Where do I check how many Adobe Sign transactions our institution has completed to date? We have a limit of 3000.

I signed up for a student account and am charged the $19.99 a month (which is the $54.99 package).  When I try to use Photoshop or Lightroom, it wants me to purchase.  I tried to use the contact Adobe support and it tells me I need to contact my administrator.  I don't know what that means.  I also NEED to change my student email as I have transfered schools.  WHO can I contact to help with these issues?

Hi, our new vendor has created a new VIP# for new license purchase, which has resulted in 2 organizations created as shown below:   A license from easch organization is to assign to the same user, let's assume Photoshop from Org 1 and Illustrator from Org 2 But the user is able to sign in to Org 2 as shown below, where she is able to gain access to Illustrator only Please advise any workaround solution for her to use both apps mentioning above   Thanks and rgds,Ng Poh Fuat

I have a college account through adobe creative cloud. I am trying to merge my adobe portfolio to a new account. I keep getting an error. HELP I have 3 days till it expires. Adobe support has been no help. 

We packaged a new 64-bit Adobe Acrobat DC installation in SCCM. After it installs, the prompt for the user to sign in does not show up.  We have federated accounts.  What would have caused this?

Hi, My IT department have changed their service provider handling our company's Adobe accounts. As a result, my (current until yesterday) Adobe subscription has been revoked, and a new account set up for me under a differernt email address and profile. Trouble is, I had years' of accumulated CC libraries set up on the previous Adobe account, which I can no longer access (except by a free trial). Even when accessing the Free version of my former account, nothing is showing up in the libraries, so I am unable to tranfer anything across to the new account.Can anyone offer any solution? Thanks. 

Earlier this week, Adobe split everyone's accounts in our organization into a "business" profile and a "personal" profile. Not a big deal, until I realized that Adobe also unilaterally decided that all creative cloud files and libraries should go on the "personal" profile. And it seems the only solution they're offering is "export/download the libraries/files to your desktop; sign out of your personal profile; sign into your business profile; then import/upload."    We're talking about potentially terabytes of data. Surely there's an easier way?   (Sharing is not an option, because it looks at the account level, and assumes you already have access.)

Hello:We recently purchased hundreds of Adobe Acrobat Standard DC licenses. The software would not install when Acrobat DC Reader is installed. So, do we have to uninstall the Reader prior to uninstalling the Acrobat Standard DC? 

Recently, the concept of two profiles appeared in my fully licensed copies of Creative Suite and Captivate. I only have one account licensed by my employer, that listed all of my apps, and never had a "personal account" previously. Somehow, Creative Suite is linked to the business profile and Captivate is now linked to the personal profile. This is causing me an enormous amount of frustration, as I cannot use a Creative Suite application and Captivate at the same time. I also cannot access the fonts I've activated in Captivate, as they are linked to the Business profile.   Please help me sort this out. I cannot seem to find any good information about how to move the Captivate license to the Business profile, where it should be. In order to use the other application, I have to log out and log back in with the other profile.

Hi I was workging for many years with adobeUsing 1 email / 1 account ; acessing to a Adobe creative cloud Licence (yearly), a monthly fee for stocks image (with credits), a cloudfiles drive, syncrhonising my mobiles devices with lightroom mobile. 5K pictures. Since this summer, I must deal with a huge messFor the same login 2 profiles are presentedA new one, business IDA legacy one, personnal profile (the one I always ued) The issue is :Business ID has the licence enabled…. But not data (no one of my 5k pics, no one of my stocks downloaded neither my 490 credits, no one of my cloudfiles)Personnal ID has no longer any licence…. Our company bought more than 30 licences for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 and now most of them are declared to be expired, though they are not. Is there any chance for us to get a refund?

I've tried many methods to connect the customer service to cancel my Team's subscription but it doesn't work. The customer service keeps on telling me out of service. It is not user-friendly for the team users.

Greetings,I have a deployment package for Acrobat DC, Feature Restricted Licensing (FRL), Offline Activation.This package installs and activates offline as expected when installed interractively, by double clicking setup.exe.However, this same package fails to activate when setup.exe is run with an administrative command prompt using the --silent parameter. The silent command installs the product successfully and everything appears normal, until the user starts Acrobat. The user is prompted to sign in to an Adobe account, which should not be possible when using a FRL package. As fas as I know, I can check the storage of creative cloud on admin console.   But I can't find out how to check the storage of aem cloud.   Is there anyway to check the storage of aem cloud like "storage" in admin console for creative cloud?

Why do I have to "Buy Now" Creative Cloud subscription, doesn't it come with the Adobe Acrobat Pro online subscription?

One ondrive, I shared a folder with someone. Under this big folder, there are smaller folders. Among these smaller folders, I have some I don't want to share. How do I edit this share setting please.

Hi, I have recently updated my OS on Mac which is now Monterey 12.4All of my Adobe products were working well by then, and when I updated, it all worked except for Illustrator which keeps having this issue:  I tried all the solutions written here so far but none of them worked. I already uninstalled, re-installed it. I logged out of my Creative Cloud, uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it's still coming up. Anyone know what's up?
