Everytime I open up an invite to an Adobe Connects meeting I am prompted to reinstall Adobe Connects. Evern though I have previously done this step. Is there a solution for this?Thanks.
I have attempted to download a PPTX to my Shared Content folder and I get the processing error message. I try to download again and the system tells me I already have a file by that name, but I cannot find the partially downloaded file to delete it and try again. I am trying to maintain a strict naming convention with these presentations and would like the corrupt version removed so I can attempt to save it again under the same name. Anyone have this issue??
Hello I need to install Adobe Connetcion desktop App. Download is OK. When I run installer, message in attached file occours. I closed everything, restarted laptop. Situation is the same. Thank you for your help.
Is there a way to mass export or save all of our user's recordings in MP4 format? I do not see a way to accomplish this in our enterprise console. Asking uers to install the connect client and record their recordings to an MP4 format is not practical. Having them append the output/filename.zip?download=zip to the end of the recording URL in order to download a zip of all the flv with metadata is not useful even though it downloads in 1/4 the time of the recording length. Is there any news or plans to let users to speed up the videos? This is very basic option, availale on many poorest tools around. Literaly, i cant belive, Adobe as a well know brand does not provide such essential thing. Is this in plans or i will never be implemented? Many thanks
I have a problem with adobe connect meeting recordings. Some of the recordings (around 1%) stuck on connecting and have zero KB disk usage.I am using Adobe Connect 9 and already installed latest (9.0.4e) patch. My cluster has 8 adobe connect server clusters working with a primary database and a content server.The flv and xml files associated with the recording can be found on the cluster and It seems that data couldn’t transfer from adobe connect server cluster to content server but I don’t know what is the problem?
What is going on? We are unable to connect to any of our Meetings for the past half an hour! Is there any information about a problem and when is it going to be solved?

I have been building out 6 rooms for 6 days of virtual training that starts at 11 am EST this morning. During the building process, the past few days, I have not experienced much connectivity issues. However, this morning, I have been booted out 5 times in the last hour and now I can't even launch the app/ room. Training starts in 50 minutes. This is for AWS.

We recently upgraded to Adobe Connect 10.6.1 and have noticed that the user's status does not update after they complete a course. The transcript shows status as in progress and sometimes the score is overwritten causing the student to retake the course not saving their scores.

HiWe have a on premise connect 10.1 installation with a maximum of 100 user by meeting.We force the use of client application for the meetings.We use to have meetings type webinar, with 1 host showing webcam and a document or screen share,and n (80-90) participants viewing it and communicating by chat.In this situation, our server rarely exceed 10% usage of CPU for one meeting.Now, we need to evaluate the students, and we need to see the webcam of the students ( 80-90 participants) simultaneusly.The CPU usage of the server raise to 100% and the meeting is unusable.Our server has 32 x 2.30 Ghz core Xeon Gold 5218N What should be the hardware requirements to suppot 720p webcam for100 users simultaneuly?I know it can be clustered, but what are the requirements for it? I'm afraid adobe connect send 1 stream for each webcam and for every user, so I think is sending 100x100=10.000 streams. Is this correct? Is there a way for prevent this behaviour? Thanks in
My team could access our virtual meeting just fine on Friday, but it looks like Adobe Connect is still down. Zero help from the chat support. If this is a system-wide outage, please post an undate. Otherwise, is there a phone number to talk to a human?

Hello guys, I have a problem with my online course on Adobe Connect. When I try to open the course, content cannot be loaded. It just opens one slide page from the course and the professor cannot be seen. I can just see the attached photo in the professor section. I tried to install adobe connect and flash player several times but nothing changed. What is the problem? Thanks.

Hello,I'm trying to use a new set of AirPods as my headphones for Adobe Connect, but Connect crashes each time I try. I'm operating on a 2014 Macbook Air, MacOS Catalina 10.15.4 (latest update as of posting). During the couple times Connect didn't crash while using the AirPods, there was only a faint buzzing sound for input. The AirPods successfully work with other apps on the computer, both input and output. My wired headphones have no issues with Connect. Any tips? I've tried running the audio wizard with the AirPods selected, and I can't hear the initial sound test. I've also messed around with meeting > preferences, but nothing changes. And again, Connect doesn't last long before crashing.
