Just upgraded to Camera Raw 9.12 with the Photoshop CC and Windows 10.  Now when I use the CR filter, the file opens and looks like someone spilled water on a colored pencil drawing.  How do I uninstall this update and revert to the previous edition? 

I want to import and work with the RAW from my Sony a6000. It says it can’t import this version. How do I update so it will import these?

Now my Photoshop crashes every time I try to open a jpeg file. This never happened before with all the other updates. Is this just me or is this happening to anybody else with this update?

I am looking for an update to Photoshop Elements 15 Camera RAW. I have a Panasonic ZS70 that creates RAW2 file, I have done an update to Elements and it indicates that all the updates have been executed, when I display the version that I have it indicates is version Elements 15.0 and when I display About Plug ins for Camera Raw it display and indicates that I have version 9.10.0.739 and according to Cameras Supported by Camera RAW indicates that I need 9.10.1 So how and where can I get Elements to update the Camera Raw.?Any ideas anyone

Hello!First, sorry about my english, my language is portuguese.My cellphone is a Samsung Galaxy S6 and it take RAW photos in .DNG format. I took a photo of the Color Checker in .DNG, opened it on the DNG Profile Editor, set the 4 corners of the color checker at the tab "chart", and then click "creat color table..." button, exactly as I do do create the profiles for my Canon T3i and Canon 6D.But when I try to export the profile, NOTHING happens, the profile doesn't appear at the folder with the other profiles I have (C:\Users\Leandro\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\CameraProfiles) neither appear at the profiles list on Lightroom.I also tried to import this .DNG from the cellphone on Lightroom and export again to DNG to make sure that isn't some problem with the file from the phone, but still have the same problem.Can someone helpme?

I took a couple of pictures at an event in camera raw but now that I look at the pictures, they seem blurred and others distorted. Can these images be salvaged?

Hello Everyone.I have the latest Creative Cloud. Inside Camera Raw, I have noticed when I Drag, and play with the Sliders, sometimes I see like Histogram, or some boxes pops up, I don't how to explain, it comes and goes quick, therefore, I cant take a screen-shot. how can I Disable that.Thanks.

When i use the crop tool, right after y finish selecting, the screen turns red and i cant keep working. I've done this a million times in other computers and this is the first time that i come across this issue. I didn't touch any kind of settings. Please help A screenshot so you can see:

I just updated camera raw and now when I open the filer in photoshop all my highlights are appearing muddy grayish blue and are showing as clipped even though the histogram is perfectly fine. What can be the problem. Is it a setting issue I can adjust?

Hi everyoneI'm having some trouble opening some of .NEF (RAW) files.I have a set of RAW files from a recent shoot.  About half will open in Photoshop and LR fine whilst the other half won't open and fail to show a thumbnail in the finder on my MAC.All the files were taken on the same day, on the same camera and on the same SD card.  They were all transferred to my Mac at the same time.Now, after a week or so, I return to the images, only about half are readable or can be opened.I've made sure all my adobe apps are up to date with the latest version.Any help please.ThanksStuart

Seit geraumer Zeit stellt sowohl Bridge als auch Lightroom meine Nikon RAWs viel zu dunkel da. Sind die Bilder noch noch nicht vollständig in die Cache geladen, werden sie noch richtig gezeigt. Erst wenn die komplette Voransicht geladen ist, "ploppen" die Bilder ins Dunkle.Bei Nachfrage beim Support wurde mir empfohlen, eine neue Identität auf meinem Rechner anzulegen und PS BR und LR neu zu laden. Ausser gebastelt und Zeitverschwendung hat das aber leider nichts gebracht. Kann jemand was zu diesem Problem sagen?

I just purchased a Samsung Chromebook Plus recently.  In the Chromebook files app I have noticed that DNG files shot with my camera show up fine, however those shot with my phone do not (the phone DNG files themselves show up, however, they don't show a thumbnail image and won't open).  The camera files had been imported into Lightroom and converted to DNG from the raw camera files (Panasonic FZ and Canon) when I had a PC. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. I set the camera to pro mode and the files get saved as DNG.  I have also tried this with my wife's Galaxy Note 5 with the same results.  I thought that the DNG format was universal like JPG, PDF, etc.  I have posted this same question to the Google Chromebook Forum and have tried to research it to no avail.Thank You for your help, Jerry

Sorry if this is unclear as I'm not great with explanations, but I think there's an annoying little bug in Camera Raw, specifically the Upright Transform feature, even more specifically the "guided" option.So, I do real estate photography full time and I use the transform tool for upright/perspective correction in Camera Raw for practically every image I shoot. I bracket exposures so when correcting distortion and perspective it's extremely important that every image in a set lines up exactly, so I do batch edits for some adjustments.The issue I have is when I select a batch that I've bracketed to correct together as a group, when I use the Guided Upright tool, there is usually one photo in the bracket that does not adjust with the others. So, when I first noticed this was a problem, after I would draw my guide lines I would synchronize the batch, which is annoying but somehow has worked its way into my muscle memory. I am having an issue with trying to open my raw photos in Photoshop and Camera Raw. The photos look fine in the thumbnail, but when I go to open them in Camera Raw, there is a neon band of color across sections of the photo and the file is corrupted. The targeted adjustment brush has suddenly simply stopped doing anything. The "target" circle is still there, but when I apply it, instead of, say, slowly wiping out the bright red of clipped highlights when touched with the brush, the reds everywhere in the image instantly disappear as soon as the brush touches one part of the image. But when I go back to the basic panel, the red/blown highlights are all still there, completely untouched. (Furthermore, on the targeted adjustment page, the mask doesn't show up-- presumably because the brush isn't working.) 

Recently bought a Canon GX7 Mark II. Now I cannot open the raw files in Photoshop CS6. I have the most recent ACR (9.11) and the camera is listed as being support from ACR version 9.9. When trying to open the CR2 files, Photoshop says it cannot open the file and suggests I update... but as said I already have the most recent update..... What am I doing wrong?

I have a new camera a Nikon D810 . It does not open raw files. I have PSCS5 extended. This had not been an issue in the past with previous cameras. Thanks, Balto

When using camera raw the image keeps changing into large random blocks instead of a single image. I have updated all video card drivers (nvidea GT730) and have the latest raw convertor. I have also tried taking the use graphics processor out in the raw settings. Any suggestions please.

Hello everyone, I am new to the Photoshop world. I have just purchased a Nikon D3400 and have PS CS6. It is updated to the ACR 9.1.1.461. My problem is that Adobe says that the D3400 camera IS a supported device, however, I cannot open the NEF file and I'm being forced to convert them to the DNG file type. Why am I having to convert my images from a camera that is 'supported'? Can anyone help me here? Thank you.

I see where the latest version of ACR supports the Hasselblad X1D camera, but none of the X series lenses (currently four) show in LR to apply corrections.When will I see the appropriate lens support?

I run Camera Raw 9.10.1 under Photoshop CC 2017 on an iMac with OSx 10.11.6. The iMac has an ATI Technologies AMD Radeon HD6670M OpenGL engine graphic processor. Photoshop configuration recognises the GPU and operates in the advanced mode. However, Camera Raw does not recognise the GPU. The preference box in Camera Raw is ticked for GPU use but it shows "unsupported hardware / driver version". There are no updates available to either the iMac or Camera Raw. Any ideas why this is happening? Is there a list of compatible GPU's available?
