I use DW 2014.1. I created a template with an editable region for the text. The text is now being translated to different languages, so on the template, I need to add an editable region on the right with tabs for different languages. Here's one of my pages : Commentary 9

The new region would look like an address book with alphabetical tabs on the side. Please help ! Thanks ! Carol

#1  How is this supposed to work on tablets and mobile devices?  Clearly, your current layout is neither responsive nor adaptive.

#2 Editable Regions are for content that will change on every page.  Menus are typically never placed inside an Editable Region.  Instead they are added to the main Template and populated to all Child Pages spawned from that Template.

#3  A multi-lingual web site or app requires advanced coding.  Ideally, users will choose their language on the 1st page and your app will generate a language session to remember their choice and then re-direct them to the appropriate sub-domain.

  • fr . your_domain.com
  • es . your_domain.com
  • and so on....
