Adobe CS 5 Design Standard serial number not recognised

i installed acrobat pro dc on a citrix server but it launches the closes right a way.  i uninstalled and cleared all adobe from server , but no difference

We use named user deployment in our enterprise setup. The deployment is already done but it has come to our attention that it presents a potential problem for us to use the TypeKit, which we have discussed with our Adobe Sr. Enterprise Account Manager.We need to centrally disable TypeKit for all users via the Dashboard, so that it becomes disabled for all existing and future users.How is this done?

Hello,I have installed CC suite for 80 users in our company. However, none of them can use the library option in any CC program (mainly Photoshop)I have allowed all the required sites/ports through our firewall but it still comes up with the error - Unable to connect to serverAny ideas? is there something else I need to allow?Any feedback is appreciated. I am maintaining the image that we use to deploy our campus computers.  Last month the image worked fine,and the Adobe CC 2015 apps were just working for all the users. I have installed updates on my standard system, re-imaged it and now it asks user to sign in when starting any of the Adobe CC 2015 programs.Any idea on how I can fix this without uninstalling and reinstalling CC? I have 150 computers that I need to deploy by Friday that have the bad image on them already.ThanksAndreea Martin(657)278-4032

I am using the Acrobat DC Customization Wizard to create an install package for Acrobat DC Standard and want this to uninstall any version of Reader, including Reader DC. It doesn't and the Wizard even states this, letting you know you have to use setup.exe install method in order to uninstall Reader DC, but doesn't provide directions on how to configure this. I added a command to the setup.ini - /msi REMOVE_PREVIOUS_READER=YES but this had no effect.Using this document: Installation options — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows (which has later information than the youtube video Adobe has posted about using the DC Customization Wizard)Scroll to the Remove installed products listing.Any idea how I get Reader DC to uninstall during installation of DC Standard?Thanks, Paul

In Creative Cloud Application, when I am trying to login in that application it is prompting that "unable to reach adobe servers please check your firewall settings" I have allowed all the blocking IP's from firewall, but still getting the same error.Are there any specific IP's which needs to be allowed from firewall to connect to Creative Cloud Application.

In China,it's very hard to use the official version of the Adobe software,it's whether too complex or too expensive.In American and Japan,there's a special educational discount,why not bring it to China.China has the most population basis and the demand will be huge,it's a significant market piece which you should not miss.I deeply understand the difficulty to develop in China but I do not think you could just ignore it because things are changing,Chinese patent attitude is changing and if you don't take the place,others will and you will lose the best opportunity to get into the market.Appreciate if you response.

After opening a program, AAM opens and gives two options: sign out all other computers or that you've already signed out of one.I choose to sign out all, click the submit button and then it crashes every time. It is preventing me from using any of the applications and is only recent.I have two workstations at my office in different rooms that I use and then a laptop at home so this occurs semi frequently when I take work home. The issue is on my laptop.What can I do to fix this?Info:Mac OSX El Capitan with most recent versions of all apps (full pro subscription).Just used the cloud cleaner app that was recommended, restarted and downloaded all of the apps again and still same issue.

HiI am trying to package Reader DC. I am using the Customization Wizard to make the package.I have seen others with this issue but they have not been answered or at least I have not found the answer.I want Reader DC to not be my default reader on computers where a full PDF editor is installed. I have made all of the suggested changes to the Direct Edit Properties, ownership=0, leaveownership, etc, but none has work. I have been testing other options for this. I have even installed Reader DC and manually changed the registry on the computer but even after the registry change the Default viewer is still Reader DC. I was wondering if any one else has found a solution to this problem.

My company has an Enterprise version and was told to download the CC 2015 trial version then run the serialization.  I have done this, but my installations still say I am running a trial version. 

I updated subscription to Photoshop CC 2015 from the account of the money was withdrawn , but the program does not start , why ? Windows 8.

Hello,We've got a pile of CC packages made with CCP before which have worked without any problems before. For Win7x64.Suddenly not getting installed anymore. First discovered this with muse CC2015 package which was deployed to a next set of computers. Only like 5/15 got installed, rest failed repeatedly with error code 0 ( !! success, but the software is not installed). If we remove some or all of the previously installed CC programs to these comps and try to reinstall any of  'em, none will get installed. Same msiexec exit with 0. No luck running creative cloud cleaner tool. No luck cleaning common files. No luck forcing msiexec REINSTALL=ALL REINSTALLMODE=vomus. We're totally stymied.

We bought licences for All Creative Cloud applications for our devices.We are using symantec Ghost solution to deploy a master image of a syspred Windows in our classroom.As before, we were using AdobeSeralization.exe to activate the CS 6 products.How to do that with Creative Cloud Packager?I saw a lot of documentation to deploy the products with SCCM, but we need to put it in the gold image to ease the deployment.Thanks a lotBR

I also tried this in the install command line)OWNERSHIP_STATE=0 (this is for Win8 only. I'm installing on Win7 but thought it couldn't hurt to try it)I've tried with different variations of the above.The other PDF reader is Nuance Power PDF Advanced. I am in process of implementing SCUP into our SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 environment.  Currently, I have Adobe Reader updates imported and deploying, etc., however, I am seeing some weird behavior in which updates machines are reporting under required, not required, etc.Our current base install version of reader is 11.0.10, which we have patched to 11.0.11 currently.  In my reader updates deployment, I have 11.0.2 through 11.0.14 (the latter being the goal version to get the enterprise onto), however machines only report 11.0.2, 11.0.05, and 11.0.08 as required updates, which will install and appear to roll back our current 11.0.11 versions.  I have a case open with Microsoft, and the engineer I am working with did note that they have limited information on the Adobe content, however, they do have notes that show that 11.0.02, 11.0.05, and 11.0.08 are considered "out of band" from normal quarterly updates.  All other updates, including the 11.0.14 update are showing as "not r
