On macOS Big Sur, I have set the Creative Cloud app to launch automatically at login, but this never happens. I've tried turning the settings off and back on again and rebooting. It never launches. What's going on?
Ok, so I purchased the Creative Cloud all apps one-year subscription for students on my computer. I have already been charged for this month and was able to use illustrator for about a week. Now I go into illustrator and I've been having login issues for the past few days. When I see the message telling me to check my email for a confirmation number code to be able to log in, I see the email it shows is missing a letter so this may be where my issue begins. The next day, I mess around with my account in creative cloud and it shows that I have trial versions of adobe illustrator and photoshop which I have already downloaded and had previously shown purchased. Now I cant call anyone for help because I have to be a paying customer even though I already am. Perhaps I mistyped my email the first time but I'm unsure how to fix it now since I am currently being charged monthly for apps I can't access.
Hi everybody in-charge,Please try to understand that a person living in the UAE isn't necessarily speaks Arabic language, so each time I go to your website, I have to guess where the language switch is (which is also implemented in Arabic (seriously?)). The United Arab Emirates is the country that has only around 30% of Arabic speakers. What makes you display the Arabic version by default to everyone (although browser and everything is in English) without even proper switch to English? Do you really think we can read "اللغة العربية"? I hope this feedback helps you to improve your services. Cheers.
Good afternoon, I wanted to bring up the topic of Creative Cloud causing Adobe applications to freeze, cycle, not save, glitch out, etc. when there are updates available, if i do not immediately close out of applications and download them it causes all of the actual applications to stop working if they are in use. Typically everything glitches prior to actual notifications of 'New Updates'. This is especially tiresome when I am in the middle of editing very large files, as it typically corrupts or causes rework. I have experienced this once again today, in addition to experiencing this issue many other times on all 4 of my windows computers, Microsoft laptops x2, and Dell desktops x2, over the past 3 years. Is there a fix planned, or is this going to be a continual bug in the system, that will never be adequately addressed? Today i have reached my near limit of Adobe Creative Cloud crashing my files. Hi. As the organisation I work for is largely Windows-based, we use Sharepoint for most cloud storage. I've been pushing to move our department's files to Creative Cloud for a while, based mostly on OneDrive's general instability on MacOS, but it looks like it's now a matter of urgency. You may have read about the issues that Microsoft's latest update to the Mac OneDrive client has caused: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-onedrive-blog/inside-the-new-files-on-demand-experience-on-macos/ba-p/3058922. Much of the blame has been put on Apple's requirement that syncing software now uses their File Provider API, so I'm hoping to find out whether future versions of Creative Cloud Files will follow (or will be forced to follow) in OneDrive's footsteps. My setup (until the OneDrive update) had the OneDrive/Sharepoint folder an external HD, with 'Files on Demand' switch off, so I had local copies of all my files. I have shared a folder with two other CC users. If they upload, say 2GB of files, does it come out of their 100GB storage allowance or mine? Or because its a syned folder, does it mean all three of us will only have 98GB remaining?
I am trying to permanently delete files from the "Deleted" folder. However, when trying to bulk select files using Shift + Click on any number higher than 100 files and then delete, the webpage becomes unresponsive. I have thousands of files in the deleted folder and my CC storage is full. How can I delete all files at once?(This is horrile UI/UX by the way. Seems very nefarious to make it this difficult to free up CC space).

Hello,I've recently discovered that all my stockage (1 To) is at 50% taken by the trash.I've tried to delete them, but it's impossible. There is no "delete all" button. I tried to delete them manually, by selecting them with SHIFT + CLICK and scrolling down, but the website doesn't allow me to select more than a 100, otherwise, it crashes.What can i do ? Because i already have 1 To storage, and a that speed it will be soon taken all by the deleted files.Thank you

I use you everyday and I admire your capabilities, growth, progress and your continual revolutionising of everything graphic design, image and video editing.However, unless I've badly misunderstood it (possible but unlikely), your current system for syncing assets across your Creative Cloud System is chaotic to the point of being unworkable. I'm sorry it is a bit What is the difference between Synced Files, Cloud Files, Libraries and my Lightroom storage? Where does my Lightroom storage even live and why can I not see it locally? Why can I not move a file from Synced Files to a Library? Even better, why can't I sync a Library directly from a Synced Files folder? Why do some apps use some synced locations but not others? Why can I not access my Libraries or my Synced Files from Photoshop? Why can I not access my Synced Files from CC Express on an iPad/phone? Why do I need four different cloud locations? Hi all,I've been encountering a problem recently with the way some of my files sync to the "your work" cloud service. It's only been happening on the last few files I've uploaded, and essentially, the problem is that I'll upload an MP3 or MP4 and it shows up in the cloud as an MP2 or OCTET file, respectively. This has not to me happpened before. Does it have to do with the file size? I also can't preview it in the app or online, but will it convert back to the original file once shared and downloaded by someone else? Thanks so much.

I have a subscription to Photoshop CC 2022. I saved about 20 processed images from Photoshop to the Adobe Cloud Services. I never used the service before because I have lots of space on my computer, but I got a new laptop and decided to try it so I could access them from my laptop and my desktop. I thought it would give me an option to simply download them when I needed them. I don't have that option and have no idea how to get them from the cloud to my computer. After some internet searching I downloaded the lightroom downloader app and when I tried to download the files through lightroom it said they were not supported or too large. It would only allow me to get as far as accessing the folder I had the files in and not the individual files. I cannot open them again in Photoshop or Bridge either. I am afraid I am completely stumped. How do I get my files on my computer?
How do I add more Cloud Storage. I have 2TB already but about to exceed it using Lightroom CC.The online Adobe Chat support has not been able to help me.I purchased Lightroom CC through the Apple App Store. But there is no way to upgrade cloud storage through the App Store.I was able to obtain an additional 1TB directly from the Creative Cloud app by pressing the Cloud icon in the upper-right of the app.But when I try to obtain more storage, there is only an option to end service.Surely people are using more than 2TB? Is that a hard limit?Thanks in advance for any assistance! I just spent the last week uploading over 250K photos and videos!-Rei

Hello,I've been having major issues with CC/Adobe products for almost a year. I have spoke with and have had Adobe techs in my system trying to fix this at least 10x. They can't ever get it fixed. It use to be, when I restarted my PC I would automatically login to CC. That no longer works. But now, after I login to CC, I open an Adobe app (Premiere, PS, AE, etc) I have to login again. Even more so, if I'm say logged in to Premiere and I open PS, I'm asked to login again then get booted from Premiere. So on and so forth. It's a nightmare. No Adobe tech can fix. Also, I'm using Adobe fonts and sometimes they do not load. Another nightmare. Im on a Windows 10 Pro 64bit Dell Z840 workstation. I have fresh installed all Adobe apps and CC. Is there any remedy to this situation? thank you! Todd
I would like to use Creative Cloud based applications, but it seems that the installed client remains active 24/7.Is this true ? I have no objection to starting the client and any background tasks/threads before I use an app, as long as I can then close the Creative Cloud client and ALL background tasks once I have finished. Why ?It's my personal computer and I insist on controlling what it does.I want to be able to have some influence on what data of mine is harvested and sent to servers.
Bonjour, J'utilise Lightroom principalement, Photoshop, et Bridge aussi. Creativ Cloud me signale les mises à jour... ce qui est, théoriquement, très pratique. Bonne application... quand elle fonctionne sur le PC! Mais une fois sur deux (ou trois?) Creativ Cloud ne fonctionne pas! Mise à jour impossible. Erreur 306 le plus souvent.Solution proposée par le centre d'aide: réinstaller... Ce qui veut dire que quand je dois faire une mise à jour, je dois d'abord réinstaller creativ cloud! J'en ai marre... Et en plus ce matin: impossible de réinstaller. Je clique sur l'application , je dois ensuite cliquer sur "continuer"... et rien ne se passe. Nouveau téléchargement: idem. Solution proposée? Aucune. Je peux juste exprimer ma déception... La vraie solution existe-t-elle?
