I keep on trying to open creative cloud and getting the error code {"error":"invalid_credentials"}Ive tried to uninstall but it wont let me because it says that other applications require creative cloud, but when i try to uninstall those it just takes me to cc with the same error. is there a way i can fix this? I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 15 with my Dell computer almost 10 years ago. I do have my License key, but I do not have the .exe file to reinstall the program on my new harddrive. Where can I get the file Please?
I have contacted adobe via chat agent.They said that they would email me. They emailed me to a page that didn’t have a solution.They closed the Ticket. Contacted Agent and they told me to post on here.I would like my serials deactivated on the dead computers they’re registered please.

I own Adobe Pro 20.0.I have it installed on one laptop and want to put it on another.I can see the serial number on my account page. I downloaded the software from there.I have installed it, and now it says that it’s not the serial number for a qualifying product. But I do own 20 and this is the right serial number (number changed to all 9s in screenshot for privacy)Is it that this version is not supported, that I cannot install it any more?Or it thinks this is an upgrade? I’m not trying to upgrade.
Cannot activate 2013 Acrobat Pro XI after transferring to new laptop. Worked fine before.The standard answers do not work. I get it that it is ‘not supported’. However it can still be downloaded from the website and how much ‘support’ is required. Just allow activation and leave me alone.
Hello,I am trying to move my licensed copy of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium from my old Windows 10 PC to a new Windows 11 PC. I have a valid single-user retail license.Product: Creative Suite 5.5 Design PremiumPlatform: WindowsInstaller used: DesignPremium_CS5_5_LS4 (downloaded fresh from account.adobe.com today)What I have done so far:- Registered the serial number successfully at account.adobe.com – the product was recognized correctly as "Adobe Design Premium 5.5"- Downloaded the official installer from my Adobe account, provided after the registration- Ran the Adobe CS5 Cleaner Tool before installing- Installed as Administrator- Entered the serial number during installationThe problem:I used the LS1 installer (English International) which showed a green checkmark for the serial number during installation, but rejects it at first launch - "This serial number is not valid for this product" immediately when entering the key. The old PC is still running CS5.5 without problems
From my registered products under my account, I'm trying to download the English version of the Adobe Master Collection (English).For that you need to download a “.7z” file and assosiated “.exe” file.On my page, for alle languages both match, except for English.That should give a “MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.7z” and “MasterCollection_CS6_LS16.exe”, but instead the .exe is for another language pack (MasterCollection_CS6_LS4.exe)ANy idea where I can get the correct .exe file ?

I'm srilanaka citizen with srilankan bank acocunt..I'm trying to buy a new creative Cloud subscription from Sri Lanka, but I've tried repeatedly and still can't complete the payment. It just keeps showing the error: "We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank."I made sure my Adobe region is correctly set to Sri Lanka and tried both my Visa and Mastercard. The weird part is, I called my bank and they confirmed that they haven't even received any payment or verification attempts from Adobe! There are zero failed transactions showing on their side, so Adobe's system is blocking it before it even hits the bank?Can someone please help me out? I really need this subscription and I'm honestly so desperate right now
I have started a Photoshop free trial. I can't install Photoshop because there is an error on Creative Cloud that cannot be repaired. When I try to reinstall Creative Cloud, it does not recognise my password. I changed the password on my Adobe account, but the Creative Cloud installer doesn’t recognise it. Please help
I’m a long-time Adobe user. I bought a new laptop and installed Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and Photoshop. All three ran fine for several weeks, then a few days ago I couldn’t open Creative Cloud or Photoshop (Acrobat is OK). Even when I click directly on the .exe files for either product, I get a message saying Windows can’t find the app. I shut down any running Adobe products in the Task Manager, then I used the Adobe uninstaller and removed both products. Then I reinstalled them. No difference. I run them as Administrator. No difference. I re-ran the uninstaller again and reinstalled both apps. Windows still says it can find them. Acrobat continues to run as usual. Here is the message I see when I try to open Creative Cloud even when I click directly on the file it says it can’t find.
I am currently using MacBook m3 and its showing "enter and administrator's name and password to allow this" and ive tried every possible username and passwords. And it wont let me install the software without entering the correct username and password

My Adobe Creative Cloud has already been updated, and the version shown is 6.9.1.1.3, but under “Application Details” it still shows 6.9.0.620. After opening the Adobe Creative Cloud folder, I noticed that some files are dated 06/04 (the update date), while others are older files from 04/17. My desktop PC shows the exact same situation as well.At first, I confirmed that the update had completed successfully. However, later I found that a folder named:{F2CC7D04-9BBF-4594-A276-C575E585130B}suddenly appeared inside the C:\Windows\Temp directory, and it contained Adobe Creative Cloud update-related files.Afterward, I used the following command to clean temporary files:del /q /f /s C:\Windows\Temp*As a result, the temporary files created by Adobe Creative Cloud were also deleted (I did not clear them on my desktop PC).Now I’m wondering: could deleting those temp files have affected the update process? Some components and file details still show the old version number. Will they only be full
I don’t see a way to deactivate the version on the crashed laptop -- but certainly Adobe provides a way to do that in situations like this.

I have the same experience with all CC apps. Maybe the updater daemon will actually receive Intel-based updates, but they won't run on Apple silicon based machines anymore.
