Can someone tell me how to cancel my subscription if I live on the other side of the planet from Customer Care. There is no email address to cancel

My only option to cancel is chat which is always closed when I'm on here.  Calling, which is an international phone number or using the forum, -which I'm using now.  Ideas anyone  besides canceling the credit card
