I am having the same problem - and it is November 4, 2025.  Not due to the Amazon Web Service outtage.  So this is perhaps more of an issue......

I’ve been using Adobe products for over 10 years and have always valued their quality and creativity tools.But this experience was deeply disappointing.I paid for an Adobe subscription but couldn’t use it because my account was Russian, even though I live and pay in the EU now. When they refunded me, they called it a “Goodwill Gesture.”Imagine paying for something you can’t use and being told the refund is an act of kindness. 

i just wanna get rid of my account im done with this i just wanted for my billing info to be off the site after im done using it but i cant because they keep charging me then when i want to talk to support i just get an stupid AI that had to be programed by a men with down syndrome if your on the fritz of paying for this DONT they wont delete your personal info 

Hi ,i tried the 7 day free trail, but forgot to cancel the subscription after 7 days, now when i am trying to change/cancel my subscription it just showing (You'll be able to manage this plan shortly) since last 2 days, infact invoice is also showing that i have been charged on 2nd Nov with PDF but no Debit from my card yet! please help me ASAP!  I have tried every other way (clear browsing history, different browser etc) nothing worked!please help! and resolve this problem i want to CANCEL my subscripstion!!

Hello Adobe Support,I have an issue with the pricing of my Creative Cloud PRO plan.My plan reverted to the full standard price shortly before I could submit my academic verification documents.Status: My eligibility is now successfully verified (I am a certified Teacher/Educator).Problem: The subscription price remains at the full standard rate instead of the confirmed discounted academic rate.Could the Adobe Team please look into my account and adjust the billing to the correct educator/teacher discounted price? Hello Adobe Support Team,I am a student from India, and I have been trying for the past three years to purchase Adobe Premiere Pro. Unfortunately, my debit card does not work for international transactions, and I do not have access to an international credit card. I also tried using virtual cards, but none of them worked.Could you please guide me on how I can purchase or subscribe to Adobe Premiere Pro (or the Teams/Enterprise version) using any alternative payment options available in India?Thank you for your time and understanding.

I can't upgrade / buy credits. This problem happens from the pop-up within Photoshop and directly through the Firefly website. The popup account list is empty and the website throws a 500 Internal Server Error. Thanks D

Hello, I subscribed to Adobe Premiere Pro (Creative Cloud Pro) in April for one month, but I did not realize it was set to auto-renew as an annual plan.Since May, the subscription has been renewed automatically and charged every month, but I have not used the service at all after April.I just found out about the ongoing charges and also saw that I would be charged an early cancellation fee of £64.94 if I cancel now.I kindly request:Waive the early cancellation fee.Cancel my subscription immediately.Issue a refund for the unused months (May to August) if possible.I have been a loyal customer and hope you can assist me in resolving this matter fairly.Thank you very much for your understanding.

As a pensioner I can no longer afford the 50% increase for Photoshop CC. I have been trying all day to canel the plan but nothing I do gets me past the "Wheel of Death".Anybody have a solution, or any way I can connect with a human being at Adobe ?Thanks

I made a new account just to share what I'm experiencing right now. About 3 weeks ago I made an Adobe account and started my free week trial. After it ended I got a failed transaction for the 80eu (luckily i dont have the funds), so I went on and tried to cancel my subscription. That's where I faced the first problem. I couldn't cancel my subscription because I had none. That wouldn't be a problem if I didn't get a notification from the bank that Adobe keeps trying to take funds from my account, so I deleted my account. A week after I deleted my account I got a notification today from the bank that Adobe tried unsuccessfully to take funds from my account ?? I don't even have an Adobe account anymore. The support leads nowhere and the AI chatbot is just a link to common issues. What can I do to stop getting charged for an account I dont even have anymore?

La page affiche "IMPOSSIBLE de collecter les données" Que puis-je faire? Je lis sur le FORUM que plusieurs personnes sont dans le même cas! Si c'est le cas c'est simplement et purement une fraude! 

Hi everyone,I am needing to access an account that is using a student email address that has been deactivated since I graduated. I am unfortunately still being billed per month and I need to stop this. Is there any way for me to access this account, or have my student email updated to my personal email? I feel like I'm going in circles trying to find an answer.

Bonjour,  Je suis abonné à une offre à 14.62 € facturée tous les mois. Or je ne viens de me rendre compte qu'Adobe prélève 2 fois cette somme, tous les mois depuis le début de l'abonnement. Le prélèvement a lieu le même jour.  J'ai un seul abonnement, visiblement un seul compte Adobe et sur les factures que je trouve sur mon compte il n'y a qu'une fois la somme de 14.62 €. Que puis-je faire pour être prélevé uniquement de la somme de l'abonnement et non pas du double ?  Je remarque que c'est arrivé à beaucoup de personnes, c'est assez étonnant... et première fois que je vois ce genre de problème. Cordialement,

Today I decided to renew my expired Lightroom Mobile subscription in Google Play. Nothing happened after the payment was made and funds were debited from the account. There are no paid subscriptions in the Adobe account, and I can't restore purchases in the app itself, because the message "log in to your existing Google account" appears, despite the fact that the account is the same as it was before. when I try to purchase something on the adobe website, I am thrown to a page where it says that I am in a region where the product is unavailable for purchase (BY), although I am in another country and have no idea why the system decided that. When I try to go to the "try premium features" tab in the application, the application freezes forever on the loading animation.I sincerely do not understand why there is no information in my account about previous payments that I have been paying for the last few years and what problems have started with an unknown region. Hello. I had the 7-day free trial for Adobe Acrobat. I was sure that I cancelled it as I haven't logged into my account since I got the trial. I just found out that I got charged $19.99 on October 28, 2025. I canceled today, November 3, 2025. I am aware that if you cancel within 14 days, you get a full refund. I am confused about how to request the refund!

Can you check why I was charged trial ( x amount ) and the after a week again charged (x amount) saying that is invoiced, and though I see the money deducted in the bank account at the time of trial start, a week later again the same amount it deducted, but I see only a single invoice. Can you help me with the logic of this. thank you.

I have illegally incurred costs of £200 after I returned a missed call from Adobe (a call that I had been waiting for two hours for from a technician that only rang once before disconecting). The number that they had used out to be routed through a California exchange to their India tech team. (all Adobe calls are free to India call centre from UK). The Adobe technician that I spoke to during the 50 min call on 26.06 in which they took over my desktop to move / change settings never highlighted that my call would be chargeable. I have subsequently raised this issue on five separate attempts with the teams in India who have dismissed the claim despite me showing call logs and bills, leaving me with demands from my mobile provider for the £200. This has now taken well over two days of solid work to try and resolve with Adobe without a suitable resolution. The Citizen’s Advice Legal Team have already confirmed that Adobe’s conduct is a breach of contract under the UK 2015 Consumer rights

I’d like to connect a different PayPal account for receiving funds.If I disconnect my current PayPal and link a new one now:1. Will the project remain active?2. Will the client’s post-payment be successfully sent to the new PayPal account?3. 어도비 결제한 적이 7월 빼고 없고 그 이후로 플랜 취소 했습니다. 근데 오늘 갑자기 돈이 나갔으며 취소 후 수수료 발생은 너무 당황스럽네요 저는 결제를 한 적도 없는데 돈이 나가니 황당하며 어도비 자체를 그 사이에 사용하지도 않았습니다. 환불 절차까지 복잡하고 힘드네요 빠른 답 부탁드립니다.

Due to automatic billing, I was charged for a full month in advance. Today is the new renewal date, but I haven’t used the service for even a day, yet I was charged for a full month.I kindly request a refund for the monthly fee that was charged on November 2nd.
