Our office upgraded to windows 10 this week and since then our recordings have been breaking during the 'make offline' process. We were able to process one all the way through but not the other 3 that we need copies of. Is anyone else having this issue? We use AdobeConnect 8 and I saw a similar issue to this on one forum, but it was a while ago and only applied to Mac, not Windows.
In my account there are no more previous recordings and 2015. Is normal? there is a way to recover them ?...thanks for your Help
Good morning I am a software developer from Trieste, Italy, Adobe Connect 9.We have a piece of code that dinamically creates meetings ( sco-update , type='meeting') then assign permission (permissions-update) and this works 'almost' fine.THE PROBLEM: the meeting is created with the flag about the license( virtual-classroom-license-model/ change-license-model) set to NO. I have to manually edit it from CONNECT Admin page to let the Meeting work. I need to set it via API: is it possible?thank you 🙂PS: when the code runs, the login account does not belong to the Virtual Classroom Manager group; this because the licenses are used for those accounts that really are host in the meetings.
Hi,I got an email from Adobe Connect Customer Service about the renewal of my product. It seems to have changed from 100 participants to 25 participants without further notice, so I want to get in touch. However, it's a no-reply emailaddress and I can't find any contact form or emailaddress on the website or in the email itself. Does anyone know how to get in touch? We use Adobe Connect as our LMS. Is it possible to customize the Training Course reports? I would like to generate a report that allows us to see (on one spreadsheet) the questions, the answers, and the usernames so we can see how each learner answered a question. The "By Answers" report almost gives me what I need except it is missing the usernames of the learners who took the quiz. If I am somehow able to add just one more column with the usernames that would be great.
I work for a multi-agency group concerned with oil spill preparedness and response. We meet four times a year in whatever spaces we can get for free. We've been broadcasting via Adobe Connect for about a year. One on-going problem is the sound quality on the Adobe recording and the amplified sound in the room where we're meeting. Not only do we need to amplify the presenter's voice but also the people who ask questions from the audience. Currently, we have one or more wireless stick mics scattered around the audience. That works for amplifying their voices in the room but not for picking them up on the Adobe Connect recording.We need mics that can be amplified in the room and picked up without distortion on the AC recording.(1) wired/wireless for the presenter(1) wired/wireless for the Master of Ceremonies(4) wireless mics for the audienceSo far, we can either amplify the presenter in the room or pick up the sound without distortion on the Adobe Connect recording--but not both. Hello all,I am fairly new to Adobe Connect and have been working with a team to set it up.We don't seem to see if Adobe Connect generates an ICS file and places a link to it in a confirmation email - either automatically or manually.Does anyone have any insight on how this is accomplished in AC?Thanks very much,Brian

Is there a way to upload historical training data (names, course, training dates, etc.) into Adobe Connect 8? We are trying to merge two outdated training platforms into one and we want to be able to retain the historical records in the data tables for reporting purposes.

Hello,We are creating meetings via an API integrating with our Web application. Our license information shows the below content :Meeting Peak Concurrent Users: 4 (Soft Limit: 4)Concurrent Users Per Meeting: Unlimited (Soft Limit: Unlimited)Right now if we create 3-4 simultaneous meetings using Adobe Connect and connect using more than 4 users, Adobe seems to allow this. I'm not sure how this Limit of 4 concurrent users is enforced ?Will adobe stop me from adding concurrent meetings or should we take care on our end that not more than 4 users join at a time ?When you say Soft limit , what does it mean exactly ?Message was edited by: Jorma Jennings - Title updated to better represent the question
I've configured my emails to send out relative to time of the event, but they aren't sending out to my list of invites. The manual 'send' option doesn't work either.Appreciate if anyone has ideas how to resolve this!

Hello,I'm brand new to this forum, so please forgive any breaches of etiquette, but I really hope someone from the Community can help wth a strange, somewhat random issue with some Articulate Storyline courses hosted in Adobe Connect Pro 7.5.We have more than 20 Storyline courses that have been published and uploaded over the last year. If a learner closes the course before completing the end-of-course quiz, their progress should be saved and when they reopen the course they should see a prompt asking if they want to resume where they left off (see below). This functionality is set up within the player settings of Storyline before the course is published, and all courses were prompting to resume until a couple of weeks ago.Resume Prompt:Storyline Player Settings:Around May 31, we noticed that some of the courses were starting over from the beginning slide, even if the learner had previously completed part or all of the course. HiI am having issues incorporating the audio conference call details from freeconferencecall.com (it is a toll number). Whenever I test the audio connection, I am getting the following error"Connecting to server...Requesting connection to Audio Bridge...Dialing into the conference...A configuration error occurred. Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Adobe Connect Central. Disconnected from the Audio Bridge."Can you please assist with this. Hoping maybe someone has knowledge of this or has encountered something like it before:One of our departments had a Seminar account. For reasons I won't get into, the account owner closed it without notifying everyone who was using content from it. Adobe stood the account up long enough for me to move some recorded webinars to a different (non-Seminar) content folder. When I did that, the recordings no longer showed up under Seminar, but also don't show in the content folder to which they were moved. At first, I was able to find them by searching the content, and then that stopped working too. The content still exists... if I click the public links to the recordings that exist on the department site, they work. I just have no way of finding them in the Connect UI.I went back and forth with someone from Connect Support for about two months trying to get all this resolved. He was reasonably helpful at first, then became less so as things progressed. He hasn't responded to my last couple
I tried posting this earlier but don't see the post, apologize if duplicate..I'm trying to figure out how to use multiple microphones with adobe connect, one for the presenter and another for questions from others in the room, for a meeting we stream live. I have purchased 2 microphones and a "audiobox usb". I've connected both microphones to the audiobox, and the audiobox to my mac. The "audiobox usb" shows up in the meeting under the "select microphone", however only 1 microphone works, the one plugged into input 1 on the audiobox,, I can't figure out how to also get input 2 to work at the same time. It was tested on a speaker at the store as were both of the microphones and both work fine. (if i swap which is in input 1 they both work here, just not simultaneously).Any suggestions, on how to get multiple microphones to work using adobe connect? Thanks!John
Hi.. Trying to get 2 microphones that will work with adobeconnect. I have bought an "audiobox" usb, that takes 2 inputs. Adobe connect lets me select "audiobox usb" as input, however, only the microphone hooked up to input #1 works, I'm trying to figure out a way to get both to work at the same time. I am running it on a macbook air.. Both mic's have been tested and work. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!John
Hello,I have been trying to get the Adobe Connect Add-In installed on our Windows Server 2012 R2 instances. The problem I am running into is that I add the adobeconnectaddin.exe application to our roaming profiles but it does not launch correctly. It gets stuck at "Loading Adobe Connect..."Is there any way I can solve this? Our roaming profiles are stored on a separate file server and are not stored locally on each server. Adobe Connect doesn't look on the regular server it is looking at the file server where the roaming profile is stored.Since the Add-In is now required to run Adobe Connect we really need to find a way to make this work.
I experienced a lot of audio issues during a webinar today. I think it may have been caused my the add-in update, as that is the only thing I did differently and I have never experienced any of these issues before.When I call in to a webinar I always dial *96 to make sure that participants come into the room muted and then push 2 when prompted to make sure that participants cannot unmute their own lines. Today however, one of our participants came in unmuted and we heard him having a phone conversation. I had to manually mute him.Then during some videos we played, we heard background noise, but I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. I muted every single person manually in Adobe, but still heard it. One of the presenters actually started talking before I had unmuted her and we all heard her, even though it was still showing in Adobe that she was muted.Then at the end of the webinar I tried to unmute two presenters. Hello,I am in a location that requires Adobe Connect and the default it opens in is Safari which does not render the initial opening well. Buttons have to be clicked which does not work smoothly. We want to use Firefox or possibly chrome and are wondering if there is a way to default only adobe connect to use one browser instead of the default. Thank you for any input!
after signing into my jobs website to get into adobe connect for my training classes i get a network error that also says on the page: Cannot connect to server.Check your network connection and try again.i dont have any internet connection issues. What could be the problem? How to fix it? I need to finish my training classes this week in 2 days. PLEASE HELP!!!!! It wont work in any browser!
