 Hi i'm parsa from Iran  as you know we dont have any payment way and also we dont have any support from adobe and much apps cause of political sanctions  from us ; so cause of that here in Iran we usually use cracked apps ,windows and proggrams now I want to know is there anyway for us to use your apps llegal ? thanks parsa   regards

 I signed up for the site adobe and started downloading the app but the download stops in the middle.I don't know what to do?

Hello. I am trying to install CS4 creative suite and also Lightroom 6 that I own and have been using for years onto a new computer and got a message that my serial number  is in use on too many computers and I need to deactivate a computer. I no longer have access to that old computer. When I looked up how to solve this issue, it suggests you contact adobe. When I did that they directed me here and said they don't solve this issue over chat.. Can someone help? Thanks in advance!

Hello, I have core i5 32bit system  I'm trying to install Adobe Photoshop latest version on it but it is showing your system is not competible with this verion of Adobe, I have enough space for this but I don't know what's problem .Can you please guide me to fix this issue I have more projects to do? I just subscribed to adobe creative cloud 1-year membership.  i was previously subscrubed to only indesign cloud and was using acrobat and photoshop on 30-day trial period.  now i'm having issues downloading acrobat, photoshop - and/or getting it to work.  every time i try to open a pdf or photoshop file is saying my trial period has ended.  do i have to UNINSTALL old trial acrobat and photohop  and old indesign membership app then start fresh with new downloads for my new creative cloud membership?

I would like to buy photoshop by itself. I am eligible for the student discount, but I don't want all the CC apps, just photoshop. Any way I can do this without losing the student discount?

Hi, Supporting info first.Running Windows 8.1 Enterprise.Creative Cloud 5.2.1.441Photoshop vesion installed is CC 2018 Everything worked up until today. Trying to open the application throws the error in the subject. Error: api-ms-win-core-synch-ansi-l1-1-0.dll is missing.I've uninstalled / reinstalled with no luck.I've checked a work mates laptop - they dont have that dll file and photoshop works fine.All other apps load ie Dreamweaver, InDesign, Illustrator. I can't update to latest version asthis device isn't windows 10. Any ideas as to why the error has just started to appear and how it can be resolves? Many thanks Tim 

Hi, I have some problem.I need to use photoshop 2021 version under 22.1.0 . But I cannot find "previous version" in CC app. I tried to follow the guide, but the version of CC may not match.There's no "previous" or "another" version button. So, how I downgrade my photoshop 2021 22.1.1 to 22.1.0 or 22.0.0 or 22.0.1 ? Please help me.

Hello,I am trying to reinstall CS4 Creative Suite for macOS and have been unable to deactivate it on my currently installed machine. It keeps saying it can not connect to Adobe. I have tried different DNS etc. to no avail. I have been told my current key may need a reset?  Any help would be appreciated.  

Hi, I have signed up for a free trial of InDesign and neither it, nor Creative Cloud, will install. It keeps going back and forth between the two pages below:   I have temporarily disabled my Firewalls based on advice given to similiar questions, but it hasn't solved the issue. Would appreciate any help. Thank you. Conor

I have a little bit of a problem. Some time ago I downloaded photoshop, lighroom CC and classic with a version of creative cloud desktop app. Now it (creative cloud) is gone from my computer and I dont really know how to uninstall the programs in a safe way without it. I have tried downloading the new version of creative cloud but all it gives me access to is to download the programs that I already have on the computer. So in conclusion, I don't really know how to manage my downloads and delete lightroom classic without messing anything up. I think that I used to be able to do it through creative cloud but now I can only download all the programs again. Thanks in advance

Running Big Sur. CC always asks me for log in now only to immediately log me out. I've been on 2 different support chats with Adobe and that hasn't remedied it. Some how I am still able to work (InDesign, AI, PS, Acrobat) but CC says I'm signed out.Not sure what is going on.

Hi, I'm an annual subscribed user of Adobe. I'm having technical difficulties to install XD on my Desktop. It seems like its only downloading and working through creativecloud, unlike Premier and Photoshop that are installed on my Desktop but don't appear in Creativecloud. Can you please assist?

Hello ! I am in Australia, and have been using cs4 since 2015/16  -   but can't open NEF files in it etc etc  -  so  need to fix my longterm non opening (thinks it is expired  lease version) purchased cs6  issue.CS6 issue:I purchased  online Cs6 educ. version (Australia) in  March 2015 direct from adobe online.But for years it has said TRIAL is over and   won't open. **I don't think I registered it  properly on the ADOBE site. Also I left university  and forgot I bought it as an education  version until today -  so I couldn't find its serial # to try add  and try to open it.   Today I contacted my old university  and reopened my emails and retrieved  the Adobe cs6 purch. emails incl.   my old  customer id +  serial number +  have my  old uni email available again.But for   the past coupel of years   I have a new Adobe

Hello,I always get error messages when downloading and trying to install my programs no matter which one it is. Earlier i got the 201 error than i switched the port of my usb wifi connector. I was able to install 2 programs afterwards but now i get the error 113. I checked the permissions of CC all fine, i dont know what to try next.Pls help

Hi,I've tried contacting Adobe Support via Web Chat over the past day and have received no response from them (not even a greeting) so will post here in case an Adobe employee is monitoring the forums. I purchased Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 for Windows back in 2012 and installed it on my then new desktop. A couple months ago I replaced my desktop with a new one and recent attempted to install Creative Suite 5.5 on it. However, when I attempt to activate Creative Suite I get an error stating that the product has already been activated on another device and that I need to deactivate the product on the other device to continue. Unfortunately, the prior desktop I had Creative Suite on was wiped once I got the new desktop and so deactivation is no longer possible. I'm wondering if it would be possible for Adobe to allow me to activate Creative Suite 5.5 on my new desktop? This adobe product is linked to the Adobe account I am posting from. Thanks in advance, James
