Hi there,Adobe Connect 9 needs at least FlashPlayer 10.3. But this version doesn't seem to work on PPC-based Macs.But i cannot  find a proof. Is there a way to take part via an (non-intel) PPC-based Macs?Thank you in advance.Michael.

I deleted a folder named "Economic Master" using sco-delete, but the contents of the folder appears when I do a search from the url-path of the files.The folder named "Economic Master" appears in the search, but doesn't appear in the root folder for the folder named "Economic Master".

I want to choose the mic and webcam available on my PC that will be used in a session.  Connect seems to grab whichever one it wants and I see no way to have it use an audio/video course of my choosing.  How can I do this?

I'm trying to pull my phone conference line into a Connect webinar. Although I have set up the audio bridge with an audio profile, the Test and meeting connections both fail with a 'connection timed out' error. This often happends nearly immediately, so I don't suspect an error with the dialing or pauses. How do I troubleshoot this? Might there be an incompatibility issue with my conference line and Connect, or a limitation in my account?

Hello,I need some help with event management. This tab is not available on my Adobe Connect and I am wondering how I can enable it. I need to promote my event with emails, as well as create a custom landing page, which I know can be done since it was something I had available to me in my free trial. It seems I might need to change my role to admin but I am not able to do this. Can anyone help me out with this? I have already spoken with 10 customer service reps and they have not been able to assist me.

Hi,I show up as a host in the setup area however when I enter my meeting room, I am only a participant. What is preventing me from entering as a host?I have deleted all previous meeting in case as I saw an answer posted online that said a host can only be in one meeting at a time.Abbas

I´m a tutor and working with adobe connect. Last week I`ve upgraded my workstation from Server 2008R2 to 2012.If I´m working with Adobe Connect Plugin (newest Version), all works fine - without one Feature: If I share my Desktop it takes more then 4 sec if other can see this. Its not a problem to establish the connection - this time difference will be permanently in the desktop sharing session. But if I establish a Desktop sharing session from a virtual PC (with Win 7 or Server 2008R2) on my server it will work normaly.Looks like a problem with the new integrated network adapters in server 2012 - I`ve virtual adapters for every Hyper-V network profile. In my opinion I have to search the problem in this configuration - but I dont know where...Someone able to help?Many thanks ...PS: Eine Antwort auf Deutsch wäre mir allerdings lieber.

Some months ago I used to have adobe connect meetings from home regulary, with different accounts, and I had no problems.I didn't use adobeconnect for some months (last time was at the end of september 2011), then yesterday I tried to access my account and I found that I can't reach the login page: I receive the browser error (I translate it in english from italin) "Impossible to view the web page".I can rech any other website, http and https, but not adobeconnect login page (es. https://connectpro61501161.adobeconnect.com/)I tried with different browsers, different browser security settings, I switched off any security system (!?) on my PC but it didn't workFinally ...I tried with my Iphone and I found that:- when the Iphone is connected to my home wireless network it receive the error impossible to connect- when the Iphone is connected to the 3G phone network it can reach and display the adobeconnect login page correctlySo.. as I made no changes to my wi-fi network... what could be?A

We had an Adobe Connect meeting that was open for guest users to log in under generic user names. Does the Adobe Connect meeting log keep the IP address or other identifiable information for these guest users?

I have a meeting scheduled and expecting about 100 participants. I need to find out a way to have these participants attend the meeting without me having to provide individual permissions for them to attend the meeting. Is there a certain way I need to send the invitations to these participants so they will be able to attend without me spending most of the meeting granting access to these external participants? I want to add some organization folders to the Training Catalog folder. I was initally able to do this. But now it seems I no longer have the permissions. I am set with Administrator security. Is this a permissions issue?
