Hey, I've read some other posts relating to a similar issue with Fresco - where sometimes the pixel layer will suddenly turn blurry and it looks out of focus compared to other layers. To fix this my only option has been to redraw these when it happens. Does anyone know if this issue is a bug, or something else? I wondered if there was an ideal way to work around this, so that it doesn't happen? I always work with 300dpi pixel setting. Otherwise I love this app and look forward to it evolving! Can someone help me Adobe Fresco says is not compatible with CyberPowerPC Gamer Master Tower model GMA4000BST Ryzen 3 2300X RAM 8 GB aka my computer amd I just recently change my ram from 8gb to 32gb and the pc is running windows 10 64 bit 

I am kind of frustrated with fresco. They have added functionality that I can not turn off. For example I have turned off all pressure dynamics for my basic round vector brush yet when using the ruler when moving the pen quickly I will get a tsper line as opposed to a solid even black line (yes I have turned off all known settings in the brush to prevent it see photo). The only way to prevent this is through some arbitrary slow speed which destroys my work flow. The other issue I'm having is when using the ruler to create straight lines fresco will stop short of the desired end point almost as tho it's a lag. For example when drawing a T shape, when drawing the vertical line using the ruler you will see a tiny gap prior to the horizontal line. It takes a second for it to figure out that I want the two lines connected the the line will continue and jump past the horizontal line. The only way to fix this issue is to stop just shy wait a second and then continue the line slowly. Any ideas

I have installed Adobe Creative Cloud and then installed Freso from there. All the system requirements are met. Still getting crashes after showing the 'loading documents' popup. I have read alot of threads about this issue but nothing seems to work. I also have access to the cloud storage and have alot of files already synced to the adobe cloud. 1-) Why my shape menu is not in the shape menu and is in ruler menu?2-) Why i make a shape and doesnt appear the fill option with the vector/normal shape?3-) why everytime i make a eyedropper color select and save, the color is only on the live brushes? Man this program as so potential but is so buggy!!

Fresco keeps crashing since I've updated. Sometimes can't even reopen or gets stuck loading the home page.

I recently spent a lot of time (30+ hours) completing an artwork using Adobe Fresco on my Ipad, the file is now un-openable. I spent what felt like five hours using Adobe's in browser support service to mearly be told, "Its corrupted, youre SOL" (paraphrasing, everyone who helped me was very nice). Can anyone help?The file in question shows up in my Adobe Fresco home screen, and its thumbnail looks like my completed work. It will sometimes have the syncing icon on it, and the cloud button in the top right shows an error - "An error occured while syncing one or more documents. Fresco will continue trying to sync." However when I try to select the file, nothing happens. If I try to duplicate, rename, or otherwise edit it will produce an error - "The document could not be renamed / duplicated / whatever".  I have already tried accessing the file through my adobe account (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) but the file that is saved there is an older version which would me

Hello, i making 3d brushes from image, save the eyedropper on custom menu but then when i go to the vector brushes the eyerdroppe isnt in the list...only in the live brushes! is this normal? because in youtube tutorials everyone is using 3d brushes  in vector brushes!

It is a huge disappointment that Fresco is not compatible with Wacom screen displays. I would like to upgrade to Wacom Cintiq Pro 24" and destop computer. My Surface Pro 6 i7, 16mb ram, 512 ssd has an incredibly long lag time when I use Fresco and I have come to love the program. Also, since the Surface pro has proprietary software it will not let you upgrade some of the drivers to others that may work better. 

When I import images (for painting reference) the image will often change orientation within its bounds. For example it will rotate 90 degrees but keep its original dimensions and thus become distorted. Anyone else having this issue? 

Hi Everyone, Recently I upgraded my iPad Pro to 12.9' 2021 model. I was using first gen. iPad Pro. I never had an issue like that with my older machine. When i paint with soft brush, it is creating some kind of artifacts, I don't know how to descripe it. For example, I was painting some skin color and wanted to soft brush some shadows. But this is what's happening when i try to do so. It shows so pixely like it is low quality. Are there any possible solutions for this problem or why it might be happening?Thanks

Fresco has been crashing a lot for me lately and has even been deleting my progress. Strangely enough, I checked the timelapse and it has still recorded what I had done even when the progress in the actual drawing is gone.

I'm sooooo bummed. A project I have been working on for hours fully pixelated after I used the smudge brush. There's really no way to revert back to a non pixel version. I've even tried resizing it and I get nothing. Please Adobe can we get an option to revert the pixelize fiasco a lot of people are having issues with? (1st image is the before and second image is after with pixels)

I've created a vector drawing in Adobe Fresco on my ipad. When viewing on the ipad, the lines are very fine and look exactly as I want them to. I exported as a pdf and sent the file to my computer. When viewing this same file on Adobe Acrobat Pro and Illustrator, the artwork looks very dark. It's as if my line work got thicker in the process or something. I have tried sizing the artwork on my computer exactly to the size on the ipad and the two drawings look very different. You can see in the screen shot examples attached. What is happening here? How can I fix this? 

Hi everyone. I've recently started to use the Wacom One graphics tablet on Adobe Fresco, but I really can't understand how to scroll up or down the screen, I'm able only to zoom. I tried with the pen and with the pc controls but nothing works. If you can explain to me how to do it I would be grateful, because this problem does not allow me to draw as I would like. 

Hello all,I have the paid version (only Fresco) and cannot download new brushes, only says "folow"in the new brushes menus! is this normal? I´m new in Fresco 

Some of the layers of the Paintings that I made in Adobe Fresco and exported as .PSD to my computer are now no more editable within Adobe Fresco when imported. These layers have a PSD icon. How to rectify this or prevent this from happening?

For a project, I need to use the shapes tool on the toolbar on the left, I should choose the circle from the Basic shapes library, however, there's no option for that. I cannot use the basic shapes that are on the bottom right under the ruler icon because I need to use the selection and the mask option available under the Shapes tool.Is there a way to download them (maybe like the other custom shapes available)? Thanks in advance, Angela
