Hello, on my last install of Fresco the touch modifier was nowhere to be found. It just always showed up in the past. I looked for an on/off button but have not found this. I was going to live without it and have been, but it is limiting me too much. Many thanks for any help.

Often when I am drawing in Fresco part of my hand would stay on the canvas for about 2 seconds and suddenly the color selector reacts and the color becomes white (or whatever color my hand accidentally rested on). I have to adjust the color every time this happens, which is quite often. Is there a way to disable this function? If not hope it can be added someday. Thanks. 

Hi,All is in the title and here is a capture of the bug with Fresco 3.2.1 =>  I have a Surface Book 2 : All pilots are updated.I tried to put the intel chispet and NVidia GPU in the application settings (and nothing change).I also tested on my other PC with windows 10 with also an nvidia and there is the same problem... If you have a solution or take it into account for your next Update. Best,Jeremy 

Suddenly the image place is not working in any documents, new or old in fresco. Just started last night, any suggestions? iOS for iPad and fresco both seem to be up to date 

Hello, can I use Fresco with a touchscreen graphics tablet that does not have a screen? I cannot move the canvas up or down, I can only zoom in or out./ Bonjour, puis-je utiliser Fresco avec une tablette graphique tactile qui ne possède pas d'écran?Je ne parviens pas à diriger le caneva vers le haut ou le bas mais seulement à zoomer en avant ou en arrière. 

I've noticed that my latest illustrations have significantly larger file sizes than my older ones. They're taking up so much of my storage despite being unfinished pieces of work. For example: one of my older illustrations is 45.8 MB but my latest WIP is 546.7 MB. I have less layers on my new illustration (WIP has only 3 layers and old drawing has 10 layers), both have the same dimensions (2100 x 2100) same ppi (72), and I only used live oil paint brushes for both. I wonder if it from the latest updates that increased the file sizes. Because of the dang cloud sync feature, WIP lags so much and takes forever to load. I go offline to work but whenever my device connects to the internet, the app takes forever to load because of the syncing. Is there anyway for me to cut down on file size (other than altering dimension sizes)?

What is going on with Adobe apps on the iPad? First it's Fresco... constantly quitting after a couple of brushstrokes. And now, Illustrator won't even open? Is it just me, or is this happening to others?  I am frustrated and disappointed. Is Adobe aware? Are there any fixes?

I'm trying to animate some falling squares, but I want each one to fall at a specific time. Is there a way to do that in fresco or will I need to take it over to after effects or something? 

Is there a way to possible purchase a year gift subscription to Adobe Fresco. I dont see Adobe Fresco displayed in the "individuals" purchasing tab either so im not sure if there is even way to make a new account and purchase a subscription and just give them the account. Any help would be appreciated, thanks. 

I had resized my canvas in a Fresco illustration, to make it larger. Midway through my work, the app automatically updated and closed. When I reopened it, it had reverted the canvas back to the original size, effectively cropping the image and resulting in lots of lots work.  The larger canvas is not appearing in any version history. I am assuming the work is lost, but this is a bug that needs to be addressed as it is really costly, it literally cut my image in half. 

On my desktop, whenever I launch Adobe Fresco, it shows a screen that says Adobe Fresco(The screen that shows up before it crashes is attatched.) then crashes. I can use Fresco on my surface and IPad but not desktop. This issue has been going on for a while. I have tried relaunching creative cloud. I have tried updating windows and my nvidia drivers but nothing has worked. Any help would be appriciated. Thank you in advanced. My specs:GPU-Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 TICPU-Intel Core i5 9400F 2.9 GHzRam-16 GB

This issue has baffled me for a long time and now I am on a mission to solve it.  I have many .psd files that are synced from LR Classic and clearly visible in LR as collections.  When I am working in Fresco and try to import them from LR, only a fraction of those files are visible and available for import.  Why are the rest of them not showing up?   Please and thank you.  

Hey, Which stylus can I use for Fresco on PC? I have a new MSI Z16 touch screen. I downloaded Fresco and I love it, but at the moment I'm only using it with my fingers. I want to now buy a Stylus for it. Can I get a list of all the Stylus pens that I'll be able to use?Thanks. 

hello, I have a free use of Fresco for 6 months since i bought a graphic tablet but my computer has only 4 Go RAM so i can't use and install it. Is the a possbility to use Fresco online with a password etc ?

I am teaching Fresco over zoom and every thing was going well. Today I upgraded the app to 3.2.0.Now when I share Fresco on ipad over Zoom, the students cannot see the menu on the left or right only the canvas. The home page/start screen is fine, it is the painting screen that is the problem. Both attached are what my students see.  Thanks in advance.

I have a Wacom Bamboo stylus. Will this work instead of the Apple Pencil? For that matter, will any other syulus pens work with Fresco, or am I relegated to using an Apple Pencil?   Thanks!

Hello, I was drawing on iPad recently. I used the watercolor splash brush, and suddenly all the layers became blank. Though all the layers were still there, the things I painted were all gone. Besides, the version storage records and time-lapse videos were also gone. Had anyone encountered the same problem? Thanks for the reply:)

Reference Layer feature was apparently added to the latest iOS app update. However, there is no mention of how to use reference layers in any of the guides or tutorials. Nor is there an obvious icon designating a layer as a reference letter. How to use the new reference layer future?  Credit: appstore update notes

The best answer I've found on here is that it only supports Direct X version 12.1 and not regular version 12, BUT my less powerful laptop only has regular version 12 and Adobe Fresco installs and works fine, as you can see from the Direct X diagnostic. The laptop where it works is using a built in Intel graphics processor, yet on my MSI gaming laptop that can run GTA V I can't open a painting app because the graphics card is not supported. It's using an Nvidia 940m graphics card that yes is a little old but it can still run a lot of modern games. It has 16gb of ram, a more powerful processor and more storage space. I've tried changing the Nvidia settings to load Adobe Cloud with both the Nvidia graphics and the Intel graphics built into the processor (both are fully updated) and neither will allow me to install Adobe Fresco, even though I know for sure my machine can run it.  It's just annoying because I obviously want to work on my more powerful machine and integrate my

I've been going through some exercises to get acquainted with the different Adobe Fresco brushes. After selecting a dark blue, the live brushes and vector brushes replicate it well but when I'm using the pixel brush, it's giving me a pale pink-grey colour despite the colour selected and in active use being dark blue. I'm very confused as to why this is happening. At first, I thought the flow was set to too low but even at its highest, I'm still getting a colour that isn't what I've selected.

Hi! I tried to open my colors library in the color panel in Adobe Fresco, but it just shows a palette called "Adobe Colors" and i can't go back to the main menu where you can choose your own library and stuff. Please I need help with that.Thanks. 

Procreate ignores my palm as I rest it on the screen while sketching. The feature that I like best about Fresco that Procreate did not get right is the Touch tool and the ability to quickly switch back and forth between my brush and eraser without interruption. Except that while I'm in my natural sketching position of resting part of my palm on the screen, the touch tool becomes confused and switches from my eraser back to my brush tool. Very annoying.

i was using the free adobe fresco app on my ipad and did a sketch jusy today. an hour later i reopened the app, all my docurments were gone, as if i just downloaded the app. i really hope all my documents did not just disappear, i can't find them anywhere. please do help 😭
