I have a couple of websites that have my artwork displayed in slideshow plugins.These work well, and are easy to use, but the problem is (with my limited understanding) that any text that accompanies these images in the slides is not searchable through google.So if I have a slideshow with an image named "Snow Queen" and someone does a google image search with that name, my image will never show up in a search.Is that correct?Does anybody know if there are any plugins that are slideshow-based, but do allow searching the text?In the old days, before I used CSS, I would manually create a separate page for each image. This was tedious, but they were searchable. In fact, if the user clicked on a link, it would take them straight to that image. What was annoying was that I had to hand link every "Next" and "Previous" button to go to the other pages.Any help appreciated with what might be a better method.Thanks

I have installed Dreamweaver MX 2004 on my new laptop but am having trouble activating the license on it. I can not connect to internet with it (now running Windows 10). Tech support via phone says software not supportable with them by phone. ANy help with this?Rad.

I've researched this problem and tried every combination I can possibly think of to no avail. I'm simply trying to overlay text and a button on top of a responsive image. I got the text on top of the image but for some reason it won't center! I've tried text-center, center-block and more combo's with margin's than I can think of. Hopefully it's something simple. Hello, I have a plain text file with special charset like ' ëèé' I finally got it to work. But now i am trying to use a asp file to write out the text. But i don't know how to convert to UTF-8 in ASP. I have created a series of related tabs and need to link and synchronize the related tabs, e.g. when C++ is clicked, all C++ tabs open, etc. How do I do it? After a number of experiments using Anchors, it failed. Unaware of any specific action that would have altered original vertical 50% positioning of the glyphiconsposition. I did a copy/paste of relevant css from original bootstrap-3.3.7-cssinto a bootstrap-custom.css style sheet to troubleshoot.I found that changing 50% to 30% visually corrected, but that just tells me that I've missed something. I am using fancybox 3. Everything is ok, but I have one problem. Im looking for a way to see the fancybox without getting a page with only the thumbnails. What I want: my homepage where you can see a button which links directly to the fancybox. In the actual situation brings clicking on the button the viewer to a page with only thumbnails and clicking on one of the thumbnails brings you finally to the fancybox. What am I doing wrong?I have made a separate page for the fancybox  or is it better to write the code in the index-page?

I used to build my website with a very old program (don't laugh: AOLPress) that's not working with actual OS.Now I like to rebuild/relaunch my site with Dreamweaver.What I liked very much on AOLPress: I was able to klick through my website like a browser and edit it at the same time.A click on  a link opened the linked page and I could continue editing.Is there a chance to edit Dreameaver's options so that I can jump to another page (f.ex) doubleclicking the link?Can I edit shortcuts?The patch I found is rightclicking the link and then chose "open linked page" (?) in a second click.This does not seem to work within frames: DW opens a new page.And yes: I will get rid of frames asap, but my first step will be learn more about handling DW. So I have to handle my old framed-site for a while with Dreamweaver.

I have just started using DW CC2017, and have created a template from my page with editable, repeating areas.When I try to create a new page from this existing DWT file, it doesn't give me the option to locate the site with it in.I have 2 sites in my folder when I create a new file, it only shows me the first folder only?I have gone into preferences, can't see anything that relates to it?Where am I going wrong?ThanksBatch

Hello , I am looking forward solving a problem I have when I use dreamweaver .it's when I run ps cs6 on my pc and work on it then I go to open dreamweaver it shows me an error and it doesn't run error code 1 I tried to uninstall the program and reinstall it again , it also shows me the same error so can u help me with this problem ?

What's happening? Creative Cloud informs me of Upgrades - I upgrade. AND NOW I CANNOT WORK. I pay for this software. And it cost me more in lost productivity.Then I read about other people's issues. And the solution is to look in your event log and try to find the answer there. Are you serious?Should.t something come up before you press "upgrade" that would inform users that there may be problems!!!!!!Irresponsible Process. Only after I upgrade and have constant crashes do I find out there are known issues. Truly unbelievable.HP has software that finds and fixes your problems.Intuit has software that identifies issues and solves them.Intel XDK, Android Studio, Virtual Studio and on and on do not release software that crashes as many times as adobe.I am sorry but seriously. Hi All,I've been working with Real-Time Preview for the past 2 weeks to build up a HTML page from scratch without any JS. Now I want to merge this HTML code into an existing page that I was creating using Brackets. Now I want to switch to DW (2017.0.1) because of the Real-Time preview which I think is pretty awesome. Now, when I want to show the index.html of the original page none of the linked js or css files are found (hat no issues with Brackets). I am using CS3 dreamweaver.  For some reason my website is showing broken menu images.  They are working but the image is not showing until you hover over it.I don't know what has happened.  I am not a webdesigner.
