Görüntü İzleme Sırasında Görüntü Kayboluyor

merhaba, ben acemi bir illüstratörüm. bir görüntüyü "görüntü izleme" ile bir vektöre dönüştürdüğümde, görüntü kayboluyor. adobe sürümü 2022 ve hometech WI360 dizüstü bilgisayar, işlemci modeli X5-Z8300, işlemci hızı 1.4 GHz ve işlemci türü intel atom. İllüstratörde sırasıyla pencere - görüntü izleme - özel - sonuç izleme-renk - sınırlı - izleme yaptım. "Bilinmeyen bir hata nedeniyle işlem tamamlanamıyor. (CANT)" hata penceresi açılır ve bir vektöre dönüşmez. resim kaybolur. Bana yardım edebilir misin?

Thanks for reaching out. As suggested by Monika, the computer you are using does not meet the system requirements (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/system-requirements.html) for running Illustrator. Would you mind trying it on a different computer and checking if it helps?

    How much RAM do you have installed and how large is the image (pixel dimensions)?

    2  gb RAM, 1024 x 700 pixel

    2 GB of RAM is not that much. The minimum system requirement says 8 GB. Issues with anything need to be expected. Is it possible to add more RAM into that computer?
