I can almost never use Fresco on Windows 11 it is constantly crashing and never opens documents. I am working on an important project and it's frustrating that I can not work properly without the app closing. I have tried to restart and reinstall many times. What can I do to solve this issue? 

The freezing is more intense than ever. After 5 to 10 minutes of painting, I can't do anything but draw; everything else is frozen: colors, menus, brushes, saving, everything! I have no choice but to close everything with the X in the application window. No event viewer event logs are recorded, and no software is taking up too much of my computer's memory. I work on a:Surface Laptop Studio 2, running Windows.Processor: 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700H (2.90 GHz).Installed RAM: 64.0 GB (63.8 GB usable).GPU: Nvidia Geforce 4060 mobile. Can you help me?

Hello, I don't understand how to animate my drawing on the phone. Is it even possible? The description in the AppStore and other instructions indicate that it is possible to animate from an iPhone, but I don't know how to do it.

Hi everyone, I am a Fresco beginner user. I am using vector brushes and I want to change the brush’s thickness (size) or color or even exchange it with another vector brush AFTER I draw my shapes. But I don't know how to do this! Any advice? Also is there in Fresco something like a toolbar to show the brush’s size, color and settings while using the brush?  Thanks a lot in advance for your advice.  Bests,,Lina 

my adobe fresco crashed and I was making a frame by frame animation and now I can’t enter my animation on adobe fresco please help:(

I just purchased a Surface Pro 9. There is a TON of lag while using the Slim Pen 2, but no lag if i just use my finger. The pen functions with Photoshop perfectly... It only lags in Fresco. I have smoothing turned off, and have tried different brushes. I have also re-installed Fresco twice. Am i missing something?

When using Merge Down with an invisible layer, the contents of the invisible layer will be gone after the merge. This will happen regardless of the invisible layer's position relative to the visible layer. This also happens if both layers are invisible, i.e., both layers' contents are erased and you end up with an empty layer. I'm on iPad OS, Fresco version 6.7.0.

Can we please get a smoothing option like the stablization in Clip Studio Paint? The smoothing in Fresco, and honestly all Adobe software is terrible. CSP blows any software I have used out of the water. I'm not trying to be a fanboy for CSP, I want to get most out of my money for the subscription price I'm paying for Adobe products. Adobe smoothing feels like I'm using a N-trig drawing pen like those little digital pads used at the bank to sign your name, and your name look like a clump of lines.

Whenever I export the timelapse for this one specific project, the timelapse immediately shrinks the canvas leaving a thick black border around it, only reverting to its normal size near towards the end. I have exported the timelapse of this project before and I didn't face this issue, so I don't why its acting up now. I tried reloading and redownlaoding the timelapse many times, yet every single time the same problem persists. The file size isn't the issue, since my other projects with a bigger file timelapse are still just fine. It's also not the canvas size either, because literally every other project is unaffected by this bug, including ones of the same canvas size.  Additional info if it helps:- At no point in time did I ever adjust the canvas size- The canvas size is 4k- The timelapse is set to high resolution (as with all the others)- This shrinking occurs directly in fresco, so its not a third party issue or anything If you know how to resolve this, pl

Hello, Adobe Fresco I would like to report a bug. Everytime I'm drawing the App freezes mid drawing and I have to exit the app and go back in it. Everytime I do it says "Loading files..." "Saving." And nothing happens. I have to reinstall the app all the time this happens. Please help!

In fresco creating margin equal to bleed equally and seeing difference in graph marks on all 4 sides

Anyone else seeing much greater batter drain using Fresco compared to almost any other app? I get around 10 hours reading, watching videos, browsing or using Notability etc. Use Fresco and it drops to 4-5 hours!

It's been a couple years since I used Fresco but I recently got a new laptop and installed it yet I can't seem to find the watercolor live brushes? Only oil paint shows up.The device I used to use two years ago was also a laptop.

Hi everyone,  Is it possible to quickly create and save color palettes in Fresco?Procreate has this functionality, which makes for a very easy workflow. Every time I go to draw, my colors are exactly where I left them. In fresco, I have to manually add the colors I use most often every time I draw, which feels quite clunky. Is there a way to save colors I use often to their own palettes in Fresco? Maybe I am missing something or not googling this properly. This feature sure would be a lifesaver.  Thanks in advance!

Even after turning off rotation snapping in the precision settings, the ruler still snaps to 90 degree increments. This makes it really hard to do very subtle angles that are close to 90 degree increments. Does anyone know if there is another setting specific to the ruler? Side note, is there a way to visualize the ruler's rotation point? I'm using a wacom tablet so I can't use 2 fingers to more accurately rotate the ruler. Would be nice if there was a way to lock the rotation point so you can more accurately/easily line up 2 points.

I'm working on a project on Fresco that I've spent HOURS on and was almost done, but fresco signed me out of my account and then when I signed in, all my fresco projects disappeared. It's only showing projects on my cloud that were made on photoshop. can someone assist me with this?

I want to select with the lasso tool, copy the selection and paste it in the same layer. But the only "paste" option I've found is the one in the layers menu that creates a new layer. How can I paste in the same layer? Thanks!   [Renamed by Mod]

I know i am late at this but i want to convert my adobe draw porject to fresco. Projects are available on https://assets.adobe.com/mobilecreations but the option to convert to fresco is not there.do help guys.

I have multiple vector layers that I need to merge in Fresco. When I try to merge them in every possible configuration, they will convert to pixel layers. If I Erase everything from the layer so there is nothing that can be selected and it says the layer is empty, it will still convert to a pixel layer. None of the layers use a blend mode, and the opacity and mask density are both at 100. I know it isn't because of hidden effects, pixel brushes or transparency, because they will still convert to pixel layers despite being empty. Is there some setting I'm missing that is causing this?
