Unable to open and convert some Captivate version 4 files with Captivate 5.

I am unable to open some Captivate version 4 files into Captivate 5 files. I keep getting the message " The exception unknown software exception (0xc000417) occured in the application at location 0x7858ccd5" I need to convert and save the files in Captivate 5.5 soon.

    Check if you have assets that use ActionScript 2. From CP5 on only AS3 is supported.

    There will be a lot more conversion issues, because there is a big difference between CP4 and 5
