Hello,My Behance account was deactivated due to “Impersonation and Fake Accounts”.I submitted an appeal about 4 months ago but the status is still showing pending and I have not received any response.I am a graphic designer and my account only contains my original portfolio work.Could a moderator please help review my case or guide me on what to do next?Thank you.

I am trying to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. But everytime I get an error  The operation may fail for various reasons. Double-check your payment information and make sure you entered it correctly. If this problem persists, you may need to use a different payment method or contact your bank.  I have tried several different cards but it throws the same error. I have contacted my bank(s) and they say everything is fine with my card.

Cancellation Fee

I am trying to register and pay for the Adobe AD0-E128: AEM Sites Developer Expert exam.Every time I attempt the payment, I get an error stating that the operation may fail and to double-check my payment information.I have tried multiple cards, and my bank has confirmed that there is no issue with them.This delay is seriously impacting my schedule, as I have already lost over a month attempting to resolve this. I urgently need to take the exam and would greatly appreciate immediate guidance or an alternative payment method to complete my registration without further delay.

I canceled my subscription I. 12/2025, but I’m still being charged for it

Avevo un abbonamento mensile per cui ho pagato un rinnovo di circa 8,00€. al Al momento della scadenza non ho voluto più rinnovarlo nuovamente e ho quindi annullato ENTRO la data di scadenza (7 marzo2026), tramite il mio account, l’abbonamento che avevo sottoscritto. Purtroppo però, nonostante abbia ricevuto anche per mail una ricevuta da parte vostra che mi confermava l’annullamento dell’abbonamento per la mia intenzione di non rinnovarlo, ho visto tramite l’app della mia banca che vi era una richiesta di addebito sulla mia carta di un totale di 36,59€ (attualmente in corso di contabilizzazione). Vorrei comprendere come mai ci sia stata questa richiesta di contabilizzazione di tale somma sulla mia carta, anche se io avevo provveduto ad annullare il rinnovo dell’abbonamento entro i termini previsti. Rimango in attesa di un vostro gentile chiarimento.CordialmenteDario Costanzo

Tuttavia, oggi la mia banca mi ha notificato che non ho fondi sufficienti per il pagamento dell’abbonamento, e nel mio account Adobe risulta già una fattura di 18,29 €, come se il pagamento fosse stato effettuato, quando in realtà non lo è stato.Temo che non appena ricaricherò il mio conto, questa somma venga automaticamente prelevata, cosa che non desidero, in quanto avevo già annullato la mia iscrizione prima della scadenza del periodo di prova.In allegato trovate la fattura. Vi chiedo gentilmente di verificare la situazione e di assicurarmi che non verrà effettuato alcun addebito.Grazie per l’attenzione.Cordiali saluti,Abdullah Haidari

Why is adobe charging me when I cancelled the free trial the same day as getting the free trial? It's causing me not to be able to pay my phone bill which is very frustrating and stressing me out.

I am not sure if this is the correct category for this question, so sorry about that. Basically I applied to Substance apps for students program, verified my identity and received my redemption code. However when I try to apply it, it errors; “This seems like a mistake on our end. Shall the issue persist, contact customer support.”I did try contacting customer support but no luck. Half of it went with the chat bot and in the other half I was told that I would be called by an expert but I wasn’t.Any help is appreciated.

Found a few responses, but it appears that an Adobe Employee will have to chime in on this issue.   After several weeks of warnings from Adobe and being shut out of the software for "two users" using the same program, I received this email today.  I logged into my account and changed the password.   "Your account password was reset."  Your Adobe account appears to be in use by more than one person. An Adobe account can only be used by only one person--not shared. To help protect your account, we reset your Adobe account password." Here's the scoop: I recently obtained a VPN to protect my local drive. I also work in the cloud and have a provider that I log in to.  I use my own Adobe account that I pay for monthly, on both the local drive and in the cloud. I was informed that the duplicate payment would be automatically refunded. However, it's now been almost three months, and I still haven't received the money back.I've already contacted my bank, and they confirmed that no refund has been issued on their end.Could anyone advise on the best way to resolve this? I am from Bangladesh and I am not able to add a Bangladeshi number Error. The country is not showing for me. When I go to Region, Bangladesh is not showing. Even when I go to Payment Method, it is not showing.Even though the country shows, it still causes problems and errors. 

My annual prepaid plan for Adobe creative cloud ended on Feb 3, 2026. My renewal date was also Feb 3, 2026, and I received an email saying I had to cancel before my renewal date to not be charged. I cancelled on Feb 2, 2026, and it didn’t charge me. I keep getting a message saying I cannot purchase the monthly plan because I already own creative cloud.  When I look at my plan tab on the website. It says: “Services will expire on February 3, 2027.” I think this is preventing me from buying a monthly subscription. 

I also just got a call from the (408) 606-3892 phone number you referenced. She sounded slightly robotic and AI, and I was very weirded out. I had just gotten off the phone with Adobe Business customer service not 20mins prior, and this local number calls inquiring if I was able to get my question resolved.It was unsettling as the speaker referenced some specifics on my phone call with Adobe, though there were small things not adding up. This is why I feel it is likely an AI scammer.

I cannot update my monthly billing to the yearly subscription to save money. I am getting an error when I click “Update Subscription”
