Hello. I have an FBX file that is 305MB. I know it's bigger than recommended but when I try to import it into Dimension, it gets to 99%, sits there for like 30 seconds and then the whole app goes grey and I can't do anything unless I force quit the app. I'm using an M1 2020 MacBook Pro with 8GB of memory. 

If you change Aspect Ratio of a directional light to 0, Dimension will freeze.This can easily happen if you're not typing the value in and are clicking and dragging the values instead. Also, the submit product feedback button leads to 404.

Hi, is there any API available in Dimension to convert 2D images to 3D models?

I can't for the life of me, figure this out! EVERY TIME i'm rendering a simple object with simple lighting and no background its stops at 50%. On low, Medium or High quality. IT DOESN'T WORK. I restart my pc several times in the process, when stops at 50% and it doens't work.  The render I want theres 5 objects, solid color, simple light, no bg, simple graphics on models. It takes ages to load and that some how gives you hope that it will render this time, but no. What can I do??? I changed the location of the render to my other HD, I have space... I don't know anymore 😞  Theres just one view as well... ugh

Hello, I can not manage to get a reflective of black shadows on a white flat away (see picture). The surface must remain white. Does anyone have an idea?thank you very much

At my working office when I export a 3D model from SketchUp Pro as on .obj and import it to Adobe Dimension, materials won't properly scale down. At first glance the material seems to be repeated like x100 like that: Then after scaling down the repeat factor all the way down to 0.1 it looks like that:and immediately after going all one click down to 0 repeat it looks like it's zoomed in dramatically ant the texture looks horrible:happens however i tried exporting my models from Sketchup Pro and whatever material I may have used in adobe Dimension, this seems to happen only when importing OBJ files from SketchUp, any solutions to that problem? I would really appreciate some tips!

Adobe Dimension has been working great your years, but after recent updates it won't load up on my iMac Pro. Is anybody else has the same issue?

Using a MacBook Pro with Dimensions 3.4.9Ventura OSIntel i7 6-core processor32GB RAM Issue is I selected the Scale tool, arrow with the little box, and there's a white underline to show that's the current selection.  Clicking on the other tools, like the move tool, does nothing.  Tried a long press, tried a mouse, double clicked, long clicked, out of click options and it won't move from the Scale Tool.  Is there something here that's simple that I've overlooked?  Switching tools is pretty basic function, but I don't seem to have that option.  First time experiencing this issue.

Hello!Please advise me. I'm starting to get acquainted with the 3d world. If you design the surface layout of the package in illustrator (or indesign), is it possible to easily make it a 3D view using Adobe programs? If so, using which program? Is there a program that allows you to easily 3D this layout? Does Adobe have a program where I could, for example, draw a finished 3D cookie myself. My own dimensions, structure and shadows? Thank you so mutch!

Anyone else having this problem? Dimension's undo feature does not seem to be working currently.

... and it's up to 3.4.9? I know it's virtually abandonware, but... still. I'd like to know what was just being installed on my computer.

THE WORST 3D SOFTWARE I HAVE EVER USED IN MY WHOLE LIFE. CAN NOT DO ANYTHING, AND CRASHES EVERY 2 SECONDS. AND I CANNOT SHIFT IT TO OTHER SOFTWARE SINCE IT SUPPORT ONLY VERY FEW TYPES OF EXPORT FILES.SHAME.

I have created an 3D object in photoshop and exported as and "obj" into Dimension then when I try to add a label to it the label is not visible at all or in some instances only shows bits of the label? Any ideas?Thanks

So I used the new Dimension CC to create a 3D object...a new concept for my company.  Now they want me to make a video of it just like the one found at https://kkwfragrance.com/ Is it possible to do this with what I have created in Dimension CC so far?  If not where should I start?  I assume AE is the best app to create this video....just never used it before!Thanks in advance, - Kevin

I'm not able to work with Dimension because of this error. I got it in the past as well with older OS and older Dimension versions. After the last update it was gone but now it's there again.After this message, Dimension is doing nothing. System: Mac Mini M1 MacOS 13.3Dimension: Latest versionAny hints?

Hello all,  I frequently use Dimension for some projects that require fast 3D rendering to enhance 2D assets.As I was working on glass objects, I decided to make a rectangular shape based on a cube.After rendering I found the odd light on this object so I rotated it and found that it is no longer based on a cube shape.I would like to reproduce this shape as often as I want, do you have any idea how it happened?Thanks a lot guys.

Hello, Dimension is not working. I click to create a new document and there is a constant download, then it stops working. System Settings Windows 10 latest update, 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12450H processor, 32Ghz RAM, RTX 3050ti graphics card

Hello everyone, I have a very worrying problem every day. When I launch the software everything works perfectly, including in the library. But when I run a render, and then go back to my design page, the library window goes blank, and I have no choice but to close the software and restart it. It wastes me a lot of time. Do you know how to fix this problem? Thank you in advance. 

Bonjour, Je n'arrive pas à mettre un objet 3D à la même échelle que mon image d'arriere plan. Mon objet 3D est un container, ce dernier ne me paraît jamais à la bonne échelle... Est-il possible de mesurer des objets présents dans mon arrière plan pour bien dimensionner mon container ? 

I am trying to use a model of a bottle and place my image around the entire bottle including the neck and cap. I'm not using the decal I'm using the wrap feature. But is placing the image in multiple areas. The cap, the neck, the body and then the bottom. I'm assuming this is because these are the shapes to make the bottle. Is there a way to "join" these shapes so the finished price appears as a shrink sleeve has been applied to the bottle including the cap?
