I've build a few Adobe Products but when I'm going to lunch any of those, It asks me to sign in first.I looked up and noticed Adobe Cloud coming down with the built software by default. Is there any way I can turn it off ?We are deploying adobe products to many users. We don't want them to get the sign in page at all.Thanks,

I can not get the Adobe Creative Cloud Installer for devices to install. It stops at scrips on macs running 10.11.3.

We are attempting to disable certain Adobe Online Features within Adobe Reader 11.x.- Create PDF Online- Tools Paneall while trying to keep the Sign Pane fully functional ("I Need to Sign" in particular using Place Initials and Place Signature)Other features, such as disabling Purchase Adobe Acrobat, Disable Product Updates, Digital Editions, etc seem to work just fine.We've used the Customization Wizard XI to do most of the work, but checking the 'Disable Tools Pane in Reader" box appears to do nothing.  If we Disable all Adobe Online Services using bEnableAcrobatHS = 0, we loose functionality within the Sign Pane (the only option is to Work with Certificates).  This is the expected behavior because of EchoSign, but we would like to disable as much of the Adobe Online Services as we can.Per the Administrative Guide and Preference References, we've set the following which should disable these two features, but it doesn't appear to work...bEnableFilesShare = 0bCreatePDFOnli

HiI bought Adobe Illustrator some weeks ago. Today I'm still not able to us it because I can not find it.I installed Creative Cloud Packager. I created a package. It's on my desktop, a map called Illustrator. I see some install files and illustrator.ccp file.When I double click on this file of course nothing happens, he doesn't know the extension.I'm lost what to do? Can somebody tell me how to start easily with Adobe Illustrator?When I try to install Creative Cloud I got an error message: Installer was unable to access critical file/directory. After having downloaded CCPLauncher.exe and started as Administrator in my PC (Win7Pro perfectly updated) it starts downloading CCPackger but at the end it crashes with an ERROR Code A12E1.Any idea?Today it looks ADOBE has some probems, even the Chat system (in the Team management area) doesn't work...

‌I have Work at Home applications installed, and need to update Adobe Camera Raw. The "updates" menu item in Photoshop is greyed out, and running the standalone installer for ACR 9.4 fails saying that updates have been suppressed. Has anybody else experienced this and what can be done?Julian

All,Our institution has 136 licenses for Adobe CC.  I restored our classrooms multiple times last term with no complications, but this term upon restoring them I noticed in our Manage Teams console this message: Payment NeededPlease contact your account manager to purchase additional device licenses. Learn more.Adobe online chat support was useless.  My initial phone support agent instructed me to contact our reseller; which I did.  They had a local contact that provided me another Adobe support number which notified me that I must deactivate my device licenses, de-serialize and re-serialize.   I have studied all available Adobe deployment resources and no where can I find where this is prescribed workflow.  The adobe agent would not/could not link me their either.  Please point me to where in Adobe CC deployment instructions/documentation that I need to deactivate my licenses prior to restoring my classrooms.Thank you,lcc_mactech

Hello -- as the title states, I'm looking to deploy Acrobat Standard DC to a VMware pool consisting of linked clone instances.  We have an email address that corresponds to the department by which this pool is used, so assigning one or more licenses to that email address as the 'assigned user' is plausible.  The difficulty, however, comes with the installation process itself.  Manually installing a license on each linked clone after the pool has been composed would be possible (although counter-intuitive and defeating the purpose of the linked clone pool), however the given pool is recomposed frequently enough that this is not at all a pragmatic solution.  It would also be feasible to deploy a single license to the base image, but I would expect that having several instances reporting in with a single license isn't consistent with the spirit of Adobe's licensing terms.Are there any means by which we can effectively deploy DC to this group of users, or is the linked

I am upgrading reader on a terminal server. I don't want the 'Acrobat Security Settings' dialog box popping up asking to import settings the first time each user opens a signature enabled pdf. Is there a way to avoid this?

I have a customer that purchased Acrobat Pro DC and it needs to be deployed in an environment that has No internet Access at any time, nor can this access be granted ever. Also this is to be deployed to Provisioned ( PVS) Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, once again this machines will not and cannot have internet access.Is it possible to deploy Acrobat DC in this scenario? If not is there another version of Acrobat Pro that they can utilize? From what I have seen I can do Offline Activation and disable registration with the wizard.. perhaps on separate computer, or laptop not connect to their network? but It looks like the PRTK tool would still require internet access when updating the master image.Thanks for any help. It is greatly appreciated. 

I am having an issue with this error code, and I have run through all of the trouble shooting steps suggested on the support page.  I have tried to run the Creative Cloud packager on three different PCs and still have the same error.We have never had this issue before, and we were able to successfully use the packager about a week ago.  Has anybody else had similar issues?

I am probably one of the few Orgs that actually WANTS Adobe Acrobat to update itself.  We have SCCM to push the initial install but we are understaffed and I don't have an issue with Acrobat auto updating.  We have the iCheck value set to 3 via a GPO preference in key HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Adobe\Adobe ARM\1.0\ARM.  I see that auto update and install is pre-selected in Preferences > Updater.  I also see that the scheduled task is in Windows Task Schedule and it was last run successfully a few minutes ago.  However, the Acrobat version installed is 11.0.13 when 11.0.14 came out weeks ago.  Is there a delay in the update becoming available for manual download and Adobe adding it to the Auto Update server retrieval? Thanks, we have always manually rolled out updates, this is the first time we are attempting this auto update method.
