HelloI'm using Fresco on my iPad Pro, running iPad OS 16.7.4. Here's my problem. Fresco isn't autosaving my files. It keeps 20 'recent' documents on the Home Screen, but if I create another document and the twentieth of these recents gets pushed off the screen, it just seems to vanish. If I open 'your files' there are a bunch of random files in there but nothing that's been created in the last six weeks or so. So where are they?I'm hoping there's an easy answer so you can all tell me what an idiot I am, but I'd very much welcome your advice. Thank you in advance. 

with the discontinuation of the sync feature, can somebody please confirmthat it just the local desktop folder i.e windows docs,and that local app fresco files, saved creative cloud fresco synched files and creative cloud libaries/assets are uneffected etc, cheers 

adobe fresco version 5 - most of the icons does not open.  And adobe version 4 works for few minutes and than in saves and close itself. Also it makes every screen open in the computer, flashing, disappear and appear all the time.assistance someoene, please?

Hey guys. I love love Fresco, I've been using it on my iPad Pro for a long time and was so excited to see the desktop version. I have a Wacom Cintiq 16 and it is smooth as butter to draw in Fresco, however I can't figure out how to pan around the document. I looked in the app settings and I can only find how to pan with finger gestures which my Cintiq doesn't have. The canvas isn't centered on the board it's off to the left, and I can't find any info on how to pan with the mouse or a keyboard shortcut. I can use the MMB to zoom on the document, but without panning it's just zooming on the corner. Pressing and holding MMB draws on the canvas. Thanks for any help in advance.

Hi Adobe Community, I'm using Adobe Fresco on my IPad 11 with the lastest iOS, I Scanned a JPEG and it's saved on to my IPad gallery that I'm using for a reference image, but it's not appearing as a photo layer when I select it to upload on my canvass as a new layer. Please help if anyone knows some troubleshooting or anything to nagivate this bug let me know? I've also tried uninstalling the app, Thank you so much to whomever reads this. 

I'm having trouble with rotating the ruler in xp pen deco 01V2, a non display tab. I can't rotate it. If someone knows how to do it, tell me plz. It would be pretty helpful for me🙏

I far prefer Fresco to Procreate, but the latter app has a feature where you can use your iPhone alongside your iPad with the phone app acting as a tools/brushes box. I want this in Fresco! I want to be able to create multiple, specific brushes saved project folders in my CC library. Right now I can favorite a brush, but that is far less useful than being able to save a specific brush's details, including saving multiple of the same brush with each having varying versions. Menu diving on the iPad app to select between brushes is not ideal. I would far rather have a tool box of saved brushes. And if I could access that tool box through the iPhone app where it sits open next to my iPad, I would be delighted by that workflow. That would push Fresco cleanly into a being a tool for long-hours professional use. Thanks again.

When I draw something using images with vector brush tool, it didn't write in a small place. After that, I check if my display broken but it worked properly on the other apps. I don not understand. I am new in this app. So, it did this and I don't understand why it happened. I looked at a few discussion about fresco and they are suggested to use ipad as up to date and pencil's charge must be full. All of them alright but this happened, as I said.

I have tried to export the timelapse of my work multiple times but it always shows up super low quality and pixelated. I have tried from multiple devices (like microsoft surface, ipad, iphone) too and all of them end up being pixelated and low quality. Even the preview before the export is pixellated. Is there any way to fix this? What do I do?

Am I missing something in the settings that would enable a ruler with numbers on it to measure inches like a tape measure? The way the ruler is now is great for drawing straight lines, at precise angles no less, but it would be really nice to have the inches numbered off. The way it is now, it's very difficult to draw 2 lines of equal lengths due to the lack of markings. Just a thought to improve an already impressive app.

I was led to believe that photoshop brushes work in Fresco.I bought a photoshop brush set, but Fresco rejects them.I do not have photoshop. Can anyone help. Thanks Lawrence

So I have the latest version of Fresco on my iPad and I have saved countless of color palettes into my Adobe Colors libraries but they aren't showing up in my Fresco app. I am logged into the same account on both but only the default Fresco palettes are showing up. Any reason why this is happening and what I can do to solve this issue so that I can use my color libraries again? I am relying on these libraries to make my art so I need them back. I am attaching a screenshot from my iPad Pro to show what my issue is. Any help will be greatly appreciated and thank you in advance!-Miriam 

the minimal size of vectorlines (ipad) is 0.5 in Illustrator i can set them to 0 so they get INVISIBLE. HOW can i get rid of vectorlines without loosing the fills?if i work just with vectors (using lines and filling parts with color).the work should only display the COLORED FILLS - WITHOUT VECTORLINES BETWEEN. Using the vector layer as reference doesn't help. is it even possible? i can get decent results on other apps like illustrator or affinity designer 2...thx for some hints 🙂 

I do apologise if I've missed something, or this has been answered before.Although I'm a Photoshop user of old, on my MacBook, I've only recently started to use Fresco on my iPad (now an iPad Pro 2020/Apple pencil) for any amount of time.What confuses me is that, sometimes, when I open a cloud document version of a Photoshop Painting, one time it would open showing all the layers and groups. But, more often than not the original file opens in Fresco, showing the image as it was last processed, with all the previous groups collected together under a group with a “PS” identifier.I haven't found a way to access those layers in Fresco (I can open them in Photoshop on the iPad, but I then don't have the brushes and control I can get using Fresco)Am I missing something that is stopping me opening these layer and groups, from Photoshop, directly into Fresco

fresco raster brush issue  see video above. running Fresco 5.0 on iPad Pro 12.9 6th Gen M2 running iPadOS 17.0.2My imported brushes cause the app to crash and when I restart it all the brushes are gone. This has happened multiple times. I'm trying to switch over from procreate and have spent a substantial sum on .abr brushes and I need this to work. 

Hi!Lately, I have been experiencing issues whereby when a document is at an advanced stage of development, filling suddenly slows down, stops, and crashes. I have found a neat workaround.Copy the layer.Paste the layer into a new document, ensuring that the document "paper" size is the same as the one you are currently working on, so that they line up.Marquee out / erase everything in that layer except the problematic part.Perform the fills you need.Copy the layerPaste the layer into the original document.Merge down. Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue as it was driving me nuts! I found quitting and restarting Fresco sped it back up slightly but wouldn't necessarily enable the fill to work again.

Mixer brushes had been working on my ipad Pro, now they don't.  I've gone through all the various settings I can find, and forum posts, and can't figure out what's happened.  Currently there is NO mixing at all when using any mixing brush.  Running Fresco 5.2.0 on an iPad Pro iPadOS 17.2. Thanks for any guidance.  

Himy goal is to create a solid frame around an imagei use the draw a square tool and draw around its edges, but the corners are rounded?I try using the fill option on the square tool and centering the image over it- but I swear it's like the image or the frame is rotated like 0.25 degrees when I zoom in very closely. what would hopefully solve this problem is this- is there a way of creating perfectly square frames/ borders that go to the edge of the canvas?is there a way to center an image automatically, not manually over said frame?

Since Fresco works via/syncs files to Creative Cloud, what is going to happen with it on Feb. 1 when CC ends?

Hello i have the latest versions and I am unable to take video of this bug. . when hitting quick export, Instagram and selecting story the app goes black and crashes. I have to shot down my iPad and res tart to open fresco again this is just a bug report please share with your dev team

Hey guys, Does anyone know if Fresco would be able to be used on the Microsoft surface laptop go 3? I am looking at a new computer to be able to use for this, and it seems to match the criteria, but I would like other opinions to make sure it does before i buy it?

Every time I try to add motion/ animate the app crashes. The whole app freezes and I can't move anything,  it removes some of my frames, or it completely ruins my frames with glitched squares. I don't know what to do.

"Channel count not supported.Please adjust your file to RGB color mode with 3 or 4 channels to open it in Fresco."Easy, it's already in RGB color mode! And: RGB is only 3 color channels (Red, Green and Blue). What the heck am I missing? Please and thank you.I would love to use Fresco more but it can be a beast sometimes - mostly on the Tesla-style promises of what it can do. Not sure what the paid version is actually offering.
