Hey guys, I would've prefered to speak to an Adobe rep in private regarding this issue but at the moment, there are no options for me to do this. The Adobe Digital Edge competition is a fantastic opportunity for UK students to show off their work, explore and learn new skills, and potentially win a cash prize valued at a year's worth of tuition at university in the UK. I've been working on a project for a while which is a small part of a role development assignment for my course as well as for my univeristy's film society. It was the brand identity and motion graphics of the society's film festival and it's awards presentation film that was livestreamed earlier this month. I'm incredibly proud that I've been able to pull this off and thought that the Adobe Digital Edge competition would be a great place to submit my work as this particular project largely involved many different Creative Cloud apps like Premiere Pro for the awards event edit, trailers and social media te

It's like pretty loud, I don't mind the notification I just don't need the sound associated with it, it's also pretty loud compared to other apps. I don't know where else to post this 😕😕

5 weeks ago I updated my Lightroom CC and changed my service to Adobe Cloud. Ever since then I have not been able to use ANY Adobe products.that is right I cannot use any Adobe products. I have worked with Adobe technical team for over 5 hours with no resolution. As a matter of fact I was supposed to get a call back from the tech team 2 weeks ago. Except for my persistent calling I have NOT heard anything from Adobe for weeks. When I call I am told someone from the senior tech team will call soon. Anyone else experiencing non-functioning Adobe products.

Hello! I hope you can help me with this, but I am trying to add a mailing list signup form using Mailchimp to my Portfolio site but can't get it to work. Before you ask, yes I have seen the guide that Adobe has published about it  (this-https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036016774-Using-MailChimp-with-Adobe-Portfolio) but it is very vague and doesn't really help at all. I do exactly what it says and the form appears in the footer then disappears completely. What am I doing wrong here?  Preferably I'd like the contact form to be visible on a page which is not the homepage, but I cannot even see footer options on any other pages apart from the homepage, so how would I add the form as a text file like it says you can do on the guide above? Also, would it be possible to make it a pop-up mailing form? I feel completely lost with this! I appreciate any advice you have. 

I am using an IMac computer.  All software is up to date.  When I first installed creative cloud several months ago it worked fine.  Now when try to open the app I just get the spinning ball and it won't open.  What is weird is that if I switch to the other user profile on this computer it will open fine.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and the same scenario happens.  Please help! Any suggestions appreciated.  I am turning to the forum because tech support I am sorry to say is an absolute joke. Thank you in advance!

Hi, I tried to repair the installation but nothing happened. It doesn't seem to compromise functionality, it just turned gray. Has anyone had and fixed this problem?

Hello, I am thinking about buying Creative Cloud, and putting it on a new computer.  However I already have other adobe applications (i.e. Premiere Pro, After effects, Photoshop, Illistrator) on the current computer I am using. Will I have to pay again for all the apps, or do I cancel my subscriptions on my current computer and redownload all of Creative Cloud on my new computer? Or when buying creative cloud does the payment change from each idividual progam to all the programs?

Hi together, im new on Adobe and bought me a Wacon Cintiq 16 tablet for painting and so on.Im a little bit confused, there is no APP for Android, to remote control adobe tools.Is this right, there is nothing like this? Beacause i like to code some tools, and this could be my next project.If there nothing exists, i got some exiting ideas, but i dont like to create a tool, when there is one existing. What do you think about it? Could this generally be used in the designer community, or is this just my wrong impression? Sorry for the bad language, english isnt my first language. Best regardsPat 

...all the time. Today my fonts won't sync that I enable in Adobe Fonts, yesterday my files wouldn't sync. Tomorrow it will be something else. And can someone at Adobe explain to me why, when I logout of Creative Cloud app, it forces a total shutdown of all my active Adobe applications? I'm logging out because I'm troubleshooting the sync issues, and I have to endure yet another pain by shuttingdown every single active Adobe Application while I have 20 files open? Who at Adobe came up with that UX nighmarish idea? 

I am setting up a new Mac that is running Big Sur.  My CC has about 70gb of files stored in the cloud.  I'm three days into the sync and only 25 gb has downloaded to the Mac.  This seems way tooooo slow.  I've seen a number of answers about uninstalling/reinstalling but didn't want to proceed in case this is a Big Sur/CC issue.  Never had this problem before on a similar Mac running Catalina. All the CC files are current, sync profile is set to maximum speed, no other cloud services that I use are experiencing this kind of sluggish performance. 

I like many others are haveing  issues with creative cloud needing to be constantly repaired. Adobe is shutting down threads on this topic here.  When I call support they tell me to run my machine with no firewall or virus protection.  I have allowed every adobe exe file in my virus protection but that does not work. Has anyone found a soluting to this?  

I have a Windows 7 service pack 1 , 64-bit, and i take an annual membership on adobe, but from 3 day's ago  the creative cloud give me just a white screen . I try to download photoshop but  he is instaling till 99,1% then stops. I try everyhing i see on the internet, but nothing helped me. Can you try to help me, i need this for my work.Sorry for my english.Everytime i reinstal the creative cloud same blank  white. 

It seems that ever since a recent Creative Cloud update I am having to relog in every day when I go to use the software.  This includes PRINTING TO A PDF from Word, Excel, or other Office software. I go to print and am told the print is not possible as I am logged out of Acrobat and must log back in just to print. Mind you, this isn't to read a .pdf, just to use the print driver. This is frustrating on oh so many levels.

files in a folder called creative cloud files keep syncing from my main computer to my surface pro.  The surface pro has a small hard drive I only use it to tether in the studio t a flash drive.  But every minute or so I get a notice saying creative cloud has synced another file.  Right now it's syncing hundreds of photos from some stop motion work I did. I reformated my surface pro a few days ago and only have LRC and PS on it. How can I stop this sync process? Joe Cosentino 

From what I understand, the Cloud is for basic file back up. But when I upload my Preferences and Workspace settings, where am I uploading that info to? And can those files be confirmed and or are in a folder I can see? ....also, if I turn syncing off, does that affect Pref and Workspace uploading? Thanks!Letty

Hi together, that's all I get when I try to list my activated fonts from Adobe Fonts in my Creative Cloud Desktop App. German Windows 10 operating system.     This "Adobe Fonts are about to load" message will show for hours and will come not to an end. However, I can see my activated Adobe Fonts when I'm logged in at https://fonts.adobe.com/ .   Logging out and in to the Creative Cloud Desktop App will not help. Also a restart of my machine will not help. I have no idea how long this issue already persists. I rarely use Adobe Fonts. Can only tell that I see this issue for about a week or so.   The issue is not critical for me, but I wanted to show my students how Adobe Fonts are actually working. As it seems this is broken. At least for me. Or is it a problem within a specific region? I logged in from Germany.   Thank you for any hints.   Uwe Laubender ( ACP )

Hey folks, I have an issue with Adobe XD and Creative cloud Platform. XD dosn't get the updates trough the Creative Cloud Platform: if I open the creative Cloud I see that everything is up to date (but it's not).  For the last year I've unistall e reinstall it every time but is very annoyng. Is there a fix to this? It happen only with ADOBE XD.  My version of adobe xd is: 34.0.12.33 Creative Clous Dync 4.3.63.1 Here a screenshot of the issue:   Thanks in advace  

Hello,  a previous contractor signed up for Adobe PS Creative about four years ago and left the company in 2018.  No one has used the account since then.  Also we have not been getting yearly email notifications about the renewal since 2018.  It was caught during a yearly audit of expenses.  I have gone ahead and cancelled the subscription but can I get a refund please for the last three years.

Forced to login again to USE Photoshop 2020My subscription expires Apr 6, 2021CALL ME ! ! ! . . . your product per everyone I have talked to is ' suppose ' to work for 120 days disconnected from the INTERNET - I am leaving in a week where I will be OFF Grid ( not everyone sits at a desk for a living and some even travel oversea(s) - SEE : No Internet Access ).  My system currently has been online HOWEVER - I was still FORCED to relog on - THIS CAN NOT HAPPENTHIS product feature is NOT ACCEPTABLE AS IS

Will Creative Cloud still sync if I quit the app from the menu bar? I have a Mac, and once I look at the menu bar icon, my only choices are hide or quit. Do I need to leave Creative Cloud running in order for it to sync? I’d like to quit, but not if that would cause Creative Cloud to not sync!

When I click on the Adobe Spark link on Facebook it goes to a blank page that just says "no healthy upstream." Any idea how to solve this?
