User can see that they have been granted access but when using the CC downloader they are only offered trials. This adobe account was created years using a corporate email account and then later tied to Adobe Enterprise Dashboard user for CC products. I have removed and readded them in the dashboard and this changes nothing. They can see under their profile that they have been granted access under their products but can only get trials.

Switched iMac for old tower to gain HD space for iPhoto. Migration Assistant loaded everything nicely off external HD. Except CC. Adobe programs refused to work, insisting they needed to be downloaded again.Download site shows only CS4 CS5 and CS6. So what am I paying hundreds of dollars a month for?

These systems are on 2 networks that will not ever have internet connectivity. Due to the environment they reside in they cannot be connected. Period. So am I supposed to get rid of Adobe products?

Back in 2013, I had bought an Adobe CS 6 Master Collection through the film school I was studying in. I had received the serial number to activate all the tools back then on my macbook but for some stupid reason, didn't save it. Now that am out of my school and have re-formatted my Mac due to it having some issues, I need to install all these tools again. Is there any way that I can get my serial number again from adobe? Deployed Acrobat DC with core Creative Cloud.App sign in fails with proxy server credentials loop, tried domain\user or just user - no joy.We have blacklisted many creative cloud url's - but not anything that is required for sign in.We use a wpad file for proxy exceptions and the local loopback address is included in this.Ideas?

Hello,how can I deposite the CD-key of CS6 manually by using GPO? It is a general questionBackground:We running a VDI-in-a-box enviroment with WIndows 7 templates and images. I installed CS6 on the basic image. If a user starts a session all data are loaded from these image with the user settings.The problem is that i can install the program itself but without the key. So CS6 is running as a demo version.My idea:I can give the key any user by modifying the registry entry with GPO. But i dont know, where the key is desposited.Is this generally possible?Best regards

Hello,I just noticed that the MSP fileftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/1501020060/AcroRdrDCUpd1501020060.mspis not a valid MSP file. It seems to be some archive (LZX) with the application files in it, not the usual MSP archive structure. The other MSPs for that update are valid. Is there another download available? Or, if there isn't, who would I have to contact to get the MSP fixed?Best regards,Dirk

We use named user deployment in our enterprise setup. The deployment is already done but it has come to our attention that it presents a potential problem for us to use the TypeKit, which we have discussed with our Adobe Sr. Enterprise Account Manager.We need to centrally disable TypeKit for all users via the Dashboard, so that it becomes disabled for all existing and future users.How is this done?

However, none of them can use the library option in any CC program (mainly Photoshop)I have allowed all the required sites/ports through our firewall but it still comes up with the error - Unable to connect to serverAny ideas? is there something else I need to allow?Any feedback is appreciated. I am maintaining the image that we use to deploy our campus computers.  Last month the image worked fine,and the Adobe CC 2015 apps were just working for all the users. I have installed updates on my standard system, re-imaged it and now it asks user to sign in when starting any of the Adobe CC 2015 programs.Any idea on how I can fix this without uninstalling and reinstalling CC? I am using the Acrobat DC Customization Wizard to create an install package for Acrobat DC Standard and want this to uninstall any version of Reader, including Reader DC. It doesn't and the Wizard even states this, letting you know you have to use setup.exe install method in order to uninstall Reader DC, but doesn't provide directions on how to configure this. I added a command to the setup.ini - /msi REMOVE_PREVIOUS_READER=YES but this had no effect.Using this document: Installation options — Acrobat Customization Wizard DC for Windows (which has later information than the youtube video Adobe has posted about using the DC Customization Wizard)Scroll to the Remove installed products listing.Any idea how I get Reader DC to uninstall during installation of DC Standard?Thanks, Paul

In China,it's very hard to use the official version of the Adobe software,it's whether too complex or too expensive.In American and Japan,there's a special educational discount,why not bring it to China.China has the most population basis and the demand will be huge,it's a significant market piece which you should not miss.I deeply understand the difficulty to develop in China but I do not think you could just ignore it because things are changing,Chinese patent attitude is changing and if you don't take the place,others will and you will lose the best opportunity to get into the market.Appreciate if you response.
