Questions

I have an index in the ePub-file (InDesign> Export> ePub). In the xhtml-file this gives a list (ul - li). Everything is linked, every voice. How I can avoid the underlining that automatically gives me when I insert a link.In the CSS-file I have” a.link - active - visited - hover” with "text-decoration: none;". The "text-decoration: none;" I have also added by "ul - il", but the text remains underlined.It works only when I don't have links, the text is not underlined..How can I avoid this?

I am currently looking to purchase a tablet but need to be able to use all of the functions of adobe dreamweaver.Is there a tablet that allows this or do i require a laptop or desktop ?Ideally something that does not break the bank account.Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Been uploading files to my server with no problems for 5 years when suddenly I get this message which blocks all uploads. As far as I know I have never had or used a 'testing server'? Your help is solving this would be most appreciated.

Hi all,I am having trouble exporting a jpeg with hyperlinks in such a way that I can place the jpeg in an email body, so that it is clickable. We want to send a digital flyer with our social media links to our clients. Can you even do such a thing? I am a bit rusty with coding.In anyone can give me advice, I'll appreciate it very much.

Dreamweaver CC 2018 continually shuts down on macOS High Sierra. Even with no files open or simply selecting a site. Any suggestions ?

I'm working with a Bootstrap Template that give me an Image along the right side of some description paragraphs on the left. However, as the reading goes on the the scrolling must go down the traffic will leaving the pictures I place on the upper-right and it will be all blank on the lower-right half. That's a bummer .So it would be great if the Image I place on the right would be able to "follow" along the right hand side as the reader scrolls on down and does the reading. Right? But how would I do this. I imagine I would have to make some additions within the CSS which I already looked into online but found absolutely nothing. Also, because I don't want to mess up anything within any of the other "sections" of the template I'd like to be very cautious of what's added.So has anyone else heard or seen of ways to have an image scroll or "drop" down when a site browser/visitor is scrolling down a site? Or is it just me? I could swear I've seen this before...

The W3C Roadmap for web application on mobile, (also applies to desktop etc) has finaly published the 2018 version, (a few months later than expected).Whilst some features are mobile device only, much of what is contained also applies to 'fixed' systems such as desktops. We just switched from Dreamweaver5 to  DreamweaverCC 2018. All the files appear to be working fine in the new Dreamweaver, except our collection of newsletter files.  When we open any of these files this is what shows on the screen. I tried cleaning up the code, but no luck.  What might make the file open and look like this?

Hi. Just wondering how to add a row to the default template (from Dreamweaver) hyperlink menu. Have tried to add a row however the template is locked. There are four rows for menu options however would like to add more. Thank you in advance.

Thankfully Affinity from Serif looks amazing, with Professional hollywood software makers releasing industry standard editors and REAL comp software for  FREE and including ProTools, Then add in Microsoft and Google all but matching and streamlining a better Dreamweaver, I look forward to finally leaving Adobe, WAY to overpriced for what is given.And for those curious, yes, Affinity is REALLY close to Adobe, the look and feel is virtually the same so easy transition. I'm a newbie and have created a 5 page website for my company in Dreamweaver CC 2017.......dfwlonghornconstruction.comThe problem is with the display on a cell phone.  I thought it was set up as a responsive site from the CC videos I watched and followed but apparently I'm a idiot and did not succeed.  So, my question is this......how can I make a existing Dreamweaver CC 2017 website responsive so that it goes across all forms of screens properly without major changes to the CSS files or code, if possible?I've been reading about Bootstrap and that sounds like a possibility until it sounds like I have to redo my website and reformat it.HELP!Sincerely,Darrell

Hello,I reinstalled DW CS6 on a new MacBook Pro. So far everything seems to work properly except the irritating fact that fonts don't display properly in design view on the new Mac whereas they did on the old one. Everything looks good if I look at the page in the browser but the fact that it doesn't look the same in design view like it used to makes me suspect that something is wrong with the new install. Any ideas on how to get it right? Or, do I just have to get used to a new way of looking at the world. (-:Branko

Is there a way to make global blocks or sections that I can just insert when I need a new one and add then add the page-specific content for that section? For example, I made section with a title, sub-title, paragraph, and three icons with buttons. I want to use this section in several place on my site but add different icons and text etc. Can I make templates for those and just insert them, rather than having to copy and paste? Thanks

Hello, all,I'm trying to use collapse on a higher z-index than the rest of the page, so when expanded it will cover part of the page content.However, I can't seem to get Bootstrap to co-operate with my desired design.  Upon clicking the element that expands and collapses the content, the hidden content starts out "over" the page content, but as soon as the expanding is completed it "sinks below" the page content.How can I get the expanded content to stay "above" the page content?V/r,^ _ ^

I am completely and utterly lost.  Everything I have seen so far is totally barbar to me.  I need an explanation in simple terms.  I want to make a link in a specific region of an SVG file.  I do know this:  I need the region's  coordinates and thel target link.  What I want to accomplish is if a person hovers the mouse over the phone number, I want something to pop up that says:  "Click here to call," and if he does, I want to send the "tel://9038302844" link.  Same for the email.   So, here's the info:Phone # coordinates:  x = 745px, y= 508 px    width = 775px, height = 224pxHELP!!
