Hi, I'm currently able to share CC Libraries, and I seem able to share individual Cloud Documents, but neither through the app nor through the web do I have the option to share a whole CC Document Folder, which is currently essential to my work.  I've tried a few things to get this right:  1. I've updated CC;2. I've paused syncing then restarted it (restarting CC between each one);3. I've checked my permissions and settings;4. I've restarted my computer;5. I've updated all CC apps as well as CC itself;6. I've also tried creating folders from within the CC app itself as well as from within Photoshop or XD when saving a document; None of the above have helped to give me the option to share a CC Document Folder. If anyone could help me resolve this, that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Alain PS – Screenshot of options available when selection a folder include only Rename, Duplicate, Move, Delete, Add as Shortcut, Open on W

How frequently does the Adobe CC app (or your other apps that require a connection) 'listen' for an internet connection? I'm working on the UX for a similar app, and I think we need to have a 'listener' built in...but I don't know how frequently it should check for a connection, and our devs don't know either. Thanks!

Does anyone know if the Adobe Spark pages are accessible to a screen reader? If not, is there a way to place a setting so a screen reader can read the slides?  Thank you. 

Hello, is it possible to change the standard annual plan to a student one? It's about a student discount.

I have my photoshop set to save files every 10 minutes and when I switch to another file I always save, but when I opened my mac today everything from the last two months is gone. There is nothing in my temporyfiles or in my cloud.  It is a mystery, but not a good one!

I was working on one station in Indesign saved in to Creative cloud. A little later my system crashed (due to other progamm). When I switched over to another station Creative Cloud came with a message that synchronisation failed as files in a folder are still open. So I went back to other station opened and closed InDesingn file. Back again the second station Creative Cloud still will not sync files. How to solve this issue? Regards, Marcel

I've tried pretty much everything to try and get creative cloud and premiere pro specifically to work on my laptop (Macbook Pro OS version 11.2.3) including deleting hidden files, updating, uninstalling & reinstalling... For a while whenever i tried to open either app they got stuck in a continual loop of asking me to sign in but now it refuses to work all together.

I wonder if anyone would be able to help me. I havew synced adobe draw and adobe sketch to my creative cloud. Still once I go into creative cloud I cannot find all my projects there. This is hoghly frustrating since i need to remove projects from my iPad because I have a problem woth storage. I am desperate for any insight regarding this please. 

Nothing I save on my macbook (M1) shows up in my cloud, but strangely enough, I have no errors. It says everything is synced, but I cannot see my other files on my main work computer, just on my macbook. I can see the files I save on my main computer on the macbook just fine. Is there a way I need to be saving my files to make them compatible with a PC?  Solutions I have tried: Pausing and resuming syncing on both computersSigning out and back in againLooking for any error messages

Hello I need to delete whatever is in my Adobe cloud. I just deleted most of the photos from Lightroom and still I don't get to empty the cloud, I hope some can help me to solve this issue. Thanks in advance 

I got a notice that I was running out of storage room on Creative Cloud. I din't have anything there to my knowledge and then I came upon huge files of family photos that I have on my desktop hard drive. If I delete them from Creative Cloud will I lose the originals on my hard drive? How can I stop this file transfer from happening?Thanks!...mary 

I am trying to add images to my Adobe Portfoloo using the Publish link.The panel asks me to  create a Project. I want to add the images to an existing page but if I enter a Title a new page is automatically created .Any suggestions. soluions?thanksLuigi

Hello,I have the cc app in my desktop and mobile, and wanted to use the same fonts I have downloaded in my desktop, however when I tried to activate te fonts in the app I don't see the fonts tab,  they only appear tutorials. Is that feature not available to Android users? Or do I have to do something else to Activated ?  Thank you

Every time I restart my Mac Pro Late 2013, the Creative Cloud folder keeps reappearing in my Finder sidebar. I have to Hide it every time. Is there a way to make it stop reappearing?

My documents just all disappeared I'm extremely frustrated right now because asking for help is not straightforward. I had a lot of really important documents, this seriously can't be happening.

Bonjour, je me suis aperçue que le VPN de Mac Afee peut bloquer la connexion avec la plate forme CC.Je le signale pour ceux qui serait tentés de l'utiliser. C'est un antivirus très utile et performant. Mais bon il faut configurer le pare feu ou désactiver le VPN si vous êtes connecté à un réseau approuvé. Parfois il se lance automatiquement donc avant de relancer l'installation vérifier que le VPN ne s'est pas lancé automatiquement. Bonne journée à tous.
