Questions

Really frustrated with Adobe CC. I've tried illustrator, audition, premiere pro and premiere pro rush. Everything is beyond user unfriendly- they make new obstacles to the user, like making up their own names for things instead of using commonly known names. When I spend hours just trying to figure out how to delete or rename a project in premiere pro, and still can't figure it out. When I've wasted an entire morning trying to find a way to contact adobe to tell them how unhappy I am- you know it's poor design and even poorer customer service. The programs are either so ridiculously complicated that you would have to devote a decade to learning it, or way too simple- like premiere pro rush in which you can't even pan, or use more than a handful of clips. I'm sorry I ever gave any of my time to CC, and I will not be renewing. There are much more user-friendly programs out there.

Hi guys, I've just upgraded to an M1 macbook pro and when I launch the creative cloud app I can't click on anything. It won't let me update apps, install apps etc.Any ideas?CheersPaul

Hi,Apple has introduced the dark theme within it's OS, unfortunatley your Creative Cloud Service Hub is till white.Why is this relevant?Because when I opened the window I almost got blindened because of its high contrast.I lost proper vision for a short time and still have emicrania after one day. Please make a dark version of yout clud center before it complitely blinds me.P:S I'm not joking it really hurt my health, I'm still recovering and will have to undertake an eye visit. Thx.

Hey everyone, I have recently started using Spark for creating simple videos for our Social Media channels.But i can't find a solution to turn OFF the orginal sound/audio on the videos i upload to the program. I want to add another audiofile for my videos, but as i cannot remove the original, the videos have two audio sounds that are playing at the same time. Does anyone have a solution for that? An answer would be much appreciated!Best regards,Patrik

I'm building my professional portfolio and I wonder what is the right Website Container size? Every content I look for says a different thing.Also, how to make an image occupy the whole screen width? I've already tried to set it at 100% and it appears right on the Editor, but when i preview the website, it goes smaller. I'd really appreciate some help, thanks.

Warum sieht meine Monitoranzeige in allen Adobe-Programmen so aus:In allen anderen Bildbetrachtungsprogrammen auf meinem Windows-Computer werden meine Bilder korrekt dargestellt (siehe rechte Seite des Screenshots). Welche Einstellungen muss ich für alle von mir verwendet Adobe Programme ändern, um dies auch mit Adobe auf meinem Windows-Computer - bei Apple-Computer tritt dieses Problem nicht auf - zu erreichen? Meine wichtigsten Programme sind: Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom und Bridge.Vielen Dank für Eure Hilfe,Martin  

Hello,I am talking about the Creative cloud storage web asset : https://assets.adobe.com/filesI have downloaded an MP4 video on it and sent a link to someone.  I first empty the cache in Chrome with CCleaner. Then inside Chrome (in Windows) I click on the link corresponding to the video file inside Creative cloud web asset. The result : Chrome does not show anything (the page is empty). So I reload this page in Chrome and this time it works (I can see the page of the video in Creative cloud).In other browser like Edge I have not this problem. It is strange that at the first opening of the link in Chrome it shows the page empty in creative cloud.According to you, what is the cause : creative cloud, or Chrome, or other thing ?

Hello, I work for a company that creates virtual concerts so we create export projects with multiple videos. I've been doing this since September and have only had this problem recently where an, arbritrary to me, video will render and/or export greyed out. See the person in the top left corner. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Since today I updated to Big Sur 11.3 I cant access to my Creative Cloud Desktop App. After minutes trying to log, appears one message saying I must REPAIR. Click on int and download de desktop app, and the history repeats again.

Hello Everyone. I would like to share with you what I did to solve this issue. Basically, for months I have struggling with Creative Cloud not loading, Error Messages, and Not Compatible Signs. This is what I did that solved the issue. Please Note: I am a PC User. Also, I noticed few times after getting the Windows update I had to redo this again.   1- In the Search Bar Type: inetcpl.cpl 2- Inside Internet Properties Click on Connections 3- Inside Connections, Click on LAN Settings 4- Make Sure Automatically detect settings Is Checked, and Use a Proxy server for your LAN is Unchecked.      

Hello. I see that lots and lots of other people have asked about this, but they're all locked and I wanted to add +1 to all the people saying I don't want any of this BS on my computer. I see all the patronizing offical "solved" answers that try to reassure us that these are necessary and unintrusive, implying that we should just not worry about it.That's shouldn't be your call to make. If my apps take 5 seconds longer to open because I disabled your background processes, that should be my choice. Stop forcing things on us. I don't want any adobe processes running unless I open an adobe app. You are driving away your customers with this BS. Stop it.

I am graduating TOMORROW! While I am very excited, I will be a wreck if I loose this project I have been working on for a while!I am on a student account and I want to be able to access it from someone elses account as I will be loosing access to this account.. All the media lives on my computer so that is good......I just need to know do i make it a team preoject?Or do I save the project and then import it into a diffferent users account? Please Help - I posted yesterday but no one answered me : (Thanks - Bella

I have a form that calculates many future dates; I did not create it but now have been given the task of correcting the calculations. An example: Filing date 02/19/2021 task needing to be done next is in 13 months which we have as 03/19/2021. The dates should always be the same date in the month but when using the number of days it's slightly off. I know I can change it to months not days but there are times we have 31.5 months or 29 months -10 days and I have not been able to make that work. Does anyone know of a way to either have both months and days in the calculation or perhaps just a way to do this in general? I've only just recently started using Adobe as I am now and I'm still very new so any help is greatly appreciated! 

I received an inquiry from an instructor about obtaining the "All in One Adobe Creative Cloud Suite Certification" bundle from this link:https://stacksocial.com/sales/the-all-in-one-adobe-creative-cloud-suite-certification-bundle It does not look legit to me.  Our Adobe vendor had no idea what it was.  I chatted directly with Adobe.  The tech support rep said it is not supported, and the sales rep stated that they "no longer provide chat support for that product". Basically, I have an instructor that wants to get certified for the creative cloud apps.  Does anyone know of the legitimate way to actually do this?  Thank you!

I've been payin for Adobe creative cloud for about 6 months now. As I sign in to the cloud i dont have access to over half of the apps I should be able to have access to. How do I fix this problem with adobe?

I have a Creative Suite Membership which includes Business Catalyst. They took my website down by mistake and I can't get any service to fix that. They should be ashamed to offer such a service. I estimate that I lost over $10,000 of business revenue because nobody cares. I believe we should be proud of our work. At Adobe they should be ashamed of their service.

Hi,I've spent past 6 months and many, many, many hours working on my portfolio site and just found out the site link doesn't work anymore and "Something went wrong! Page not found" appears. All the work that I've uploaded, layouts and customisations can no longer be seen.  I'm an annual paying subscriber to Adobe CC, I also published the site and had a password page so only select clients could see my work. Now it's all gone...Has this happened to anyone else and did you find any solution, besides of having to waste more time rebuild everything again. It's very frustrating and gives me no confidence to rebuild it using the same platform in case it will disappear again.Im so angry and frustrated! I've emailed Adobe, but still waiting for a reply... Any help/ suggestions much appreciated.  Thank you!
