Hi.I have made a content with breakpoints. Everything is organized so that each slide leaves everything in its place.Something has happened to me, a user tells me that if the font size is increased in the configuration of the mobile device, the texts are mounted above the images, on the one hand it is logical.Has this happened to you, does anyone know of any solutions?Thank you.The user does this to see the texts better.

We built a captivate module with video running in the background and interactions overlayed on top (text capture, drag and drop). When the module runs, the background video, interactions and audio are all out of sync and its nuts. Is there anyway to keep all three of these in sync?

I registered for the sessions in June. How are they presented? If we are behind a strict firewall, we are looking to see if we need to request off-network access. I find it hard to locate any contact information for questions regarding Adobe eLearning World 2020 - any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

Since we converted all courses to "HTML only" (no swf), we have a problem with certain videos that start playing and then get a gray overcast with the word "Loading..." very small in the center of the screen. The videos worked fine when they were SWF. This has made several courses fail to our thousands of users taking the courses. I could use help with this problem. I have the latest update to Captivate.

I am working on a slide that involves a series of yes-no questions.  The user will answer that question by clicking Yes or No button. By clicking any of Yes or No button current question will hide and another question will appear. There is a group of elements that shows steps and there is an image of a child. screenshot:  if the user clicks Yes the child image will move one step forward. suppose the user answers it Yes it will be like this.   And if the user answer No then the child's image won't move but will move if Yes is answered in any future question. what I tried is adding an image above each of the steps and hiding them initially and when the user type Yes, tried to show the next one and hiding the previous image.  but if the user answers No in few questions for e.g if the user keeps answering No up to the fourth question and answers Yes in the fifth question I could not be able to show the image above the se

Hello,Is it possible to have audio play all the way through it's duration before the submit button appears on a quiz slide? I'd like to prevent the user from clicking on the quiz submit button until they've listened to the audio and made a selection.This will be used on a set of 15 random question slides that are pulled from a pool of quiz questions with shuffled answers.I'm also using adobe captivate 2019 on windows 10.Thanks,- Hunter 

I am working on a slide that involves a question and many options to choose one. Here is a screenshot:What I need to do is after the user chooses any of the buttons,  and when he goes to the next slide, I need to display the choose button there.  like this.And I also want to able to change the design of the button in the next slide. I also  I think it can be done by assigning three different advance action.  for e.g, advance action: selectApplefor apple button which make the var_apple_selected to true and by checking if that variable is true or  false we can show the apple button on the next slide. But  in my real project there are twenty eight  buttons and this way seems be too lengthy.  I think there must be something like storing the content of a button in a variable and in the next slide defining the content of the button is the stored content of the variable. I tried but could not find any related like this. Evening,  I have a strange question, which hopefully I will explain correctly. To most slides (those that include a click box) 2 possible slides. The main slide has a background that you can select "Find Background in the Library", which you can then click "Edit" in the Library pane. There seems to be another background associated with a slide that gets triggered when the timeline hits the click box. To show this the main image is below and through the timeline this is what is shown, and when I got to edit the background, this is what I see.When the timeline hits the click box the highlighted image below appears and the change of colour. I cannot find a way to edit this image (if it is an image).  Is it possible to edit this image, and if so how?  Apologise for any wrong terminology. ThanksPhil.   

Im in IT and admin for a large company, we have over 600 active licenses. One user is getting prompted to buy Captivate or provide Redemption Code/Serial?? He is signed in and we reinstalled, I also relicensed him under Adobe Admin. Please resolve ASAP, we use volume licensing and the user doesnt have any emails with codes or serials. 

I was finally able to get my first output😊Everything is OK, but when I run it, some parts of my slides disappear in each run, which is different in each run. For example, once this problem occurs in slides four and six, the second time I run it The slides are perfect, but the other slides are broken, and so each time one or two slides of some of them become problematic, it's not normal at all.Does anyone know what the problem is?The other question is that:I click next/previous during the running of a slide.Then for example I follow the rest slides but then if I again reach that slide by clicking next button  , the narrition will run OK (from the first of it ) but the slides effect will disturb . The effects will run from the situation I clike next button . How can I set the every thing of that slide runs from firstthank you in advance For taking the time and respond

Hi I am trying to add additional boxes to click to reveal in a slide from the assets but teh new boxes are not working, do not show the new reveal slides. Driving me crazy! Is there any documentation or a video? I have seen videos but they all remove boxes, the do not add a new box. Working with Captivate 2019

Hi everyone,  While creating some video lectures with Captivate 9 the audio recording stopped working.  It worked perfectly for one slide, but the next it was extremely muted.  I've tried several different microphones, without any success.  When I re-calibrating with the auto calibrate function it seems like Captivate barely registers the audio input.  The "Checking Input Level" bar doesn't register audio unless i literally yell, but then states the "Input Levels Ok".  Any advice or trouble shooting?  Thanks. 

I have just installed Adobe Captivate 2019. It shows the (loads...) screen and stays like this. I tried uninstalling and re-installing but it is the same. I have 32 GB of RAM. I use my Rhino and V-ray to render high quality graphics and it works fine. What do you think the issue could be?Thanks

Hello all, We have purchased a corporate license for Adobe Captiva 2019 and I am already starting to regret this. The software takes eons to download, its so huge and cannot even install properly.  I am using a Dell Precision 5530 on Windows 10 Pro. Everytime I start the install, it tries to unpackage the files using Adobe Extractor and then freezes 75% through this process. I have tried logging out and in multiple times and even with different user-id's. Tried using run-as-admin (which normally works) The result is the same. The saddest thing, is there is no log file for this install. Normally firms have at least a log for their process where engineers can go search and determine what the problem is. Well, not here !! Moreover I reached out to Adobe - who were very happy to wash their hands of this problem stating that there was probably an issue in my system with something which was blocking the install. Not sure where to go now. We need to know on which device the content is followed. We use the system variable "CpInfoMobileOS". We collect this information in an interaction ID and collect it on the platform, but for that the user has to click on advance, to record this information in the test.Is it possible to have this information, avoiding the click of the user to create the interaction ID? Thank you

I'm sure the answer is staring right in the face but I can't seem to find a way to stop all the audio and video from playing when i open a project. I opened a project file sent to me and after opening every audio and video file begins to play from all the slides and i cant figure out how to stop them all. Thanks in advance.

Hi - I'm looking for a way where the user can input an answer to an open question, where there could be any number of right answers, then the user can see what they input immediately and they also have a way to go back at any point and see what they input. Example: "What are your best hopes for this course?"Sample answers: to learn what active listening is, to find out the steps to doing it, and achieve advanced beginner level within 2 weeks. I tried knowledge checks but those assume a right or wrong answer. Maybe an object that returns something? But how would they go back later, like after the module and see what they input? Like looking at their original goals, and seeing how close they came to those goals. Thanks for your suggestions,Kelly

Within the course, when a Knowledge check is completed, if the student tries to go back to review the KC, the slide is reset. All the the slides do this except the Matching slide. Can you Reset the matching slide in a knowledge check? If so. please advise how to do so.

Good afternoon!  I'm trying to find a way to provide access to Captivate content generated as HTML5 from our company's SharePoint Online site.  The content will be linked from our LMS (which does not house content directly).  I know there are challenges with uploading the .json file type to SharePoint, but I'm wondering if there are other roadblocks as well?  Currently we house our training content as the Flash based PDF on the legacy SharePoint, but with the end of Flash, we need to start the transition to HTML5. I've looked at using MP4 content, but the file sizes produced are RIDICULOUSLY huge! Any input/suggestions are greatly appreciated! Cheers,Patrick

I am busy with some questions in a module. Every question you have to choose A or B (see the first picture). The result is visible in the score list (picture 2). Now I want to make that if you click on the total button in a colum he counts only the visited results but he gives always 12 and that are all the answers in that collum not only the one you visited. What do I do wrong??? 

Is there a setting that can force a user to the results screen on a quiz that they have already failed before completion of the quiz? For example, we have a 140 question comprehesive test. They must pass with a 90%. So, if they fail 15 questions, they fail the test. But, I don't want them taking the whole 140 test if they are 20 in and have failed 15 of them.Thanks

Hello,I'd like to see if anyone could support me in solving this problem:When I send the LMS an HTML5 score generated in Captivate2019, when closing it in the middle of a quiz and trying to open it again, it keeps loading and does not open again.By doing the same process but with an HTML5 scorm generated from Captivate9, if you can open me to the question where I stayed.Do you have any idea why this situation happens in Captivate 2019 '

Hello, I am working in Captivate 2019 version 11.5.1.499 and have written a Javascript with a For Loop running through 30+ objects by name (Is there any ID system that can be used besides the actual object name? These objects are not TEBs, they are text captions/images.) and it works perfectly fine.The problem occurs when I try to copy and paste the slide with all of its content into another project (which does not have any objects with the same name as the ones I am pasting into it). The Javascript comes in fine but the objects are all renamed, and for the code to work, since it is based off of the object names, I will have to rename every single object. Is there a way to force Captivate to keep the same name of all Objects on a slide when copying and pasting them into another Project (or anywhere for that matter)?

We're working on someone else's course and I printed storyboards from a Captivate file for our project manager to use. The slide displays correctely but the text objects are backwards. Objects are listed in the reverse order of how they are shown on screen. Same thing when I exported captions; everything is in reverse order. Is this a bug?
