from day one, I have paid my subscription to Adobe for Captivate 9, It keeps crashing, doesn't work nobody cares cant get hold of Adobe to get help.

every time I launch captivate 9 it will stay open until I try to do some work then it will crash! WTF? I have tried re-installing etc but have found nothing that can fix it

    Hi There,

    Sorry to hear that you are not able to use Captivate 9. Kindly confirm the below points which help us to diagnose the problem-

    1. May I know the Operating System you are using?
    2. Please let us know at what point Captivate crashes? Is it crashing on the splash screen or does it crash while working on a project?
    3. Do you have full administrative rights on the machine?

    Windows 7

    It opens fine, you can launch a project but then say go to "Advanced Actions" and it will crash, thats one thing. somtimes it will crash when picking a project

    oh and yes I have full admin rights
