Questions

I would like to select an area within my vector strokes, and fill it with color but on another layer.Or in other words: Is there something like the magic wand tool in photoshop but for Fresco? In the selction menu, all I see is lasso, draw selection, sqaure and circle. Even Procreate has a tool that can detect strokes and automatically select the area within - does Fresco have something similar? And I'm not tlking about the paint bucket or directly filling an area, I need to select it so that I can work with selection on a new layer.

Drawing aids in Fresco 2.5 incorporates a ruler along with basic shapes such as the circle, square, and polygon tools.       Once placed on the canvas, these handy circle, square, and polygon stencils can be moved, resized, outlined, and filled. Hi, I am working in Adobe Fresco and i have a problem. I have a picture layer that i am going to remove when it is done. But i accidently painted on that layer. So when i hide the photo layer, the things i have painted hides too. Is there a way to move the things i have painted to another layer? I would be really glad if someone could help me! 

So I am slowly transitioning to Fresco because Sketch is going to be discontinued. A feature I really liked in Sketch is that I can share a folder full of illustrations by creating one sharable link. I used it to share it with my clients to view the work as it progressed but without them having any control over the files. They also had access to this link at any time, so I didn't have to keep exporting the illustrations every time, filling up everyone's inbox. Is there a way to do the same thing in fresco? At the moment, all I can see is that I would have to share each image separately as a link. This is going to be very frustrating as I am working on a large project with multiple folders. Each folder has a set of illustrations. I don't want to be sending a million links to my client. Please help. Thanks. 🙂

Hi all, I'm looking to migrate from Draw to Fresco and I would like to recreate Draw's Basic Round brush exactly. I absolutely adore using Draw for my digital sketches (vector).  It has the perfect amount of smoothing, etc. by default. Whenever I look to recreate the same feel in Fresco, the smoothing delay is horrible. I'm using an iPad Pro (12" 1st Generation). Any advice regarding the delay? Also, does anybody know the exact settings to recreate Draw's Basic Round brush?

Hi, we are administrating Adobe CC pre configured packages in a school environment.  Currently I am facing an issue where if you install the package first. Every app would install but not fresco.If you try and browse to the fresco desk app page it would just bring me to the All App page and nothing happens. If you try and install the .exe through Adobe website it would just open the same All Apps page and nothing happens. However if Adobe CC is not installed and if I install Fresco first it would work then I can subsequently install the package after. Doing this manually all the time is not ideal.It happens on both Surface Studios as well as Surface ProsIs it something to do with our package setting or a bug on Adobe's end?

I downloaded Adobe Fresco for the sole purpose of using Live Brushes for my projects but as soon as I click on the live brush button, a notification pops up that says "Live brushes not supported on this device." I use a Surface Pro 4. I have seen community replies that say Adobe is working on bringing live brush support to all the devices but that was in 2019. It is 2021 now and still no remedy. When will I be able to use Live brushes on my surface pro 4?

Is the only way to mirror something, to duplicate then flip it?

hello! in my last couple drawings I did today, my timelapse export button has gone missing. I went to go check drawings I've done before and they had it right where it's always been. My guess is that it has been having issues and is just not recording at all.

The FRESCO desktop application appears unavailable on my Creative Cloud page, because it is informed that my video card is not compatible with that program ... What video card could I install on my system in order to install the app?

After the Install of Adobe Fresco the program stuck while loading documents

Hello, I was opening today Adobe Fresco to work and it suddenly crashed and kicked me out of the app. When I re opened it, it made me sign in again, and all my information was lost. Even the cloud was empty which is really strange, so are all my other Adobe applications. Please I would appreciate any help in this as I have more than 2 years worth of work. Any information is more than welcome.

Hi! I am using the latest version of Adobe Fresco on my pc without any pen tablet just using a mouse, I can't see my brush preview in any brush types. Even I checked the preview option in In-App settings it is on, but not able to see the preview please help.

Is there any place where I can get brushes to draw a person? like hair, eyelashes, fabric textures. Also what about brushes that could actually fade? 

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE make fresco compatible for desktop users with wacom cintiq displays.As a professional illustrator and designer most of my work is done in the office and not on a mobile device. Being a lifelong mac user I don't wont to purchase a cintiq pro due to it being a windows operated system. Is fresco a novelty or toy? If it is capable of what I've seen, then I see no reason for it not to be available to users like myself... I can't be the only professional in this situation...

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me with this!I use Fresco on an iPad 8th generation. It has 32gb of internal storage. Very frequently, I'll start the app up, and it will block me and say: "You must free up (X Amount Of Space) to continue."I've even contacted support about this, but they were unfortunately not too much help.I was told that Fresco uses the cloud, but if it truly did use it, I wouldn't have needed to delete literally everything in order to use this app. I'm getting to the point where I'm deleting things I really need because I use Fresco for my job, and I can't afford to not have it. If I delete something from the Fresco "Your Work" space, it deletes it across the entire cloud base. I just want to use Fresco without using internal storage: if it truly is a cloud based program, I should be able to. I'm not really sure what to do to stop it from taking over my space. Fresco is taking 10GB of my internal space right now, and it's rising each day. I have 100

I have an existing Creative Cloud account, I've been using it with all my Adobe creative apps.When Fresco went active, they started shunting you from Draw to,that.  So I downloaded Fresco, using the free version,and tried to transfer a Draw project to Fresco, but it wouldn't let me because it said the project would exceed the 2G free space provided with the free versions of Adobe Creative Apps.So first I signed up for the 20G for $1.99 a month in Creative Cloud through my iTunes account.  I could see I had access to the 20G whenever I signed into creative cloud via internet browser, but the Adobe IPad Apps didn't register the increased storage space in Creative Cloud.I then went back to the Fresco App and signed up for the $9.99 a month Premium Version with the first 6 months free, because part of that package included 100G of creative cloud storage space.Now, in Fresco, it clearly says I have the Premium version in settings but it still shows only 2G of space available.I sig

I'm told that this is the place to request a feature for Fresco? Hope it is. Can the developers add a fade out option or effect on their live oil paint brushes? For explanation/example: When I use a real paint brush to paint on a real canvas, my paint color thins out then runs out - giving me that FADING OFF look (ombre look). Then I just dip my brush on to my paint palette again to reload to add more paint on to my canvas. If this already exist, let me know where I should go to turn that feature on. The representative I spoke said it doesn't exist. But if it exist in Procreate, I'm sure Fresco live brushes can do the same. By the way, Fresco's live watercolor and oil are the best. Having a fade out capability will make it even better. Fresco's vector is amazing as well. Fresco's pixel brushes are just okay. I use Procreate for all pixel & rough texture effects.

Hello! I just installed adobe fresco on my surface laptop. It crashes as soon as i open it. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times. My pc more than meets the requirements. What to do???
