Why Is the Flash Player Display Squished Into the Top Two Inches of my Screen?

I'm trying to complete a series of corporate on-line training class lessons.  When the last lesson loads up, the Flash Player displays squished into the top two inches of my laptop screen & is illegible.

When I send a copy of this screen to my printer, it shows correctly i.e. all spread out & legible.

I'm req'd to take the courses on IE...my version is 8.

Thanks.

Ctrl+0 (that's zero, not O)

That'll reset your browser zoom to default.

If that has no effect, try repairing IE: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/318378

If the company allows it, try Firefox.  IE is "quirky" to say the least, but unfortunately, many corporate environments are restricted to it.

Thanks Mike M. for your reply.

I went to the squished screen & held down Ctrl then pressed Zero...nothing happened.  Was I supposed to do this elsewhere?

I'm blocked from using Firefox & Chrome on the lessons.

I'll take a look @ the IE repair.
