I am trying to install Acrobat DC via a package created Creative Cloud Packager and it always eithers closes automatically after 30 seconds or prompts for user to login to Creative Cloud account. I can't seem to get it to activate with ENT key? I created a package with only Acrobat DC since it has the ExceptionDeployer issue. I am also not sure what commands to run?Acrobat XI was:ExceptionDeployer --workflow=install --mode=pre --installLanguage=en_USBuild\SetupAcrobat DC is:Build\SetupExceptionDeployer --workflow=install --mode=postIs this right? I can't find any good documentation on CCP and Acrobat DC, if there is some please let me know.Also I have one user that seems to be stuck in limbo because she accidentally installed trial version from Creative Cloud app. I have run the Acrobat cleaner and tried normal uninstall then re-install and no matter what it either asks for sign-in or closes automatically after 30 seconds.Any help is much appreciated. Illustrator ans InDesign won't run.. It start, but stop in a diganostic test. I've already tryed to unninstal, but it doesn't work anyway. Help me please!

I have created a Creative Cloud package of Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and indesign. I then install the .okg file on 20+ computersAfter install I can open up the applications and they work as expectedBut if I then open the "Creative Cloud" in the menu it lists all the application that are installed on the machine as still available for download.It does not show them as installedI then need to click on "Install" on the program, and it then downloads the program all over again.Machines are fresh formatted clean install OS X 10.10.5Pig's were created using the Creative Cloud Packager (CCP Launcher) from Adobe at https://www.adobe.com/go/ccp_installer_osxI would like these to show as installed, so when an update is available the staff know and can install. Any idea ?

Why is my photoshop saying I only have a 30 day trial when it is an upgrade with my enterprise account?  How do I fix this?  Why am I having this issue?

Hello,I upgraded my Photoshop CC 2014 to CC 2015 and I'm now on 30 day trial, my enterprise licence isn't recognized anymore...

To say these new Adobe CC Packages are frustrating would be an understatement.Something simple like having to double click an installer and install what we want on each machine was great, now I have to build packages for each kind of combination of packages.Apart from having problems with the CCP occasionally, every package I've built has been working fine, the ones I've tried to create over the last week have been nothing but problems.I've built a Photoshop one and Acrobat, Muse and Edge, both have worked fine. But every time I try and build one for InDesign and Illustrator, it builds the package with no problems, but then fails to install, on whichever machine I try.I've tried deleting the Cache from within the CCP Program and trying again, I've tried creating on different machines, I've tried deployment on different machines, none have helped.The other issue I have, no matter how many times I tick the boxes to say, install Creative Cloud and let people update apps, it never works. Hello, I have been trying to download the Dreamweaver CS6 since yesterday. But I am repeatedly getting the Error Code#48 message. The message in the PDApp.log says ' Cannot find any CCMChannels Node', what does this mean..can please somebody help me find a solution. I faced a similar problem trying to download adobe Photoshop and Indesign. We use SCCM 2012 R2 & SCUP to deploy Adobe Reader patches and last month successfully updated over 95% of workstations from Adobe Reader 11.0.0 to Adobe Reader 11.0.11 without any issues.  This was the first time we had patched any Adobe product.Last week we deployed Adobe Reader 11.0.12 with over a quarter of the estate failing to update as the patch is looking for the original installation file (AcroRead11.5.msi) in c:\windows\ccmcache\x.  The ccmcache location is cleared out regularly as it is a temporary cache location for SCCM application and software patch deployments.Why is the patch looking for this temporary location when 11.0.11 didn't need it last month? Have i missed something with the way Adobe provides its patches?Thanks

Hi,We are having some trouble with our deployment.We create a master image on an iMac using our Adobe CC 2015 Package Installer, all Adobe software is opened, etc for first run. We then image this to 30+ machines inside a lab using multicast after the imaging is complete there is a serious problem.*This is pre Active Directory setupMac A: Login and open Adobe Premiere, asks for activation and to login, continues to ask for activation for all Adobe software on this machine.Mac B: Login and open Adobe Photoshop, does not ask for activation and allows all other software to be opened... This a fresh image from a clean install on Mavericks in this case. How can this be possible, this is a logistically nightmare frankly.

The solutions I've seen about deleting (or better yet, correcting) AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat works to fix the problem after the fact, but is it possible to correct the packages (without rebuilding them from scratch), so I can stop this from happening with every install? I tried looking through one of my packages' options.xml files, but I couldn't find an appropriate suppress setting for this.This would be fantastically helpful. It seems that every package I build has updates suppressed, which is crazy-making...

The sales person said "You will be able to deploy the Creative cloud packager which will enable you to download your products and enter your serial keys." Since they are already downloaded and installed is there some other way to do this?

When I use the Creative Cloud Enterprise packager to update my existing packages, the product version isn't changing to 2015. It shows updates are available so I update the MAC packages and after installing on the Mac, the "About shows version 2014. What am I missing? My customer keeps saying the product should be 2015 version.

We have about 20 users that we had deployed using a standard package that we created a while back.  We quickly realized that grabbing the updates directly from adobe was putting lots of strain on our network.  We decided to implement an AUSST server.  The server is up and running and we can successfully use it with a custom created package.  Is our only option to reinstall Adobe CC on all the machines using the new package?   Or is there some way (registry changes, file placement, etc) to modify the existing installation to point to the new server?  Thanks in advance for your help!
