Dell Support just downloaded to my new laptop Adobe Acrobat 2020, which was missing. Now I notice in addition to the desktop shortcut a file folder full of what looks like program files and ReadMe documents in multiple languages. How can I move this folder from my desktop? Where does it belong?

I am trying to install creative cloud (just trying to get adobe PDF) but I keep getting error code 87 "another installer in progress". I've tried using the adobe cleaner software, windows installer cleaner, stopping any install process and just about everything else I can think of and no luck. Can someone please save my sanity???

i have this error and i can't download or open any of my adobe apps, not even the creative cloud, before i have the chance to log in i get this error:ErrorThere was an error with this action. Try again later. How do i fix this? Because i cannot find much about it.

Ever since upgrading from Windows 10 1809 to 1909 this issue has been present. On reboot and signing into windows, Creative cloud desktop app will not launch properly. If I open the app its blank, if i stare at my mouse it flickers, if i go to task manager i can see multiple processes under creative cloud desktop app opening and closing constantly.  Things I have already tried- uninstalling the app using the various cleanup tools on adobe's site. - deleting everything from the oobe folder under my appdata folder for my username- re packaging a new creative cloud desktop app. this issue resides whether on the corporate network or not so its unlikely to be a firewall issue or anything like that.  this problem is ridiculously frustrating. and there is no way to get out of it apart from moving to a different computer. and there is no chance i am going to be migrating dozens of my users in our enterprise for this reason alone. adobe- please help with

Hello, I'm trying to install extensions / plugs, but when I click the Free button, the install option does not appear and nothing happens, I've used other browsers, but nothing happened. I have already uninstalled Adobe Creative Cloud and installed it again and nothing happened. I already had plugins before and did the normal installation, but I'm not getting any more. Has anyone had this problem?Thanks.

For quite some time now have I struggled with the Creative Cloud application.Whenever an update is available and I try to install it everything seemingly goes normal, until the progress bar gets near 90%, then it just closes the window. The Creative Cloud background process will keep running and will be hogging resources, but the installation never seems to finish, longest time I have waited on it has been 9 hours. When I tell my computer to restart there is no pop-up telling me a process is still running and needs to be closed or anything.Once I have restarted my computer immediately a pop up appears which reads "Creative Cloud has stopped working".When I click to view problem details I get the following information:Problem signature:  Problem Event Name:    BEX  Application Name:    Creative Cloud.exe  Application Version:    3.5.1.209  Application Timestamp:    56be1bfc  Fault Module Name: &nbs

I have been using Creative Cloud for a couple of years now and have always wondered why I would need an older version of the software. Considering these unused versions of software are just sitting on my hard drive and taking up space.... can anyone think of any good reason why I shouldn't uninstall these old software versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.?Thanks, Tom

I have a Galaxy Note 20 and signed up for the free trial of Adobe Premium. I'm trying to cancel my subscription before I'm charged and I cannot figure out how to do it. 

I have been trying to update creative cloud desktop for several days, but every time it stops at some percentage and does not move further.

Hello. I am asking for help with an installation problem. I own the Adobe Creative Suite 3 production premium suite. Following the hard disk failure, I performed a new installation on a new hard disk but I do not accept the serial printed in the package. What should I do to get a new serial? Thank you. 

Although I have 3 applications installed from my contracted plan, Creative Cload Desktop indicates that they are not installed. When I use the applications it seems that everything works fine, but I do not know if this represents a problem for future updates. 

I need to install Photoshop on a Lenovo Flex 5G.  I contacted support yesterday and was told it can't be done because of the ARM processor the computer has.  The Flex is running Windows 10 Pro and has 8 gb of RAM.The reason I question what I was told is that I have run Photoshop on a computer with Windows 10 and an ARM processer before.  I had Photoshop installed on a Samsung Galaxy Book 2 until I replaced it with the Flex two weeks ago.  The Galaxy Book 2 has an older ARM and half of the RAM of the Flex and ran Photoshop with no problems other than being slow.Any help will be appreciated.

HelloI don't know why this should be so difficult.There's an option in CC Preferences to choose Install LocationIt won't allow me to choose my external HD. I literally just unistalled all the apps to update my MacOS, hoping to re-install on my external HD. My hardrive literally ONLY HAS my OS on it. I just run all the programs I use from my HD. Right now, I don't use anything but Adobe CC. Is there anyway I can install these apps on my external ?  If not, can someone please explain like I am 5 why this is not allowed? 

I am trying to install Permier Elements 2018. The PC has Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2019 Redistributable (x86) - version: 14.23.27820 alread installed, the Premier Elements installer tries to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable and then fails.  What is the best way to fix this?

Hi all,I work in French administration.I'm not allowed to connect my computer to Internet.So, is there any way to register and use Adbe CS 8 off line? Thanks for your help !  

Short of going to a previous image backup & fixing this, how do I fix this that Adobe's update manager broke. I am not interested in going to cloud based software, so prefer to stay at CS6. Seems like there should be a simple download link for this somewhere, but all I find is the application manager download link for CC versions.   Here is the message I get when trying to do an update to either my Photoshop CS6 or Dreamweaver CS6. If I knew where this file was located on my hard drive, I could just extract it from imagex backup with 7zip.

A week after I upgraded to Adobe CC 2019, it started logging me out every 5 minutes or so. I'll log back in, 5 minutes later it logs me out again. It's extremely irritating, especially when i'm trying to use Illustrator and i'm working with fonts. Some of the fonts that i'm working with are Adobe Fonts, so therefore I need to be logged into the cloud to be able to use them. It's also making my computer EXTREMELY slow.

Same here. CC disconnects, Photoshop asks to login, Lightroom doesn't keep sync anymore. I had to format and reinstall my PC.It worked for a month, now I'm back in pain.There's no way I can work this way.It's production software, the licensing method shouldn't render it unusable.

Hello! I got a 30 day free trial for After Effects 2020 and it popped up in my start bar that these were installed? Im confused. I thought C4D was a whole different company? is it a virus? is it something thats used in After Effects? or is it Cinema 4D as a whole that i somehow got?  

How do I update psd 21.2.5?Why does adobe make this process as convoluted and time consuming as possible?

Ever since I've validated my account photoshop will not open. With only four days left of my free trial this doesn't make me want to purchase the product if I can't even access the program. 

Hi, just installed a new motherboard and CPU now Lightroom 6 says serial number used for maximal count of computers. What should I do?

I have just uninstalled and reinstalled Creative Cloud multiple times, and every time is says "Logging in to creative Cloud".. all it does is try to load and then return me to a screen that says "you've been signed out, sign back in"... so i click to sign in and it just keeps cycling this over and over again. It will ocasionally flash a picture of the login screen but then goes back to the wheel of death. I have deleted everything in the OOBE file, and most of the other troubleshooting found here. Any ideas as to why I am stuck and Adobe Creative Cloud won't load properly?

Hello, I just bought Lightroom and Photoshop. When I went to install I suddenly kept getting Machine Debug Manager messages on screen every 30 seconds. When Creative Cloud was downloading the messages kept coming. Creative Cloud also wont load my apps or connect to the Cloud, it stuck loading forever. I'm not getting any error codes, it only tells me starting up takes longer then usal please restart. (No problems on mobile but I ofcourse would want to use my pc) I tried everything on the support page but that didn't work. Reinstalling, restarting the pc and deleting everything in the OOBE location did  absolutely nothing.The debug messages only stop  when I delete Creative Cloud again. Anyone got some idea's? My 7 day trial became a lot shorter this way lol. Thanks
