I have created a custom package with the Customization Wizard and have the Disable registration box already ticked but yet every time I still it on a new machine and open it for the first time the application still prompts for registration.

Hi. Trying to resolve a package problem.Acrobat Pro 2017 was deployed to many in our enterprise.MST was created using Acrobat Customization Wizard DC with valid serial number.The option Grant offline exception was not selected when authoring the MST.Users are getting the "Sign In Required" when you launch the Pro 2017, but no one has an ID so it cannot be used.I corrected the MST and we no longer get the "Sign In Required" prompt on new installs.Is there some cmd i can run that will remove this prompt from existing installs?

Hi everyone.The question looks simple but I am a little confused about Read2017 update process. I want to deploy last version of this product to enterpise envinroment. According to the documentation beside the fact that MSP file is incremental patch installer I shouldn't install AcroRdr20171700830051_MUI.exe and then all msp file one by one. It says "All updates, including out of cycle patches, are cumulative to the base release. Chaining updates is never required. For all products and tracks, install the base release and the last update."Does it mean that I should  install AcroRdr20171700830051_MUI.exe + last MSP file? This is pretty simple, it is determined by whatever switches are being passed by the Adobe Setup.exe but the way it is now, when you create a custom install using the Adobe Customization Wizard and run Acrobat DC via Setup.exe, it allows the user to cancel install, as the "cancel" dialog is there and displayed to the user. If Adobe would just pass the "/QB-!" switches to the MSI for the basic UI, it would also suppress this ability but I don't think there is a way for me to change this programatically. Having it run hidden is not a good workaround either as we try and never run hidden when possible, too many users mistake slow response for "needing a reboot". Is there any workaround for this?!Jack

Hello,I recently installed Acrobat 2017 Pro Desktop using a volume license key bought from Adobe. After opening the first PDF after logging in, it will close after a few seconds and pull up the EULA forcing an Accept. It will no longer prompt the rest of the user session, until log out and back in.I'm using Citrix PVS 7.15 farm with Citrix Profile Management and redirected folders. I'm happy to put in the folder to sync with profiles but not sure which ones are needed. I've already synced AppData\Roaming\Adobe and AppData\Local\Adobe but no luck. Also will there be an issue when I reboot these machines from a single image or is this all stored in the users' profiles? Thanks.

I've been trying to install the entire CC18 suite on my lab computers but it starts the installation and suddenly removes everything that installed and a message comes up that the install failed but there was no reason why.I ran the creative cloud cleaner tool and had it removed everything adobe on the machine including CC15. When I tried to install again the same thing happened.I was able to re-install the CC15 suite with no issue whatsoever. I downloaded a newly created CC19 package and it fails the same as CC18. What is going on that CC15 installs perfectly but I can't install anything newer.I even tried to install the new versions one program at a time but they fail the same way.Please help! I'm running out of summer before the students get back.Thank you.

I am trying to download my CC apps and I am getting a download error for SOME of my apps with the reference -113. There is nothing in my server settings or firewall that would be blocking the required sites or ports according to my network administrator. How can I fix this?

I work in a school district, and we have a number of device licenses to cover a few of our labs where the students work with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. One of the labs that I'm trying to deploy to is not activating all of the computers - only the last one that I try to activate. For instance, if I activate computer 1 in the lab and look at the Adobe admin console, computer 1 from that lab is in the device list. If I then move to computer 2 and activate that computer, when I look at the Adobe admin console, computer 1 is no longer in the list of activated devices, only computer 2 is now. If I then move on to computer 3, it shows up in the activated device list and now computer 2 is gone as well.The way that I have this set up has worked flawlessly on other labs, and from what documentation I've read from Adobe is how I should be doing this. We need to download Muse so we can move from the EEA license to the VIP Device license. I've already done a deploy one to convert the licence from EEA to VIP but I want to do a Muse deployment that is already VIP for new machines coming to the campus next year

Having the same issues for months now. Running Windows 7 & CC. All started after last CC update. I tried the Adobe Clear Tool & all the tips... nothing has worked and I'm wasting a ton of time and paying for apps I can't use. Frustrating as we are a large Adobe Corp Account.

We're considering purchasing enterprise subscriptions of Acrobat for users in our organization, but I have some concerns about shared computers.We have several conference rooms with shared computers that users use for meetings and presentations. Users may log on to multiple shared computers a day as they move around the office for meetings.Since Acrobat is now subscription-based, can we activate Acrobat on these shared computers so users are not prompted to sign in to Adobe on different devices? We don't want these devices to count towards the users' device activation count or they'll constantly be signed out of their personal (non-shared) computer.If I'm going about this all wrong or there's a better way to do this, please mention it!For comparison, with our Office 365 subscriptions when one user activates the Office applications on a particular computer, the Office apps are activated for all users who log on to that computer. membership expired prompt shows up when i'm listed as a licensed user

I've purchased a Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition (one-year) from the online reseller  - Digital River International S.a.r.l.. and it shows on Plans & Products section in my account.I passed all the process, but when downloading the cc programs i got trails, instead of full programs.In few cases like illustrator i been asking to give an authorization code, which i didn't get in the purchasing process. somehow my Adobe ID doesn't recognize the plan that I paid for.I've tried to uninstall (in the regular way and with adobe cc cleaner) and to re-install but it doesn't work. how can i fix that?Its running on pc.

We have created packages for a Windows 10 box using both the online packager and the CC packager. When we run the installer, it runs for about 1 minute and then rolls back. It also asks to close Windows Explorer before the install get going. I have tried this with single app packages and multi-app packages .. same result. Suggestions?Scot

I have:- a windows domain- a w2016 server with ADFS 3- all are configured as Enterprise Help | Configure Microsoft AD FS for use with Adobe SSO If I browse to http://accounts.adobe.com I can login with my Active directory credential.If I run CC desktop app login get an error P206 that's say no Adobe server connection.Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I'm installing Acrobat Professional 2017 on a virtual master image and it works on the master image, but when I provision the virtual desktops the users are getting error 16 when launching Acrobat pro 2017.

We're considering purchasing enterprise subscriptions for Acrobat DC and I'm reviewing our options for single sign on.We already federate our on-premises Active Directory identities with Azure AD and Office 365 and use Microsoft ADFS for authentication and SSO. We want our users to be able to use that same identity to log in to their Adobe subscriptions. (i.e., no separate Adobe password)My question is: Can we configure Adobe SSO to authenticate to Azure or will we need to configure Adobe SSO to work with ADFS?What's the best practice in this case? The Azure setup is slightly easier, but we can do either.Also, when it comes time to deploy, is there a way to configure the applications so they'll automatically attempt to log on with the user's credentials? We want deployment to be as seamless as possible for users.Thanks
