How to save answers from Short answer Survey Questions to SCORM Cloud?

Short answer survey questions & SCORM Cloud -  We need to save user responses from short answer survey questions to SCORM Cloud.  We are using Captivate 9 and publishing as SCORM 2004.  This is a research project and we want to save individual's text responses, not score them.
