Hi,104.5 inches by 120 inches final vector/pdf for a vinyl transfer to outside storage wall .i use ipadpro with 4gb memory, so i need to. Relate a smaller Art board/file like 1/2 then 1/2 of that ? Need specific advise . Dimensions , ratio? I could be wrong but I figure 1/2 would be 26.125 by 30. Then 1/2 of that is 13.06 by 15. My iPad might be able to handle that illustrator file with all its paths and layers. Help please ?thx Dawn

Hello. A problem I started having today was my fill color of objects are off a bit from my object borders. Attached is a pic. This is zoomed in as far as it will zoom (6400%). Is this normal when zoomed in this far? If i try to snap an object to the corner of an imported photo, it's off by that much. The second photo below is the result of snapping the corner point of an object to the corner point of a photo. Thanks in advance for any recomendations.

Hello I have this design. In its original file the fireworks look good, when I copy it to another document it looks terrible.

Nu herhaald ik het programma opnieuw te starten, maar ik zie geen ankerpuntenblokjes meer waarmee ik kan roteren, verschalen etc.Ik heb al van alles schijnbaar om het op te lossen, maar tot nu toe zonder succes.Heeft iemand de gouden tip waarmee ik dit kan herstellen? Hello Adobe Community. I would like your help troubleshooting an apparent issue with the calligraphy brush in Illustrator. The problem I'm having is that when I draw the stroke I need, it doesn't appear centered with the brush line, but rather slightly separated, as shown in the image. 

HiCan someone please help me? Please see image below....suddenly out of nowhere Illustrator added two 00's after everything!It's really weird and I cannot find a setting to change this. I've also tried deleting the preferences, installing and un-installing but it doesn't go back to normal. Any help on how to change this back to normal would be greatly appreciated!Thank you.

My blend tool don't blend.when i try to blend two objects, one of the objects turns completely black, and the other one keeps its color. the "specified steps" window is also not clickable, the preview is disabled and I can't activate it again. this is the only tool that doesn't work for me. I already uninstalled the program several times but nothing changes, please help me guys, i can't find anything about this bug anywhere. Hi,I am having a problem with my gpu preview. It's greyed out and I can't enabled it. On the performance tab, it says gpu is compatible and available. I can check the box in gpu performance and animated zoom, but somehow I can't enabled it. This is not the 1st time that it happened. It happens every now and then and it happened again today. I decided to ask it here in the forum cause I'm really pissed that I can't use it again. My gpu drivers and illustrator are both updated.I am using a dual screen. 1 is a monitor-tablet Huion gt-191 and the other 1 is just a normal 23" Samsung monitor.Here's the specs of my pc:CPU: Intel I5-6600RAM: 8GBGPU: Nvidia Gtx 1060 6gbI hope you guys can help me. I really need to use my illustrator as I have work to do. I can't work without the GPU preview Thanks!PS. sorry for the bad english. Not my 1st language

I am trying to export some artboards in 175x525 px.I made sure that- "align to pixel" is enabled- the size of the artboard exactly is round,  no decimals- the position of the artboard is round, no decimalswhen I export it via "export fro screens", the exported image is not 175x525 px, but 176x526, e.g. with one extra pixel each side, which makes it impossible to use in other software where I need precise sizes. What am I missing, why is this happening? How do I fix it?

I've two different PC and when I lauch Illustrator with the same file,  I see great differences on the memory usage. In one PC, it uses 114 MB while in the other PC, it uses 1.230 MB.The PCs have the same software - W10Pro 64 bit - and the Adobe CC is the same.Why do I have such a huge difference?

Hi, I have a problem, I'm using Illustrator 2025 and it's adding 0000 at the end of every units, if i select all and then enter the number i want it will automatically change it but will not scale my objet bigger than intended, if i dont select all and write the good number carefully it will be the insanely bigger scale due to the number being 2000 instead of 2, here are some pictures to show what i mean:  This is on everything and is quite bothersome, it is important to note that i'm a windows user, i do not have avast on my laptop but i do use autocad and revit for my work, i hope it's not link to those but is anyone have an answer please tell me 

I am unable to save something I have been working on, due to the very odd message of "cannot find file".Not sure what file it would need to find, when I am trying to save a new file, but upshot is I cannot exit illustator witthout losing all my work. The results I found were all from at least 3 years ago and were not solutions (save as PDF first, change colour mode first etc)Any ideas, this is pretty bad that you can't save your work...

I just updated to the newest Illustrator version (29.4) When I copy and paste text now it doesn't show the pasted text until I move the frame. I updated my computer ( Sequoia 15.4) thinking it could be that. Nope, the only thing that changed was my version of Illustrator. It seems with each new update, and all the new fancy ai stuff, all the basic functions break. 

I can no longer edit my tool bar.... does anyone know what is going on here? I only have the opton to "manage toolbar" or add new... going crazy someone help plzzzzz

Longtime Illustrator user (Ver. 28.0).Windows 11.Today when I started up Illustrator it showed the usual home screen for just a second, then it disappeared and the entire screen is black except for the menus at the top left.  I am able to open and edit files, but after a couple minutes all the various windows (Stroke/Properties, Layers, etc.) disappeared too.I restarted the computer.I reset my preferences. ('Show the home screen when no documents are open' is checkmarked.)Do I perhaps need to reinstall?

Hey there!I’m encountering a slight discrepancy when using the Area Extended font family. Despite clearing the font cache, reinstalling the fonts, and even doing a fresh install of all Adobe apps, I’m still getting a thinner version than expected.https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/areaThe only way I can get the weight correct again is if Im using the variable version of the font, but I am using the fonts for After Effects as well which will create issues in formatting if using a variable fontHas anyone run into this issue or know of a fix? I'm trying to export a compound path to SVG and get the message "Could not export content to SVG".  I have created 100+ icons on indivudial artboards. They are all simple shapes with few anchor points and most of them are compound shapes. The idea is to later on convert them to a font to be used in XML, therefore they (not all, but many) need to be compund paths to be read correctly and I need to use artboards to make sure the spacing is correct so they align in the end. When I had made the first 3-4 icons I did a test export and everything went fine. Now I get the message "Could not export content to SVG". - All layers are unlocked (don't know if that could matter).- I have tried Save, Save as Copy and Export. - I check "Use artboards".- I have tried exporting only one artboard. Please help! When I try to continue a drawing that I have been working on, it only says that it is opening a preview and I cannot continue.

Deseo guardar una plantilla, pero me aparece un mensaje que me lo impide, diciendo que no tengo los suficientes privilegios de acceso... no obstante que mi cuenta es de administrador en la computadora, y de hecho, es la única cuenta. ¿Cómo puedo entonces guardar mis plantillas? Gracias.  

File (ai) is on my disc and saving in the backgroudn is checked out.
