captivate 8 - "publish to computer" no longer in Publish dialogue box

Yesterday Publish to computer" was an option in Publish.  Today, it is not.  Help

    I think yesterday you were creating a Blank project, and today a Responsive project? Publish to Computer is only available for blank (normal) projects.

    Thank you.  How do I get the project converted to video? (mp4 or swf)

    Responsive projects can only be published to HTML, that is the nature of that type of projects. Why do you create a project to play on any device if you want a pure video (MP4) or Flash output? For the first you don't need responsive design, and Flash players are only available on desktop browsers, not on mobile devices. BTW SWF is NOT a video format, it is output like HTML for interactive courses.
