder a week ago.      What am I missing?     I have this unreliable behaviour for years.    ps.   I renamed  the folder , re-opened Bridge  and Find works just fine.  Re-named the folder back to original name   and it's still working.    It's a weird  fix  but works at least .  Still wonder why?  And how can I make it work without all those extra troubles ?

Never see this in 20 years using Bridge.  The external HD was not move or renamed. Still added all fodlers again so back in Favorites.Then few days later same thing all folders get this. Yet again nothing moved or renamed. 

How do I put the address bar back at the top of the window?When I go to Window and check and uncheck PathBar, the highlighted element loads / unloads: Where do I grab to but the folder's address at the top of the window?Thanks!

Ho provato sia con CR2 che DNG, quando clicco su Apri non succede nulla e Camera RAW si chiude.Se salvo il file in JPG o TIFF dopo, da Bridge, lo posso aprire direttamente in Photoshop.Avevo avuto un errore di CPU e Camera RAW non funzionava più, dopo un riavvio del computer, Camera RAW è tornato normale, però non mi apre più i file in photoshop. Registra i dati di sviluppo ma non passa in Photoshop

Hi, I have been using Lightroom as a catalogue to keyword and quickly find/view images. These keywords are only written to the catalogue and not to the actual image metadata. I would like to be able to use Bridge to search by keyword and quickly find/view these images. I have tried using the dropdown in Lightroom (see screenshot), this assigns the keywords to the image metadata. However, I can't search for the image by keyword in bridge until I have opened that specific folder/image in Bridge. Once opened I am able to search and view by keyword. The issue is I have a over 10k images that are in various folders that I need to quickly access in Bridge via keywords. Is there a more time efficient way to assign the keywords from the Lightroom catalogue to the images and view in Bridge without manually opening each file in Bridge. I hope this makes sense and appreciate any ideas.

Before beginning, I should probably post up my pedigree.  I was invited into the Bridge prerelease program ca. 2005-06 by Chris Cox.  I have tested every prerelease, release, and beta version of Bridge since then.  That’s likely in the vicinity of 100+ versions and many thousands of volunteer hours invested in assisting Adobe in the development of Bridge.  I have used Br as the primary asset management tool in our studio’s production environment for all that time.  It is unlikely that anyone in this conversation has significantly more experience in testing and using Bridge in a high-volume production studio than I do.  My testing parameters have been refined over the years to provide the most accurate, predictable, and repeatable results. It works well in all our studio folder hierarchies. When I'm using Adobe Bridge CC 2019 on a MacBook Pro and press the spacebar to view full preview, the photos are fully pixelated and crazy. What I've done to try and fix it: - I've un-intsalled the app while keeping my Bridge settings and re-installed the app with no fix. - I've un-installed the app but removed my Bridge setting and re-installed the app with no fix. - I've purged the cache and then full preview worked until I clicked the next arrow, and then it pixelated again. - If I take a screenshot of the screen, the pixealtion goes away but if I click the arrow to go to the next photo, it pixelates again.   I've recently updated my MacBook Pro and iMac to macOS Catalina but this problem is not happening on my iMac, only on my MacBook Pro. I am nnot sure who decided the corrections tool in camera raw isnt important but it absolutely is. I 100% need this feature to do my job. I am a real estate photographer and need to be able to group edit images to be EXACTLY the same with their verticles and horizontals. I do not knnow who needs to be told but I just spent 2.5 hours having someone put an old version remotely on my computer so I can do my job again. You 100% need to add this feature back or you will be bombarded with so many people needing help and freaking out because they can not fix there images the way they need to. 

I am sorting my files (.JPG) with bridge. Some files just can't get rated (bridge fails without giving me an error), and if I try to set other metadata (like keywords), bridge tells me "There was an error writing metadata to ".....JPG".I have full access to the folder, it is an internal disk, the files are not locked. It affects about 5% of all files - this is the second shooting (&folder) where I have this problem. I don't see any differences between the files I can change and the ones where I can't. I can rename the file with bridge, but that does change nothing. I tried purging the cache, it changed nothing. I just found out: I can change the tags with Windows Explorer, Bridge does show them, and afterwards I can change them with bridge too. Someone got an Idea how I can avoid this step?[Win7Pro x64, i7]

I have over 300 .avi files that need to be moved into folders in my favourites (left column) but i keep getting a Moving file message that doesn't move past 0%. Does anyone know why  its happening or how to achieve my goal? 

I've grown accustomed to using Aurora 2019 with Bridge by selecting the files to open and then selecting Aurora HDR 2019 from File/Open With/Aurora HDR 2019. However, after recent upgrade to Bridge Aurora HDR has disappeared from the Open With menu. Now this may be complicated by the fact that Aurora HDR 2019 hasn't been upated now since, well 2019, and the developer no longer sells it as a standalone. Nonetheless, it works fine on my computer (MacBook Pro M1, Sonoma). by itself. But it is certainly more convenient to launch it through Bridge.  Any wisdom to share about this? Is there a way to put it back on the menu? Thanks, Ed Merrin

I have 4K screen. Huge adjustment and crop icons are covering most of the thumbnail. I set the size of thumbnails to the smallest available for which the file name is displayed. Moreover - the file name doesn't fit into the single line! And they are standard file names: 8 letters + 3 letters extension. A single row of thumbnails takes very much of the vertical space. The situation gets even worse when you further decrease the thumbnails size - I can no longer see the images underneath: I have set the UI scaling to the lowest setting - no luck. In Bridge 2022 everything is working fine - the icons are small and the file name fits in a single line. Please fix the scaling. Issues found in: Adobe Bridge 14.0.2 (and earlier, after 2022 edition)

Hello, I don't know if an upgrade broke this by changing something in Bridge, or if an upgrade reset preferences and I just need to fix a setting... I have a large set of hierarchical keywords.  For example, I have France|Brittany|Carnac, and Birds|Owls|Little Owl.  When I would select a more specific keyword (such as Carnac or Little Owl in the examples), I would hold down the shift key, and Bridge would apply all the other keywords as well.  Something changed around the end of August 2023.  Since then, the words are being applied differently; and I can't figure out how to get back the previous behaviour.  Now, it looks like Bridge is still applying the higher level keywords; but not showing that it has applied them. For me, the biggest problem with the new way they are being applied is that the photo viewing app I use on my phone is not able to read the keywords the same way.  The app allows me to view pictures by "tags".  When I

Camera Raw Favorites are not appering in the Bridge 2024 Develop Settings list under Edit -> Develop Settings. This is a new Bridge 2024 install on a new MacBook Pro M3 Max. This includes both marking imported User Presets as Favorites and marking Adobe included presets as Favorites in Camera Raw.  Note that Favorites are correctly included in the Apply Favorite Preset list on the Camera Raw pop-out panel. But not in Bridge under Edit -> Develop Settings.   Thank you.

When I double click on a Scrivener file it won't open. I need to right-click and choose Scrivener, which IS set to be the system default for opening .scriv files.All other third-party programs I use will open from Bridge via a double click, which is convenient as I have Bridge open all day on its own monitor.A small glitch, to be sure, but it would be nice to see it fixed. 

In our environment AutoRun and AutoPlay are disabled on all Windows machines. After that change was made, the "Get Photos From" option in Adobe Bridge 2024 is no longer able to detect our Lexar memory cards inserted into the Lexar RW5550 card reader. It does not even detect the card reader. I have found other posts about this being a bug in Adobe Bridge 2023 and installing the latest Visual C++ Runtimes as a workaround, but that does not work either. Anyone have any idea how to get this working again? It is not possible to re-enable AutoPlay in the environment.

Quick qualifiers:I am on Bridge V14.0.2 (haven't updated to the most recent release but this has been an issue for me for several versions of Bridge before this one.Mac Ventura 13.6.3 on a Mac Studio with an M1 Max Chip and 64Gb of Ram.I've tried a couple of the other solutions I've seen including giving full disk access to Bridge through the Mac security settings, as well as ensuring the files are on my SSD, and it is exportig to my SSD. I also completly rebooted my computer and started only Bridge before trying the export.I reliably get this error message on some file types. The files I am trying to get a PDF image of are themselves PDFS and I have them set to Overprint a "Spot White" Coloured Purple for my RIP Software and the printer we send it to.I tried removing the spot white colour and just having it CMYK purple overprint just for the PDF as we only use the bridge PDF for viewing by the Print operator.I also tried just removing the files in question and having just

Is there a way to use the thumbnail file view, and have it display the entire file name? I realize that viewing in the List mode displays the full file name, but I would like to be able to see the full file name in the thumbnail mode. I have searched through the preferences and also could not find anything relevant in the already posted community discussions - any chance there is someone out there who can help me out? After updating Bridge to 13.0.2 and Camera Raw to 15.1.1, I experienced a number of problems when using same apps. One particularly annoying problem occurs when cropping images in Camera Raw.For the making of a photo book I use images cropped to two different presets: 62x43 for landscapes and 30x43 for portraits. In the past I've never had any problems with cropping, but currently I'm having difficulties to perform the required cropping actions.Having cropped a set of images with a preset of 62x43 and changing to a preset of 30x43, the custom ratio of 30x43 is consistently reset to 62x43 and images are cropped accordingly. Changing the preset ratio to 30x43 requires clearing all Camera Raw presets (via Edit / Ctrl + Camera Raw Prefs) and start anew. Returning to 62x43 requires the same procedure.To further complicate matters, this behavior occurs only for the above presets. Having set a ratio of 62x43, I’m unable to generate a preset of 30x43, vice versa. With a current preset of 62x34

Hi all, I'm wondering if it's possible for batch rename to implement consecutive numbering into the MIDDLE of a filename.  In the attached example, I want to replace the  .1's  with .1, .2., .3 etc but keep everything else identical.  Would appreciate any instructions, as hard to figure it out within the batch rename function.... 

When I cull I go through photos to select the best I start with a sort by date created.  When I give a photo a rating, the sort order changes.  The photo will move 2-10 spaces in the order.  This is disorienting, and could cause me to miss good photos.As I shoot sports often at 15 or 30 fps, I have many photos shot in the same second.  Giving the photo a rating of 1 seems to move the photo to the last phot in that second.   Attache dis photo where you can see a rating of 1 star has moved the phtoo out of order.  

Hi, I'm using a Nikon Z6 with a 64GB XQD card. On my Mac mini M1, it's almost impossible to download photos using Adobe Bridge - Photo Downloader. First, in the "Get Photos from" list, there are two memory cards / or partitions #1 and #2. Sometimes one differs from the other in content, but sometimes they contain the same amount of photos.In addition, sometimes after downloading photos (this is possible only with a small number of photos on the card), the photos are corrupted: for example, only half of the photo is visible. It is not possible to download more photos (e.g. 250).The same photos from the same card can easily be copied quickly using the Finder with no issues. When I put the same card in a Windows computer where Bridge is installed - everything works fine.
