I paid for a monthly subscription to the Photoshop Plan. Same day and few hours later, I realized I don’t actually need this plan so I visited this page in order to cancel. Procedure I followedClick on “Manage plan” Click on “Cancel your plan” Process halts at spinning ball. It will never complete. At some stage after several retries, I got the “Something went wrong”Tried with Incognito window too, same results. HONESTLY I REALLY NEED MY REFUND!! Now a supervisor is telling me that my refund was again unsuccessful how many attempts are you guys going to make til something happens?? You cannot just click click to the end and just resolve it later. There needs to an action!!

I have received monthly charges for $62.99 (was $34.99) for a while from Adobe. Those charges should not originate from this account, as this account has a plan from my university. I want to track down the account that those charges are coming from so I can cancel it, any advice on how to do this? I tried inputting every single email I’ve ever used to no avail.

Hello, As I cannot find a way to contact a human via phone or chat, I'm posting this here.I subscribed to Adobe March 2025. Assuming that I would be able to cancel it now in April 2026 without the cancellation fee. That's not the case. Earlier I also tried to schedule the cancellation for March 2026, but as far as I could tell, that was not an option. Is the practices of Adobe really this predatory that not only do you pay the cancellation fee within the first year if you cancel early, but when you auto-renew you have to pay a cancellation fee for the next year as well?  Order number:AE03596501046CNOJørgen

I am getting charged 47 euros a month on an account I tried to cancel the subscription for. My account is now changed and not linked to subscription and now I cannot see how to get to the place where I can cancel my membership

I used premiere pro for 2 months (monthly payments) but i forgot to cancel it. Yesterday my card was charged for month of April. I canceled my subscription right after because i do not need it anymore. Could i get a refund for April ? Even if that means to not having access to premiere anymore.

Liebe Community,ich möchte mein Abo ändern und stoße auf ein nerviges Problem. Aktuell bin ich Besitzer des Creative Cloud All Apps Abonnements und möchte auf das Photoshop-Abo wechseln. Unter Konto verwalten > Abos > Abo verwalten bin ich die simplen Schritte zum Wechseln meines Plans durchgegangen. Im letzten Schritt benötigt Adobe meine Zustimmen, leider erhalte ich hier jedesmal die Fehlermeldung: Dein Abo konnte nicht geändert werden. Versuche es noch einmal. Ich habe an verschiedenen Geräten (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) ausgetestet, das Abo zu ändern. Jedesmal kam dieselbe Fehlermeldung. Per Chat erreiche ich nur den KI-Bot, den Support erreiche ich nur während der Öffnungszeiten – also wollte ich es mal hier versuchen. Habt ihr vielleicht eine Idee, wo das Problem liegt?  Vielen Dank im Voraus. 

If I restore do I still have to pay early cancellation fee?

I have been subscribed since 2023 for annual prepaid plan. This year I wanted to cancel the plan but missed the payment date. When I got the bill, I IMMEDIATELY canceled. I believe that since I did it ON THE SAME DAY (April 3rd), I can be eligible for a full refund. Hello,I was unaware that my Adobe account would renew today, I thought there would be a reminder.I’ve tried to call customer support but the automated assistant keeps hanging up after a while.Then I tried to speak to the customer chat but no advisors were avilable. Is there anyone I can speak to or contact to help me with my issue?

Kept getting message saying cant connect to servers are you offline. I wasn't then it asked me to sign in. Each time I tried it went back to sign in page. Did password change with get code, , changed password. Still cant sign it, just reverts to sign in page. No VPN, clock issues etc

La cosa es que mi tarjeta no tenía los fondos suficientes para el cobro, así que el pago rebotó. Ahorita me sale un aviso rojo en mi cuenta de que no puedo administrar mi plan y que se va a suspender si no actualizo el método de pago.Quiero contactar a soporte para que me cancelen la suscripción definitivamente, pero me da un poco de miedo que me quieran cobrar alguna multa de cancelación por los meses que faltan del contrato.¿A alguien le ha pasado exactamente esto hace poco? ¿Les perdonaron la multa al explicarlo por el chat?¡Gracias por la ayuda!

Hi, to whom it may concern, I have accidentally subscribed for adobe pro a month ago, as I thought I had cancelled my 7 day free trial however I just now am seeing that I was charged £20.84 last month, and this month aswell however the payment was declined for this month. I was not aware that I had subscribed, or that I was charged last month. I also thought I had cancelled my free trial but apparently not. As you can already tell I do not have the funds to pay the monthly trial as my payment has been declined, and I cannot cancel the subscription either because it tells me I need to sort out the issue with my card first. Please allow me to get a refund from last months payment and to cancel the subscription from now on aswell. It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I remember seeing a three month offer for LinkedIn premium for having an account. I saw it under my benefits section in my account, but today I no longer see it. Was the offer removed?I searched online and supposedly it is still offered but it vanished on my side...

Mon abonnement a été renouvelé mais je n'ai pas accès au premium. Google play indique bien que c'est payé et que je suis abonnée mais impossible de faire quoi que ce soit sur l'application.
