As a longtime Photoshop user--since 1996--I am disappointed in the unrealistic subscription model for this partially developed app. Adobe has to realize there is serious competition in this area of development and respond accordingly. I bought Procreate for $10 and it runs circles around Fresco. Why would I want to invest $120 a year in an app that doesn't do half of what Procreate does? I have downloaded and installed Affinity products and I am thinking about cancelling my current Photography plan. $10 a month for Photoshop and Lightroom is OK if the apps are used frequently, as was the case when I did freelance, but now that I use PS once or week or less, it may be time to migrate to Affinity. I cannot justify the cost.

Hello! I need a symmetrical triangle. The default triangle was symmetrical, but at some point it changed and now the angles are off so I have been getting by drawing each side of the triangles I need using the ruler tool. I would prefer to just fix the triangle shape in the polygon tool to how it was in the begining, where the bottom two angles were the same. To be clear, I am using the shape tool listed with the ruler under the polygon section. How do I fix it? I have already tried turning the triangle and restarting Fresco.
A great feature would be the ability to save files locally without the use of the cloud.
Hello,I've been enjoying Fresco on a Microsoft Surface for many years where I can effortlessly zoom, pan, and rotate using intuitive two-finger gesture controls. I upgraded to a PC without a touchscreen and am trying to use my Wacom Intuos Pro M to do the same functions, but Fresco is not responding in the same way. Zooming and rotating are unusably sluggish/broken and two-finger panning is impossible. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Thanks.
Even though I am using the same account and have stable wifii on both devices, the projects on my iPad won't show on my Surface pro. This has only happened recently, and the files that won't show have a blue refresh button on the bottom right (on my iPad). Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks in advance, everyone!
Hi!Strange problem with Creative Cloud. Around 6 months ago I was working on a drawing in Adobe Fresco. Been going in and out of the file for a bunch of times so the saving was working then. Now when I'm trying to open the file it's nowhere to be found in my cloud documents in Fresco. However, when I'm opening the Creative Cloud app I can see the file together with a bunch of other old files but I'm not logged in (see attached image) and I can't open it, share it, duplicate it or make it available offline. I can also add that I've logged in to my CC account from several devices and the file is simply not saved to the cloud. Where is it? Thank you in advance!Cheers /Andreas

Hi guysMy friend has a lot... and by a lot, I mean a lot, of Adobe Draw files, but they are only saved in the cloud. Now we have a new CC license and we want to import all the Fresco Files into this new license. But unfortunately I cannot export whole folders, I just can export one graphic after another. And this takes hours. Is there any chance to export the whole folders? Thank you very much for your answer.
Still impatiently waiting for the announcment that my kids will be able to use Fresco on their devices. The lack of information about this topic is exremely frustrating. I purchased a Surface Pro 10 for both of my kiddos a couple years ago—they're both very artistic and wanted to learn more about digital art, and because Adobe had recently announced that Fresco would be available for that device, it seemed like a great investment. And it WAS an investment—I could have gone with more affordable laptops, but I wanted something powerful enough to support quality digital art apps without being glitchy. And Adobe had assured us that the Surface Pro 10 would work with Fresco. Will the Surface Pro 10 ever be a supported device? If not, we need to know that. If so, we need some kind of timeline.
I thought I'd try Fresco to complement my Ps work (primarily photo-oriented - seemed like it might be cool to try some digital painting on photos...). I launched the Fresco interface (on Win 11 Pro, AMD RX6800 XT up-to-date) and after several tries was unable to get past the 3rd-4th step in the self-guided interface tour. It consistently freezes at the 53% completed point and won't let me do anything else in Fresco either. I cannot go forward or back in the tour. The entire interface locks up. I tried ESC, I tried hitting the "X" at upper right of my Win 11 interface. I can't even exit Fresco. I tried re-launching a few times. Same exact experience every time... It's very frustrating. Fresco needs some troubleshooting... any tips re: how to work with (or, around) these issues if we want to get oriented to the UI? Thx.
Hi all! I installed Adobe Fresco last week on my Windows computer. However, whenever I try to open it is says ''files loading'' at first (there are no files to open, because I haven't worked with Fresco yet) and after a while, a pop-up will appear saying ''an error has occured, please restart'', after which the cycle repeats. From what i read online, it could be lack of acces to cloud storage, but as far as I could tell myself, cloud storage is enabled. I've tried turning the computer off-and on, updating the and and deleting the app alltogether and reinstalling it, but nothing seems to do the trick.
fresco crashed while i was drawing. i reopened it, and the thumbnail of my latest save looks right. but when i open it, most of the layers are missing. if i go to photoshop, it's all there, but it's not just in fresco. frustrating since i spent 10 hours on this project.

Tengo una tableta Wacom One, al utilizar Fresco no puedo utilizar la regla porque solo me aparece en vertical, se me es imposible girar la regla ya que mi tableta solo reconoce la punta de su lapiz, no tengo la posiblidad de utilizar un doble touch al mismi tiempo. Si alguien como puedo hacer se lo agradeceria. Desde ya, muchas gracias ♥
Hey, so I don't know if others have seen this same thing or not, but I've noticed on Fresco when you release off the screen, the line will automatically taper down to zero or whatever your minimum brush size is. I notice it most on the standard hard round variable brush and making quick strokes, but a really good way to replicate it is to turn smoothing all the way up and draw a wavy line. It's only at the END of a stroke, never the beginning, which I guess makes sense given how the computer interprets the touch on the screen. It looks really bad, because a lot of my lines have these weird triangular tails that don't follow the curve or angle of the stroke. Like, they just sort of veer off into a weird direction and taper into a really severe point. Is there a way to get rid of this, or is it just how Fresco works on the iPad? I really love Fresco, and I've recommended it to a lot of other artists as an alternative to being tied to their Cintiqs. In fact, a handful of people
Hello,I have made au personal librairy in Adobe Creative Cloud.In this library i have black and white SVG shapes made in illustrator.Every thing seems perfect, but when i open the shape panel via the shape tool in Fresco my library never appear.I only have the 3 standard libraries (Comics, Floral, Typo) and no way to open another one.What can i do ? Did i miss something ?Thanks for your help
I created an image in illustrator on iPad, then quickexport as PNG to fotos app (they have a transparent background shown as black or white in the photos app)When i import the to fresco, the sometimes have a white background, sometimes a black background and sometimes a transparent background (Wich I would expect). Sometimes it even changes after saving and reloading a project.What is causing these irregularities? and how can I make sure I always get the transparent background?
Seems like no one has been able to produce a fix for fresco crashing constantly. I am on a desktop, with plenty of space. For me, it started as just lagging constantly. I could deal with that. Then, live brush wouldn't work on a lasso'd area. Now, it crashes upon opening a document or within seconds of starting a new document. This is getting ridiculous. I've read through plenty of threads, but I havent found anything that works. HAS ANYONE?! Its crazy to me that the app has been crashing for literal years.
I love Fresco for the ability to easily create Vector and Raster layered art! BUT what is the best workflow to seemlessly take Fresco (RBG) file to InDesign (CMYK) AND preserve the Fresco layers? Here is the flow I'm doing:On iPad, Create file in Fresco saves as .psdc format in the cloud(Be sure to Duplicate the file with a new name because the .psdc file you open in Photoshop will merge all layers into one)!!! On Mac, in Photoshop, open the .psdc Fresco file, Edit, Convert to Profile (CMYK). Save as .psd file (BUT IT is NOT allowing me to save the file with Layers preserved, and it collapses all layers into one. Then it OVERWRITES the .psdc file as well and merges all layers into one! So when I go back to the iPad Fresco app and open the .psdc file then it is just one layer (and all the detailed layers have been collapsed into one layer!) On Mac, in InDesign, in your destination file, File, Place the .psd CMYK file into your layout. IS there
Basically, I've made a layer with a clipped layer on it, but I want the layer which isn't being clipped to be invisible, while the one that's being clipped stays visible within the boundaries of the layer with the invisible layer. Anyone know how to do this?If this sounds confusing (which it probably does) I can add a image, just lmk
After watching Kyle's Getting Started, I have tried to move an imported photo off my working canvas so I can reference it for my work. As I move it off the canvas it resolutely disappears. I have an IPad v9. Am I missing something or is this feature not available on my IPad?
I've installed the app a few days ago. Since the beginning the app shuts down randomly while I am in the middle of some project. For e.g: It shuts down when I try to choose a new brush. I have unistalled and installed and the same problem persist. I thought could be connection but the other apps such After Effects and PS I haven't had the same issue. I have reported when it pops up a window explaining I have issues with the app but nothing is fixed. It is very frustrating.
I recently imported two photoshop crosshatching brushes into fresco. Is there a way I can move them together into another library of brushes that I imported or create a library name to put these brushes into. Right now they are two single brushes. I know I can't delete brushes but I like to have the ability to move them to a separate library. Ballina
I have been waiting for the error correction for more than half a year. at every update I was hoping that it would start now, but it didn't... I sent telemetry, logs, everything I could. I had the support in my machine several times, but they never found anything. Recently, I received a response from the developer team asking me to update the Intel driver. Omg, that's how much the submitted sample is worth.. they might know I'm from amd. It was just a letter... to get a response. I paid unnecessarily for the cloud membership. Now, albeit with a bit of a heavy heart, I say goodbye and move on to affinity, blender, nomad, krita and procreate. I wanted to use fresco because of the interoperability between ios and windows. I bought a lot of expensive photoshop brushes. I wanted to use legal software, I still will, but unless a miracle happens, never again.. Bye
I have recently installed Adobe Creative Cloud on Win 10. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Bridge, Dimension all work fine. But whe I try to create a new document in Fresco, it looks like this indefinetly.The text reads "Creating new document ..."Any suggestions?
