What kind of permissions are needed on the Adobe Connect side if we are just trying to pull down event details from Adobe Connect and tie them to contacts within Salesforce? I am an event admin and am receiving the error below when trying to make calls<results><status code="no-access" subcode="denied"/></results>

Meeting did not show most guest requests. participants kept asking for guest access but hosts did not get request. But a few requests did come through (24 out of 60) Host in US., participants in South Africa
Hi ,To do Adobe Connect with Asterisk VOIP , i need install Adobe Media Server 5 Starter ? But it have only SIP Port 5 (TRIAL ) or Maximum 25 , at maximum i can use only 25 session ( Concurrent channel) or 25 sip trunk ? Please correct me if am something wrong .....
My whole team is stumped by this so I'm reaching out into the wide Internet for answers.The problem is we have teams divided into breakouts, and in each breakout we use a Web Links pod for a web page that can change from day to day. We had a recent change where we had to rebuild our rooms and since then every time a person opens the link with "browse to" it opens that page for everyone. None of us remember how we fixed this in the past.I'm aware this is the intended function for presenters and hosts, so our fix is to manually demote everyone all the time (we have people coming in and out all day) which is a time drain.The question (unless there's a 3rd option): is there a way to either make it so participants by default don't open the link for everyone when they launch it, or is there a way to make people who are moved into breakouts NOT automatically promoted to presenter?If not, do we just need to get people using pop-up blockers? Would that solve it?Thanks!
hiIs there a step by step guide to getting Connect to work on the iPhone? Ive downloaded it various tines and keep getting told i have to download it again.I dont know if its easy to enable flash on this phone and I am using Safari.Many thanks!
Adobe Connect will not play a recorded meeting. Keeps looping , and then the website will have an error. I performed the test and all show good , even after restarting my machine after installing the add-on. This is in IE not Chrome.
Hello, I'm using version 10.10.5 OS X Yosemite on my mac, and I don't seem to be able to download Adobe Connect on my laptop. What could be the problem? I go through all the stages of the installation and at the end it is mentioned that the application has been successfully downloaded, but I can't find it when I go through my applications.
We use Saba for our learning management system and we teach a lot of classes during the year. We schedule these classes sometimes before all of the changes to the meeting room can be completed. Saba automatically creates classrooms for these classes from a template. Since the template is often unfinished, we have to edit every single classroom to reflect our changes. This means editing dozens of meeting rooms which can take a lot of time. Is there a way to take an existing classroom and import layouts into it? Or is it possible to import a template into an existing classroom?
Is it possible to open up a meeting in the internet explorer browser instead of with the Add-on? there are some clients that don't have the rights to install the Add-on and we want to try and expand who can attending our meetings. Thank you!
I have been accessing this group for over a month. The group has had the same password for 19 months.I only access this group from my iMac. When it wouldn't accept the password, I decided to try it on a PC that I've never gone to Adobe Connect before. Same problem.Any suggestions are very appreciated.
I have a list of meeting rooms where I want to check whether the Auto-Promote Participants to Presenter feature is turned on, and if so, turn it off. Is there a way to do this?I currently have a number of custom applications running against these rooms using the Web Services API, so I can integrate this new feature in there. I cannot use the Compliance and Control centre to turn this feature off server wide.
Hi,The company I work for is looking to purchase Adobe Connect Training to enable to use of the virtual classroom functionality. I've received mixed information regarding the option of concurrent licences for the latest version of the software. We will mostly have a team setting up the classrooms with the appropriate content, and then a Product Specialist will deliver the class. It sounded like a concurrent licence would be the best option, because if we have named licences we will need to get licences for the developers, and also the Product specialists. However I have also been told that concurrent licences don't work with virtual classroom in the latest version,(9.4) only with on-demand training.Could someone clarify please.Thanks Nicole

Is it possible to get voice over mobile phone instead of computers speakers? Meaning that person who is attending meeting would call to a number (specific for the meeting)so that the audio from the meeting would come via mobile phone but would still be using computer to participate to the meeting.

Hello,I am having trouble activating my webcam in any Adobe Connect meeting I create. There are no buttons available to do so in the meeting screen, as there are in the support videos. I had no trouble with this during my free trial. I have been searching for answers for the last couple of hours and I'm close to canceling my membership. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Is there any way to change the message that users see when they try to access the meeting when the host is not in the room?The current message reads "The meeting has not yet started. You will be able to access the meeting once the host arrives. Please wait."This would be very useful on days when the host is out sick for example and would like to leave instructions or a new message to guests that are trying to access the room.
We have a system for downloading recordings automatically the night after they are made using the Connect API. Recently the report-bulk-objects call has failed to find any recordings after August 4, 2017.For example, this call fails to find the many recordings we made last week: https://capitol.adobeconnect.com/api/xml?action=report-bulk-objects&filter-icon=archive&filter-gt-date-created=2017-08-04In 2015 this call also failed to work until an Adobe tech did some backend repairs.Has anyone else had a similar experience?In other news, Adobe's case system support is atrocious. Can anyone figure out how to open a case?
I've inherited an Adobe Connect system and noticed that the Learners Group has MANAGE permissions to the Shared Training folder. Is that correctly setup? I would think they would have VIEW permissions but not MANAGE.
After I make a recording can i move the file, I need a special permission?(Attach)
As of today (August 9th) Adobe has released a new version of the Connect Add-in to address an issue with the current version's certificate expiring on September 9th. You can install the new Add-in now or wait until it is forced on September 8th (for hosted accounts). I've downloaded Adobe connect add in 10 times and my computer still says I need to download it so I can access something.
Is there any way of running a session where delegates chat in different languages? I know you can set your own default language in personal settings (which I assume then enables that language but I have not tried it) but could I run a session with more than one?We need to run a session in English and Chinese. Happy to translate the presentation commentary but could questions be submitted in Chinese and answered in English? Perhaps the solution if not is to have it all as Chinese text and have translators back into English.Thanks in advance
