I have two account and I have canceled my plans on both of them [triple checked everything]. I have also paid a fee for canceling earlier but somehow Adobe still charges me money for a plan I don't even have access to anymore. I have tried to reach actual support but the AI bot says I need to have a plan in order to talk to an agent, which only confirms that my plans are canceled. I have blocked the payments with my bank operator because they are absolutely unauthorized and I want my credit card information removed permanently from Adobe.

Hola. El 21 de agosto se realizo un cargo en mi tarjeta por una suscripción que no cancele. Ese mismo día que se me hizo el cargo hable con un agente y me prometio un reembolso y cancelación de la suscripción. Lo unico que recibi fue un correo de Adobe demostrando que esta habia sido cancelada. Aclaro que mencionaron que el reembolso se haria en un plazo de 5-7 días hábiles, pero ya pasaron los 7 días y todavia nada sobre el reembolso. Me dicen que no hay plan asociado a mi cuenta (lo cual si es verdad, porque lo cancele) y no se me da un reembolso, pero ese ya había sido solicitado el mismo día en que se me cobro, solo que nunca me lo dieron. 

I cancelled my free trial ages ago on my computer and now adobe says i am in a annual plan that costs 200 dollars to cancel what has happened?

I need my refund as I was using the trial version and I wasn't satisfied and I cancelled my subscription immediately before trial period end and I was still charged 340rs for a months subscription.I would like my money to be refunded 

Hello, I was charged immediately after starting a free trial likely because I had previously used a free trial on this account. I cancelled the subscription shortly after the charge, and from what I’ve seen in similar cases, a refund is usually processed within a few working days. Could someone kindly confirm that my refund is currently being processed? Thank you very much.

El problema es que el sistema no me deja cancelar. Cada vez que intento hacerlo, aparece un mensaje de error y no se completa el proceso. Ya cancelé los pagos automáticos desde PayPal para evitar un cobro, pero quiero asegurarme de que mi suscripción quede completamente cancelada desde Adobe. I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription.  I noticed a credit card charge on April 24As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

Hello everyoneMy payment was not successfull, becouse I don't have enough money on my bank account. How many days do I have left to update payment info and pay without consequences or extra fees? I don't know how this works, so i don't even know if I can be charged extra fees... 

I used Adobe Acrobat AI about a year ago, and cancelled before the free trial was over. Then I noticed that there were still payments coming out of my account despite the cancellation. Cancelled the subscription again (this time in May of last year).The payments kept on coming out of my account.I have now cancelled the subscription for a third time. I’ve multiple confirmation emails of the subscription being cancelled, I’ve taken screenshots.Where/who do I talk to to get a refund because has gone on for far too long.

On March 14, 2026, I created an Adobe account to use the Photoshop free trial for a short-term need. I cancelled it the next day (March 15) as I didn’t need it anymore.Despite this, I was later charged CAD $44.83. When I checked my account, I saw that an Adobe Stock subscription was still active. I do not recall knowingly subscribing to Adobe Stock, and I genuinely believed that cancelling the trial would end everything.When I tried to cancel the Adobe Stock subscription, I was prompted with a CAD $194 cancellation fee. I can see that there are terms related to cancellation fees, but the way this was set up and presented feels extremely misleading. Having to cancel multiple subscriptions separately without it being made clear upfront is very confusing. The interface makes it far too easy to miss this, and it honestly feels like it is designed that way.At this point, I feel taken advantage of. This situation is financially significant for me, and the experience has been very frustrating

I’m currenlty logged in on my Son’s account. I have my own Subscription, And my Son had a student subscription. He’s no longer a student and does not require Creative cloud any more. I only noticed when I got charged yesterday for his subscription. I’ve been in and turned off autorenewal so it will not happen again. However I have a student account that has a year to run. And no students in the house. How can I get this fee refunded?
