I've been trying for about a week now to share an Aero file by generating a link and QR code. Each time, it says that it's unable to generate a link at this time. This happens in both the app and the desktop beta. Any solutions or updates for this?

In Creative Cloud (https://assets.adobe.com/shared), under the "Shared with you" section, I keep getting updates about a library that was shared with me some time ago. I no longer need access to this library but I'm not seeing any way to remove myself from the library.  When I select the library it says "No actions available" - How do I remove myself? Thanks!

It has been causing problem starting at around yesterday, i've tried everything to stop it and killing the process just to wait 10 seconds to let it eat my battery again. I can't just do 10 second kills.  I Don't have easy constant access to power at school so I really need this problem solved ASAP   

Hey there, I’m running Creative Cloud on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.14.6.I can not update any of my applications anymore, e.g. Photoshop 22.1.0. to 22.1.1.The update buttons for the applications don’t even react to any click. „Update all“ appears to be not clickable as well.Any suggestions?

Hello, I've been using creative cloud links at work for a year now with no issue. I compress my folder & add it to the creative cloud and share the link out. Now when I upload my folder I click share link & an error comes up that says it can't provide a link. The folders I usually upload are 150 mb or less. I've noticed that the links that work have the little globe and the links that don't work don't have the globe. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks! 

Ciao!Since 5 days my powermac (Mountain lion) cannot connect to Adobe server. Prior to that CC with ALL Adobe CC Programs was running 5+ years without any problems. I did not change anything on the mac.Effect: I can not use my CC Programs (Teams account).I checked all help center topics: Internet connection, firewall, Time/clock, etc. All is perfect. But CC denies to log in. What can i do?Somethink change regarding compatibility while tha last weeks?Thanks in advance.FreddyPS:I can check in via chrome to my account. Hello,An update message constantly appears.Yet I am up to date on all adobe applications.This message is very annoying because I cannot make it disappear and it appears in front of all my adobe windows, I cannot move it either ...Has anyone encountered this problem? Thank you !

Dear adobe and the community. This is my first time using free 7 days trial and it's about to expire. I got the plan on December 2nd but here's what confuses me. So does it expire on the 8th day (Dec 10th) or 7th (Dec 9th)? I thought I had to cancel before the 7th day so I don't get charged but apparently I can wait an extra 14 days before Adobe charges me with penalty, which makes it 21 days of a free trial. Honestly I don't even have enough money on my card so I'm not sure how does that even work considering the 7 day trial is about to expire and I'm not sure when to actually cancel the plan. If anyone can explain to me and inform me on this subject I would very much appreciate it. I'm a bit concerned so I don't know if I should cancel the plan like immediately or what. Ty in advance

Hi Community, ich habe ein Problem. Habe vor kurzem ein Photoshop/ Lightroom Abo abgeschlossen. Dies funktionierte 2 Tage, danach ohne erkennenbaren Grund konnte ich mich nicht mehr einloggen bzw, er hat irrsinng Lange geladen und bricht dann ab. Habe schon die Empfehlungen von Adobe probiert. Andere Computer haben den gleichen Fehler, auch ein Freund von mir, konnte sich mit meinen Daten nicht einloggen. Habe einen zweiten Testbenutzer mit einer anderen Email gemacht, dieser hat funktioniert, hat aber leider das Abo nicht involviert. Vom Gefühl ist es ein Serverseitiges Problem. Das allgemeine Login auf der Adobe - Webseite ist Problemlos, dort wird auch mein Abo angezeigt.Lieben Gruß Christian 

 Hello I've a new pc. So i want to move my files in "creative cloud files" folder from my old computer to my new computer via external usb drive. After copying the files when i start sync, all the files in my computer disappears and cc starts downloading them again. It will take a lot of time.Is there any solution?Thanks.

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask about something like this, but I need help moving Adobe Sketch files from one account to another. Specifically trying to migrate to Fresco, but because my Sketch files are on a different account than the account with Fresco I'm unsure of what to do. I've seen solutions for this but only on desktop, and I'm currently working from my IPad. 

I'd like to install the same (not current) version of CC apps - but am away from my desktop.Is it possible to find out which versions of the various apps I currently have installed? thanks FYI there are no appropriate topics to tag below.

Hi, i need some helpe. The customer chat on adobe.com and the phone help phone line were not very helpfull. I want to cancel my texturing subscription (monthly plan), for a while, because my last project ended. I plan to re subscribe in a few months again for the next project. But on the chat they said my already used/downloaded assets (333), will be deleted from the library. Same as my unused 104 assets. So i will loose all my assets in my library (which i paid for). They said i can download them manually and then i have them forever. But this is not really the way to go. When i resubscribe, i cannot see in the online library what i already have. Then i have to double check my hard drive with the web browser? This is seriously not acceptable. So there should be a solution, that my assets will not be deleted, and i can continue when i resubscribe in the future. Btw. there is even not a download all button in the asset library, so i need to download 437 assets one by

So, I made a portfolio on my original account. Then after my subscription expired I needed a different account because I wanted to share an adobe account with another student for cost related reasons. I put so much effort into that portfolio and I also bought a domain name. Is it possible to move that portfolio to this account? 

Hello   I payed for Adobe Creative Cloud and in mail I can see that the payment is succeed (10 days ago).  But there isn't any product in my Adobe account! Or I either didn't receive a mail after the payment?  So I obviously can't find any serial number... so I can't use the software I need for my school assigmnent.  Very annoying! I chatted with the helpdex but they couldn't help me.    In attached the proof (in Dutch) that the payment was successful.    I hope I get help soon!    Picture containing private information removed... Hi there, so I am looking to switching to adobe portfolio and I want to make an "about page". The problem is is that I want the actual page to just say "Hi my name is.... and Im a ..." instead of "About" ... but it seems that whenever I change that first line of writing it changes the title of the page itself in the menu. So if I try to delete the word about (which adobe portfolio doesn't give you the option to do), it says you can't and shows a little red x sign meaning that you can't. Any way around this?? It's a real pain- i might have to stick with squarespace if this doesn't work. I have attached an example of what I see... in. this case it's my about/contact page- and i can't get rid of the word "contact" but I want it say contact on the menu. I have also attached a sscreenshot of one of adobe portfolio's examples where you can clearly see that while it says "contact" in the menu, there is no word "contact" on the actual page itself- so , how do you do this? 

Hello,I just synced a font from TypeKit, but they weren't appearing in my adobe programs.So I wanted to look at them in the creative cloud, but now the files and fonts tabs in creative cloud aren't loading. I constantly see the blue loading circle.I have tried several things like reinstalling and restarting my computer. I tried to turn my font sync off and turn back on, but the button won't allow me to click it.What could I do? I run adobe on windows 10.Can someone please help me?

Adobe's background processes consume more than 400MB of my ram, and makes sure my cpu is busy. See above screen shot from Task Manager. Adobe CEF Helper has consumed more than 5 HOURS of cpu time. I don't know what Adobe CEF helper is doing, but I am pretty sure it isn't worth all this cpu consumption.Abount a week ago I used the log collector tool (as described on https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services-discussions/what-is-adobe-cef-helper/m-p/11233475 ) The log collector tool said I would receive an email from Adobe, but no such email has been received. I have checked my gmail spam folder. 

Everytime i download the Creative Cloud app it messes up my graphic card (Nvidia 3080), whenever i have it downloaded it messes up my secondary screen (in this case, happens on all screen if i put the stream window there) where im usually streaming something (twitch, netflix etc) and makes it stutter like crazy. Anyone else have encountered that or am i a special case. If i uninstall CC it all goes back to normal   [Profanity edited by moderator.  This is a family friendly forum, so please respect that.]

Why is it possible to organize CC files into folders only for Synced files and Cloud documents and not for Published files? What's the difference between Cloud documents, Synced files and Published? Both Published and Cloud documents are files placed on the CC server - so why the different names? Why is it only possible to see Cloud documents and Shared with you in the CC desktop application but not Files and Published? All of them are listed in two different menues in the CC application. And why does Shared appear two times in the CC desktop application? It's both inside and outside the menu, as the only option that is presented both places. This whole creative cloud system is so messy and confusing.

I keep all my files organized in subfolders in Creative Cloud. I noticed today that, while the folders are all there and it shows that they are fully synced, they are all completely empty. When I searched in my browser for Creative Cloud files, they are all show up there, but still wont show up on my desktop.After digging around I found all the folders were in the Trash with the files in them. I most certainly did not put them here myself.I've been trying to sort this out on my own and this is what I've gotten so far:1. I've talked to Apple about it, and said my computer wouldn't move my files without my consent.2. I've run a virus scan and everything came out clean, so it can't be that.3. I've chatted to Adobe about this but they say it's impossible that Creative Cloud would do this and they just told me to contact them again if it keeps happening.I'm really worried about my files disappearing like this, and am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any solutions as

I'm sincerly tired of paying for a subscription (that we are stock in it or need to pay unreasonable fees to cancel; which is a pretty predatory scheme) to get "updates" that are commonly breaking the rare functionning versions and without any real program optimisation for one to the other. We only receive new gimmicky functions that are half baked and unstable while the huge problem of Abobe is OPTIMISATION!Can you please just for one time make an update that will fix the load of optimisation problem and bugs in all your programs? We are paying a premium price to get half baked, half working and unoptimized updates while your competition is able to run smootly and can actually speed up our workflow for a lesser price!
