I'm installing Acrobat DC Pro via SCCM using Setup.exe /msi EULA_ACCEPT=YES /qn . I'd like to be able to add a switch to disable update notifications so that the users don't see any prompts for updates not does the product try to update with user rights (which aren't high enough). How do I do this?

We recently purchased a volume license for Adobe Acrobat 2017. I used my own Adobe ID to log in/download software/retrieve a license, which was no big deal. I noticed I had to use my Adobe ID to register the software after installation.My question is, do I have to get every user that will be installing this software a unique Adobe ID to register the software on their machines after I install it? I doubt they will want to see my name in the upper right corner of the software if I register everyone's software with my Adobe ID.

Hello, I have a single server Microsoft Windows Server 2016 RDS environment. (So a single remote desktop server). I have Adobe Acrobat X professional for some users. I have Adobe Acrobat DC for standard users. The Acrobat X pro users are the only ones able to open the Acrobat X pro software (NTFS rights). The problem is that all users on the server by default have Acrobat DC open pdf files. And the Acrobat X pro users would like Acrobat X pro te be the default program to open PDF's. How can I make sure that specific users on the server open Acrobat X pro, and not the free Acrobat when double clicking a PDF file?

I want to put up an Adobe Update Server up.  This would update Flash/Acrobat/CC everything.I found the Flash Player Admin Guide saying put up an Background Update Server with a SSL Cert and the Background Update Resources archive and another guide using the Adobe Update Server Setup Tool (AUSST) for the Creative Cloud.From reading on here would have to put up an separate instances: one for Flash and another one for CC? Can I put up one that would be everything?

Good day, I have a problem with the creative cloud all applications, I have device licenses, when creating the package I do not have any problems, the problem is when installed, because in half ..... it shows an error to see the pdapp.log, for more information. What is the best way to install Adobe reader DC and its updates during OS deployment - software disstribution?

We are trying to implement SSO with Azure.   Whenever we try to add the user we get a message "Invalid User Name."    What are we doing wrong?

Good Day,      My company has multiple users on our Adobe sign accounts. With moves going on in our offices we have made adjustments on who needs to have what license and access. We have successfully deactivated a user for adobe sign, but now we would like to re-use that license or membership for someone else. When we attempt to do that, it gives the new email a unique email address and does not issue a notification to the new user.  Can we re-use the adobe sign subscription/membership that we deactivated? If so, how can we sign that new person up?  Do you all have instructions on this? I have tried to call the 1800-number and I was on hold for over an hour. Just looking for assistance.

Hello,I have created a package using Creative Cloud Packager that includes CC and Acrobat DC. When it installs, only CC is only installed. Any ideas?Also in CC is there a way to only show the products that are assigned to the user? We assign to the license through the admin portal.Thanks

HI AllI use a PC with a corporate/business licence for CC, however my CC account on the PC is my own (unique to this PC, I dont use it on other PCs)I have never had a problem updated CC versions, however after installed Illustrator 2019, the 2018 version is no longer on my PC and all I have access to the 7-day trial version of 2019, of which I havent activated yet. Photoshop also updated however it has left the 2018 version on the PC so I can still use that app.I looked through the forum and found this page: Adobe 2019 CC license problem  - I am in the same situation as this guy. However the "correct answer" provided isnt really an answer at all (its rather condescending) It says to revert back to 2018 using the CC tool, but there is no option in my CC Desktop app to restore a previous version of 2018 (under the drop down arrow for Illustrator, with Manage the only option I get is to uninstall)This advise explicitly given here: The older versions are available via the CC Desktop A

How can I get my Adobe Acrobat back. I came back from winter break and my Adobe was a trial version. I tried to reinstall it using my packager that I made for 2018 and it failed at least 6 times. I really need Acrobat, please help. We are device licenses and I only go through the Adobe Console to create a package. I don't see any Adobe Acrobat in the archive versions choices. Thank you, I hope you can help me, maybe you can send me a Link. All of the other CC 2018 apps are working fine, just not Acrobat.

Hi, I am looking for some advice.We currently have Adobe Reader DC installed on Terminal Servers which are used by multiple users. There is a requirement for a small amount of users to have the ability to perform redactions within PDF documents.My questions are:1- Can we purchase the Redact option for specific users and for them to login and have the ability to Redact using Reader DC2- If no to above, what are the implications for having two versions of Adobe DC on the same Terminal Servers? Do we need to license everyone for the full version, or because it requires the users to login then we can co-exist suffice?3 - We have multiple servers in the Farm (max 50 in one farm currently), so potentially any time a user logs in they could end up on a different server. Therefore is the license for the user or a combination of the user and the device that they are logging on to.Thanks

Dear Sirs,I clicked on your site for a free trial and on the same day cancelled it down as I did not want to go ahead with it as it wasn't something I needed and I didn't download anything either.  I did send an email to advise you of this but somehow you have continued to go ahead and take a monthly subscription out of my account when I cancelled and did not agree to any subscription whatsoever.  I have had to go and cancel this direct with my bank and advise this that I didn't agree to this and it was cancelled the say day I clicked on it and therefore please stop chasing for me a subscription which I didn't want nor agree to pay for.

how can I Print PDF(has password) with acrobat/adobe Reader  on Windows Command Line .

I have 125 installs of Acrobat 2017 pro on Windows 7 SP1 64bit. They are set to automatically update both windows and acrobat. All updates have been applied. Periodically the "Adobe PDF" printer gets removed from a few random machines and I have to do a repair to put it back. Also in some cases this has occurred several times on the same machine.I wonder if anyone can offer any advice on how to determine why the printer gets removed so we can take steps to avoid this issue.Thanks,Jeff

I have a user that uses Adobe quite heavily. He has a recurring issue that nothing I do seems to fix. The issue persists at a rate ranging from a couple times a week to a couple times a day. Issue: When my user tries to open an email from his Outlook, nothing happens. The PDF won't open, no error messages, etc. Nothing crashes. He then reboots his computer and then he doesn't have the issue for a while. Opening PDFs work normally. What I've tried: - Updating the user to the latest version (version number in title)- Running an Adobe repair - Uninstalling Adobe, rebooting computer and then reinstalling Adobe - Making sure Adobe is set as the default app for .pdf files - Checking system and application event logs for any errors coinciding with the time of the issue - nothing showing there. What else can I try? User is on OS Win 10 Pro

Hi All,I am relatively inexperienced with the AUSST service – Nevertheless I have built and configured a server which was working for some time. We are now experiencing an issue whereby the 'Icons' folder (~/acc/services/ffc/icons) and contents is deleted on each incremental sync. Therefore the Creative Cloud task, on the subscriber's PC, to download the ‘~/acc/services/ffc/icons/productIcon’ file fails because the directory is not present . On two occasions, I have recreated the folder and scheduled another sync, however the folder was again deleted.Any help  or advice you can offer would be much appreciated.Thanks,Gary
