I have a mysql database that has fields such as surname, year etc etc, I created it in access and have imported it into mysql,I need to build a search page that builds a record set based on the search criteria and then displays the results.Are there any ready made scripts or videos  that will help me in this project?thanksIan

Where can i get Adobe Dreamweaver cc 2015 edition. That's what we are learning in school not the newest format or dreamweaver.

As you can tell from the title I am using an old version and I want to know when I start a new file I have on the right side of the screen it says this now is there a way of getting rid of this because I am following a tutorial and I should just see the site I am starting and it should have a green envelopeto the left side of where it says desk top second one not top ones.I am new to this and I appreciate all the help someone can give me.Thank you all in advanced

Hi,I installed the latest OS High Siera and now cant get DW to work. The rest of my apps are fine PS, AI but Dreamweaver fails to start up. I have tried uninstalling it then reinstalling to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi folks,I am trying to turn off the auto push when clicking the save button in the edit server dialog box. I have unchecked the auto push option in the advanced tab, yet when I click Save it shows that my files will be automatically uploaded and to disable it this, uncheck the auto push option.Here is a screenshot of my Advanced tab in the dialog box"And here is the closing dialog box after hitting that save button. Dreamweaver works fine on my old iMac, but when I transferred the app to my new computer (iMac again), it is asking for codes or for me to buy it again or pay for it monthly. I feel forced to continue using it to maintain my website on my old computer which is very slow. Would love advice. thanks.

Hello. I have three sites that I play around with from time-to-time. It's been awhile but since building a new PC system and having Dreamweaver recently installed I tried to do some editing to a site. However when I sent to the page online after "Save" and "Put" (Ctrl + Shift + U) I checked out to see if the changes applied and guess what? Yep, no changes I made applied . So I tried adjusting a few other pages and checked through Real-Time Preview - thinking at least I'd see changes there - but I got this: I tried that in multiple browsers (Mozilla & Microsoft Edge) and got the exact same result. When I tried Real-Time Preview with Internet Explorer instead I got a really weird pop-up message about being the correct file...but the Browser and actual HTML file's there. Anyway here's what it said:Any idea on why I'm unable to make adjustments applicable through my host? Or even shown via Real-Time Preview? I have 3 divs across the page (main image with arrows on either side) They are all 700 px in height. When I insert them into their divs, I get 3 different heights for the images. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Since Adobe bought Macromedia, it has become as i feared! DreamVeawer has been destroyed! All that happens is that the fee is raised and you get an even worse program at every upgrade!

Using Dreamweaver 2018 on Windows 10. I have a network drive with a share called "Web" and a separate folder on that share for each of my websites (i.e., cpking, artizansc, clayton, etc.). I recently copied each site to its respective folder (I consolidated all my web work to the network drive). Each of these has settings defined to discreet websites on the web. Now when I open any of the sites I get the message that "the root folder you have chosen is inside the folder for site "whatever-it changes each time."I sometimes use sychronization, but more importantly, have seen some of my css (which is different for every site) stop working.Anyone have any ideas?

How can save a file in Dreamweaver 18 WITHOUT having it automatically put the file. I am often working on pages and EVERY TIME I save it also PUTS. I like to save frequently and I have not always finished my work. I don't always want the saved paged PUT.Thanks

Hi,I'm running Dreamweaver 18 Build 10136 on Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.2.I have been having crash problems repeatedly, for no particuar reason I can find. I updated both the OS and Dreamwever at roughly the same time, so I am not even sure what caused the issue. When I search online I find lots of people complaining about the same thing, but this forum itself seems pretty quiet on the issue. I'm not even sure where to start troubleshooting the issue, but for more than a week Dreamweaver crashes at randon moments and very frequently.Herre's where it seems to be crashing:When renaming filesWhen changing the picture located on a website.I keep sending the crash reports to both Apple and Adobe, but I'm not sure that actually accomplishes anything.I am close to rolling back to a previous version, since it's getting really hard to accomplish even the simplest updates to a client's website without relaunching the program multiple times.Any ideas?

I bought a new PC to run Windows 10 and then subscribed to CC.  Imagine my disappointment when after installing Dreamweaver CC I was unable to run this due to a missing dll file.So far Acrobat and Premiere Pro are working fine.Is there a simple solution to this problem.

Can I use live view with asp files; is it possible to send views to the browser from 'real time preview' ?  I want to use Firefox mainly to use the grid feature.  Dreamweaver phone tech more or less said i have to install Wamp to use live view with asp files.  This seems odd but perhaps not knowing Microsoft.  Does anyone have some insight to this.  thanks very much for any input

I will start by saying I have no HTML skills and do not want them. I just need to maintain the Web page for my photo business.It used to be that in Dreamweaver and the program that preceded it, you could drag and drop tables within a designed page. You also could copy segments of type and paste them into cells in a table. In looking through the Dreamweaver manual online, it seems to me that "design view" is the way to accomplish this. But there is a problem. When I select design view for my Website page, the display cuts off all but the very bottom of the page, and there is no clear way to scroll up to the top of the page. I have tried looking for drag tabs and have tried scrolling the page by using up-down arrows.So why is this happening? And how do I stop the problem?This is a very simple question ... one that probably could be resolved in a couple minutes with an online chat rep. But good luck with that. I am no genius in Dreamweaver but had until recently been able to make a homepage for a small publishing firm. I subscribe to Adobe CC and thus get always newer versions. I made our homepage on Dreamweaver CS3. I have downloaded both CC17 and CC18 but have returned to CC15. For some days I have had BIG problems putting especially the index and the file containing all our books. All putting is unsuccessful. I can upload the book sites without any problems. Only today I realised that on the remote server HUNDREDS of asp files have been created. For the index "index10.asp  up to "index131.asp" and for the file containing all books HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF "nmd-hu-shoes-XXX.asp" files where "XXX" means any figure from 10 up to nearly 4000. Why does this happen? Earlier I always ensured that the local and remoter server were fully synchronised, but unfortunately I have skipped this important issue for a long time.
