Hello, I was drawing on iPad recently. I used the watercolor splash brush, and suddenly all the layers became blank. Though all the layers were still there, the things I painted were all gone. Besides, the version storage records and time-lapse videos were also gone. Had anyone encountered the same problem? Thanks for the reply:)
Reference Layer feature was apparently added to the latest iOS app update. However, there is no mention of how to use reference layers in any of the guides or tutorials. Nor is there an obvious icon designating a layer as a reference letter. How to use the new reference layer future? Credit: appstore update notes
The best answer I've found on here is that it only supports Direct X version 12.1 and not regular version 12, BUT my less powerful laptop only has regular version 12 and Adobe Fresco installs and works fine, as you can see from the Direct X diagnostic. The laptop where it works is using a built in Intel graphics processor, yet on my MSI gaming laptop that can run GTA V I can't open a painting app because the graphics card is not supported. It's using an Nvidia 940m graphics card that yes is a little old but it can still run a lot of modern games. It has 16gb of ram, a more powerful processor and more storage space. I've tried changing the Nvidia settings to load Adobe Cloud with both the Nvidia graphics and the Intel graphics built into the processor (both are fully updated) and neither will allow me to install Adobe Fresco, even though I know for sure my machine can run it. I've been going through some exercises to get acquainted with the different Adobe Fresco brushes. After selecting a dark blue, the live brushes and vector brushes replicate it well but when I'm using the pixel brush, it's giving me a pale pink-grey colour despite the colour selected and in active use being dark blue. I'm very confused as to why this is happening. At first, I thought the flow was set to too low but even at its highest, I'm still getting a colour that isn't what I've selected.
Hi! I tried to open my colors library in the color panel in Adobe Fresco, but it just shows a palette called "Adobe Colors" and i can't go back to the main menu where you can choose your own library and stuff. Please I need help with that.Thanks.
Procreate ignores my palm as I rest it on the screen while sketching. The feature that I like best about Fresco that Procreate did not get right is the Touch tool and the ability to quickly switch back and forth between my brush and eraser without interruption. Except that while I'm in my natural sketching position of resting part of my palm on the screen, the touch tool becomes confused and switches from my eraser back to my brush tool. Very annoying.
i was using the free adobe fresco app on my ipad and did a sketch jusy today. an hour later i reopened the app, all my docurments were gone, as if i just downloaded the app. i really hope all my documents did not just disappear, i can't find them anywhere. please do help 😭

I've finished a vector image using fresco. Now, how can I export image from fresco and still allow the receiver of vector image to print as large as desired? Thanks for help.
I don't know why, but sometimes, for no apparent reason and copy and duplicate option just becomes unavailable, like it was never there. It is extremely frustrating! Please fix it, or if there is something I am doing wrong, let me know. Thank you.

Well I just got the email about the end of Draw on Android and I just shaking my head:It said:<< You also have the option to migrate your artwork to the replacement app – Adobe Fresco – by logging in to that app using your Adobe ID. >> @Adobe: We wish you would stop saying that. NO, WE DON'T HAVE THAT OPTION! We use ANDROID!! *NOT* Apple! There is no replacement app!! It looks to us that you don't care about the Android users at all! As was said before, at least keep Draw active for Android users until Fresco is available on that platform.
Ive looked through the settings and I had no way of moving the window so it was showing on another monitor. Is this program fixed in one location where it openings?
I was using the ruler drawing aid in Fresco, when suddenly my computer went back to the home screen and when I opened Fresco back up the ruler is nowhere to be found! I can use all the other drawing aids, but the ruler just doesn't show up when I have it selected. Has anyone else run into this? I have tried restarting Fresco, and restarting my computer and still nothing.
I used to export my illustrations to Dropbox using the following steps:Share icon > Quick export > Save to Files > Dropbox.Then I would be able to pick which folder in Dropbox I want to save the illustration to. Since about July, I have not been able to export to Dropbox. The option is greyed out (disabled). See screenshot below.My workaround is to use Airdrop to save it to my laptop and then move it from my laptop to my desktop where I can do final image processing before I upload it to my website. However, these extra steps are getting tedious and I don't always have my laptop available. My desktop cannot do Airdrop because it's too old. How can I fix this problem so I can export to Dropbox again?Here are my specs: iPad Pro 12.9 inch 2nd generation running software version 14.0.1. Adobe Fresco is running version 1.9.0. I turned on Allow for all the Adobe Fresco permissions. I also turned on Allow for all the Dropbox permissions. I am able to export to Dropbox
I have been using Fresco on the Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (running Windows 10) for a couple of weeks now. It was working perfectly up until today (12.8.2021). Now I am no longer able to use the smudge tool. If I try, Fresco immediately crashes. I have made sure all my drivers are up-to-date and restarted my machine. The problem persists. I have submitted several crash reports. Please advise.
Hey, I was looking at the animation features in Fresco today and ran into some questions.- How can I select multiple frames on the timeline to transform or move for example? If I want to change an animated object at an advanced time, I can't possibly do this on every frame of the timeline, can I?- How can I change frames of the timeline from ons to twos? Is there something like "hold this frame for 5 frames" or do I always have to duplicate the frames?- Is it possible to see multiple animated layer also in layer form in the timeline? As soon as I change the timing on one object, I lose track of the other animated objects (of a different layer).Many thanks and best regardsSandra
Was working for months, but recently something changed and now it when I start it, it will open the splash screen but then immediately close. No errors or anything pop up after. I uploaded the logs using the Adobe log collector. I have the zip as well if there's specific logs that may be helpful to upload here as well, just don't want to upload all of them publicly in case there's something sensitive there but if there isn't let me know and I'll throw up the zip. Tried reinstalling Fresco, then Creative Cloud, and went into the folders and made sure all the file were actually gone before reinstalling. Not sure what else to try from here.
I sometimes don't use Fresco or Photoshop for a week or two, and when I return to either app after such an absence I'm starting to get the messages shown in the attachments. I currently have less than 20 files in my cloud storage, so I would not have thought that I'd be anywhere near my 100 GB storage limit as yet, so I'm paying my monthly subscription and cannot use the app as advertised. This happened once before and it seemed to right itself when I rebooted the iPad, but that solution does not work anymore. Could anyone advise? It is incredibly frustrating. Regards Alan
Hi there,i tested fresco on two windows platforms, and on both the app crashes after exactly 10 undos. it's always after exactly 10 times undoing. Tested on Microsoft Surface Pro 6 (Windows 10 Home, Version 21H1, Build 19043.1387, Intel Core i5-8250U, 8GB RAM)and Thinkpad P53, (Windows 10 Pro, Version 21H1, Build 19043.1387, Intel Core i5-9400H 48GB RAM
I really liked the brushes in Adobe sketch (acrylic brushes (thick brushes)), but I can't find similar brushes in Adobe Fresco.The acrylic brushes in Adobe Fresco seem to be flat, with no color change after layering colors. I would like to know if there is a similar brush (or about the possibility of implementing it in the future).
Hi, I'm trying to open a file. I can see the file clearly on my Creative Cloud, but when I tried to open the file itself, it keeps on saying that "something went wrong, please try again". I'm thinking that the file got corrupted somehow? All other files are showing up on both my Creative Cloud and iPad. On the screenshots I provided, document (52) is the one I'm trying to open. It's the only file that I can't open. I am using a 9th generation iPad running on iPadOS 15.1.
Im using Windows 11 and the vector erasers do not erase anything. The eraseers work just fine for the pixel brush. Whats the deal. p.s. im using a huion that does not respond to touch, only the stylus.
