Security concerns.  Does adobe connect collect Ip's. and if so can I identify who visited my recordings.  thanks

When I used adobe connect to teach an online course from April to June, one section of the course worked perfectly (11 students); in another section (16 students), students were kicked out of break out rooms into main room all the time and in some instances the system crashed after students were kicked out. The only difference between the section that worked fine and the one that did not was # of students, but it was a very small difference. I have a folder that contains some images that I would like to delete, but there is no such option that I can find. How do I delete an image from my downloaded web file, but not the entire file or folder? This is my first foray into Adobe forums, and I cannot find an answer. Las he cambiado en formato zip y, ahora, las diapositivas no ven.Los servicios técnicos de adobe no me dan solución y me cierran la incidencias. ¿Saben si hay alguna maneras de poner las diapositiva para sincronizarlas con el audio y vídeo?

Bisher habe ich AdobeConnect uner Win7 benutzt - kein Problem dabei. Auch aktuelle läuft AdobeConnect bei mir unter Widows 10 einwandfrei. Da ich aber des öfteren von Microsoft Update autpmatisch des öfteren gefragt werde, ob ich doch Windows 10 an meinem Rechner installieren möchte, ergibt sich die Frage: wenn ich das tue, werden AdobeConnect-Meetings genauso reibungslos laufen wie unter Win7?

WE have Adobe Connect 9 server that we host from our Windows 2008 server. How do I make the Adobe Connect add-in available for the lighting install for users.  We are in a locked down environment and the users can't install the Add-in manually.

Did Adobe remove the ability for hosts to change their name in the room? There used to be an option to do so in the Attendee Pod's pull-down menu, but it's gone! Did it move or has it been removed?

Hallo,wir führen für ein Unternehmen virtuelle Trainings durch und benutzen dafür die vom diesem Unternehmen installierte Adobe Connect Plattform. An unserem Hauptstandort verwenden die Instructors Rechner mit Windows 7 und die Sessions funktionieren einwandfrei. An einem anderen Standort verwenden wir zwei Laptops mit Windows 8.1 und bei diesem beiden Laptops friert in den Sessions jedesmal die Webcam ein; das Vorschaufenster bleibt auch bei erneuten aktivieren der Kamera stets schwarz. Nur ein Ausloggen und erneutes Einloggen bringt die Kamera wieder zum Laufen. Der Fehler tritt zeitlich unregelmäßig auf, manchmal bereits nach 5 Minuten, das längste was die Kamera bislang "durchgehalten" hat war 45 Minuten.Die Internetverbindung an diesem Standort funktioniert aber tadellos, oben rechts der kleine Statusindikator ist permanent grün. Hi, I don't know what happened but, everytime someone wants to join my meetings, there is a notification preventing them from getting into the meeting. It seems that the meeting is only for one person (which doesn't make any sense). The access rule is setted on "Everyone with the URL can join".Thank you for your help.

Stop working immediately when the Add-in and internal cam started on my tablet .I have tested with Firefox , Chrome and the latest IE . With an external camera it works fine via USB. I know about the make offline feature and filename.zip?download=zip methods. Is there an easier way to download a recording from Adobe Connect? The Make Offline feature requires a user to watch the entire thing, which is not feasible for us because most of our recordings are more than 90mins long and the zip method is out of our capabilities.It seems like a logical function to have...am I missing something?Thank you for your input.
