I have installed CS 5.5 Web Premium on my new Windows 10 machine and it works fine in "trial" mode.  It accepts the serial number but says that is was an upgrade (correct) and asks for the serial number of the program I upgraded from.  However, it only offers me Adobe Design Standard CS5 / 5.5 or Adobe Production Studio, neither of which I own.  I upgraded from Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium , which I still have and which appears in my product history on the Adobe site.  What do I do now?Phil.

I spent hours setting up an install of Dreamwever 20.1 workspaces etc. I came back the next day and Dreamweaver was in a state of resh install, all customizations gone. WTF?

Hi, I have a VM with this combination Bitnami, worpress and Google cloud platform. I am able to successfully SSH/SFTP onto the server with Filezilla with a private key, access the files and also perform update and delete actions. However I am not able to setup the SFTP connection with the private key on Dreamweaver 2020.. I keep getting an FTP error. On the panel of my dreamweaver, the menu bar is not displaying, and when I tried to create an html, it will not allow me to do so. What do I do?

Hi, I know, I know - it's a 16 year old piece of software however can anyone recommend a relatively simple Lightbox extension/add on that I can download use with DW MX 2004.I'm no Web Design guru and my expertise is reasonably limited. I came across the Ajatix products (via the Adobe website) and downloaded their app, however it will not install and seems broken/not functional (pic attached) and so far I have had no reply to my emails. I have an Adobe Animate file that I have converted into a OAM. file to insert in Dreamweaver. Although the animation works and plays in the Dreamweaver application, it does not show in a browser. When I open the html file in my root folder it shows but it doesn't play/work.  

Is there some valid reason as to why Dreamwever is refusing to allow me to change to color on my SVG grapic despte this being the correct colour when created in Illustrator and before I copy and paste it into my HTML document? This its the SVG code:<svg id="Layer_9" data-name="Layer 9" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" viewBox="0 0 842.89 125.04"><defs><style>.cls-1{fill:#e0dddd;}</style></defs><path class="cls-1" d="M841.89,354.53H0V277.15c290.88,4.39,589-107.15,841.89,0Z" transform="translate(0.5 -229.99)"/></svg> The colour code asper the snippet above is #E0DDDDand this is the result I get a blur color. I am getting absolotly bloody sick of this software doing what it wants to. I'm the user, I if tell it change the color, I expect it to change the bloody color!

I've used this program for over fifteen years with no problem. All of a sudden my password didn't work so I changed it.   I have two sites on Go Daddy and one is listed as a sub-site of the other.  Finally, after hours on the phone with Go Daddy we changed the FTP address and determined the FTP connection was correct.  I have changed to the new server address on both sites and added a root directory to my primary site, and it is now working. However, the second site will not publish.  Not sure if a root directory should be filled in as I have tried many combinations and keep getting error messages.  The second site test is also not successful. See below. Can anyone help?

Good news! Adobe Fonts added close to 1,000 new fonts. Yay!    Bad news!  Two font foundries, Font Bureau and Carter & Cone (excluding the Frere-Jones collection) are leaving Adobe Fonts, counting a total of 50 families and 700 fonts, being removed from the menu.     OTHER FONT ALTERNATIVES: Web Safe font-families, common on most Windows / Mac systems. https://www.cssfontstack.com/   Google Web Fonts https://fonts.google.com/

Hi guys, please assist me, I am posting to the database from my website and the success message and page is showing, however when I look into the database nothing shows, what could be the matter!?

Does the version of Bootstrap stay the same unless I upgrade my DW? Or does the Bootstrap can upgrade/change automatically while keep using the same version of DW? I'm currently using DW 20.1 and when I created a new page looks like it sets up files for Bootstrap 4.4.1. Would this stay the same? Toshi
